Unknown (00:00):
Do you have doubts
about manifesting? Do you ask
yourself? Does this really evenwork? Is it worth all of the
effort? And all of the time? CanI really live a way more
fulfilling life? If I commit toexploring this and the input
that I have into my life? I knowthat I did when I first started
(00:21):
exploring manifesting relatedconcepts. And I don't have to
tell you that the naysayersreally come out of the woodwork
and line up to scare you backinto living this agreed upon
collective mediocrity that mostpeople call life. And I remember
what it was like to deal withthat, and really grappling with
my own sense of, do I evenbelieve this, you know, what am
(00:44):
I doing here? Why am I doingthis? And then, you know, you
start wondering, what are thepayoffs? What could things be
like, further down the road, ifI continue to go down this path?
Now, if all of this isresonating with you, then this
episode is definitely for you?
Because we're going to unpackthat? And this particular choice
in life? Like do I go all in? DoI commit to manifesting and
(01:06):
learning about it, I call itresearch and research. And it
reminds me of this Seinfeldepisode. And in this one
particular episode, he went to arestaurant, and he was really
conflicted, wondering, you know,do I order the same dish that I
always order? Which I know isgoing to be good? I know, I'm
gonna like it? Or do I take achance? And do I order something
(01:28):
different? That's really how itis when you're at this phase
with manifesting because you'relike, Well, I can see that
people are sort of giving me theside I acting a little odd, I
don't feel like I have a lot ofsocial support. My social stuff
is important to me. I'm prettycomfortable, I guess this is
okay. And I'll figure it out andwhatever, right? But then you're
(01:50):
like, I don't know, man. If someof the things that I'm hearing
are true, and the stories thatpeople tell and how their lives
have transformed, then I mighthave a lot of awfully amazing
things to look forward to. If Iget on this path. So it's like,
do you order the dish that youalways order that you know, is
pretty good? Or do you take achance and order something
(02:11):
different? And my hope for youis that after listening to this
episode, that you'll have a lotmore clarity for yourself as to
what the answer to that questionis. Now the first thing I'd like
to talk about is when I use thisword manifesting, and you can't
see me now, but I assure you, Ihave air quotes going on with
both ends. It's really just abigger container for the idea of
exploring the creative inputthat we have into the nature of
(02:35):
our lives into the direction ofour lives. So I know a lot of
people hear that word. Andbecause I've seen it used in
certain ways, thinks that it'ssome magic method or technique.
And poof, it's like rubbing theMagic Lantern. But when I talk
about manifesting, I am talkingabout it in terms of alternative
ways of, I guess, having ourcreative input into our lives
(02:57):
that we aren't taught in oursociety. And let's begin by
looking at the big picture. Ithink we can all agree that
life, this experience thisexistence, what we know and what
we don't know. However it works, there is a way in which it all
works. And however, that way isthat all of this works, is not
(03:18):
going to change, because someonehas just the right name for it,
or just the right method, or hasperfected just the right
ideology. And what I'm reallysaying here is that there is no
right or wrong, there is justcontinuing to discover your own
truth, which happens throughyour experiences. So you get
(03:40):
more clarity and truth andunderstanding on your creative
input into your life, what youcan manifest how that works,
simply through your ownexperience. And that brings me
to the second point that Iwanted to make about this.
Everything in life hinges onexperience, you can hear a
really cool idea or readsomething cool or watch an
(04:03):
amazing video, nothing in yourlife is going to change. Because
of that. You are only going toexperience change and experience
manifesting when you takeaction. And there are an
infinite number of ways to havethese experiences. As I've
already stated there is no rightor wrong. Just like people from
different parts of the world, like different food, they have
(04:28):
different cultures, they speakdifferent languages, they wear
different clothes, they liveentirely different lives. same
holds true for finding the truthin manifesting for you. You
literally can't mess this up.
And there is no right or wrong.
And something I like to remindyou that is I think a universal
truth is that if it feels goodleaning to it. If it doesn't
(04:52):
feel good, then lean away fromit. This is you know, really
vibrational coherence that I'malways talking about and We all
have the freedom to make thatchoice for ourselves. And third,
you want to ask yourself, Am Iready to commit? Do I want to
commit? Am I going to go all in.
(05:13):
And when you're not committed, you are hesitant, your heart's
not in it, you're notvibrationally engaged you half
trying half hearted. And thisisn't to say that somebody's
half trying, that's probably notthe best choice of words on my
part. But a lot of people willsort of dip their toe in the
manifesting water. And it doestake time to gain the
(05:34):
understanding to gain the beliefto gain the confidence. And if
your heart's really not in it,it's going to take a lot more
time. And you're going to haveless success early on. So it's
important to just decide withinyourself, am I committed? Am I
going to confidently explorethis idea of manifesting? And a
(05:55):
suggestion that I have for youto do that, is to just ask
yourself the very simplequestion, what if, and that's a
two sided coin? What does yourfuture look like? If you
continue to subscribe to yourcurrent mindset, your current
point of view your currenthabits, your current beliefs?
Maybe that's okay. I'm notsaying that it's not okay. I'm
(06:17):
saying ask your self thatquestion. If I do this, if I
just everything stays the same?
What does my future look like?
And then on the other side ofthe coin, you can ask yourself,
well, what are thepossibilities? The potential
what could be the value ofstepping fully into this space
into this belief model into thisidea, and these practices? What
(06:40):
could happen? And as you askyourself that question, you'll
really find the answer foryourself about whether or not
this is something that you areprepared to commit yourself to.
And I just love that quote. I'msure I don't have it exactly
right. But something along thelines of when one is committed,
Providence moves to somethingabout all of the universe
(07:02):
conspires in your favor, something like that. But it is
very much true. Something Ifound and I'm not here to
convince anybody to changeanybody's mind. I am here
though, just to provide theseideas for you to think about.
Where am I on this topic? How doI really feel? You certainly
deserve to live the life thatyou can imagine?
