Unknown (00:01):
Have you ever had
someone believe in you so
deeply, that it changedabsolutely everything for you.
In a flash, you suddenly takefull ownership of how capable
you really aren't you suddenlyBelieve in yourself more than
you have ever believed inyourself before. And in the
(00:24):
frequency and vibration of thismoment, you are able to achieve
absolutely incredible things.
And that's exactly what happenedfor me when a random person in a
muddy field turned into aparking lot believed in me. I
was at a music festival in theBlue Ridge Mountains. And this
(00:44):
two day record breakingrainstorm moved in, it flooded
the whole entire event. The onlyway that you could get around
was literally to walk barefootin the mud, with mud up to the
calves of your leg and thesuction of each step every time
you pulled your foot out of themud and took another sloppy
(01:04):
step. You know, it was slow, itwas loud, it was wet. It was
muddy. It was like crawling, basically. But that was the
situation we ran, the rainstormcame in out of nowhere. So the
first wave of people had thisreaction, just to freak out and
leave like oh my gosh, gotta getout of here. And this turned out
(01:25):
to be a complete disaster.
Because what happened was theyhad parked us all in these
beautiful rolling grassy hills, hills and valleys. You might say
it was a field, but it was afield that had hills and valleys
a rolling field in themountains. And that's what they
were using for parking lots for1000s of cars. And with this
(01:48):
mud, this flash flood, itliterally turned into a bonafide
crash up Derby, all these peopleunsupervised trying to leave
sliding around crashing intoeach other. So I'd heard the
horror stories about the parkinglot, right, the parking fields.
And I thought, heck, now I'mjust gonna wait it out. Now the
cool thing is the festival hadoffered to host everyone for a
(02:12):
bonus night they had food, theyhad beer, they had bands in
these tents up on these hillsthat were relatively dry, I was
all in it was a no brainer. Andthen when it finally came time
to leave, I hopped on theshuttle with all my stuff, went
to see what I was going to findwith the situation with my
little truck in the field.
Again, I'd heard all thesehorror stories like about cars
(02:34):
actually being demolished andjust sliding into each other
that there was piles of cars.
And that was actually what Ifound. In fact, a lot of people
had actually abandon theirwrecked cars. I mean, they had
to they just couldn't get themout of the mud. They were all
just crashed together. And I'msharing this you can start to
visualize this. What used to bea somewhat orderly parking
(02:56):
field, right was just a free forall cars, everywhere, mud
everywhere it was off the hook.
And so here I stand six hoursaway from my dry, comfortable
warm home, right? Soaking, wet, muddy, tired, I just was like, I
gotta get out of this mud pit.
(03:17):
And I gotta get onto that road, right? So I can go to the
highway so I can go home. Andthat's where I met parking girl.
I don't know if she was afestival employee or just a
volunteer, but oh my gosh, parking girl changed my life. I
will up in tears when I thinkabout parking girl might do it
while I'm recording this. Sowhat happened at first was she
(03:40):
was schooling me about what Ineeded to do to have a hope of
getting out of this situation.
So she said, keep your eyes onwhere you want to be. Don't
break. always just keepaccelerating and moving toward
where you want to be. Keepgoing. Don't hate anything,
you've got this. Now, if that'snot the most incredible life
(04:00):
advice ever, I don't know whatis. But in this situation, I was
still just focused on gettingout of this muddy parking field.
So I walked up to the hill. Igot into my little Jeep Patriot
you know, had all my stuff, mycoolers all my things. I put all
those in there, I got thisabsolute death grip on the
wheel. And before I hit the gasand started down that hill, that
(04:24):
muddy Hill, I repeated herinstructions in my mind. Keep
your eyes on where you want tobe. Don't break. Always keep
accelerating and moving whereyou want to be. Keep going.
Don't hit anything. You've gotthis. That's all I could think
over and over again. It was anabsolutely insane experience.
There was other people travelingthrough the space doing the same
(04:48):
thing that I was doing. Therewere crashed up cars everywhere.
And it really felt like themuddy downhill slope just kind
of wanted to lead towards themright To take you towards the
crash of cars like a magnet, butI kept accelerating, I kept
navigating. And while this washappening, because I was so
(05:08):
focused, all I could really hearwas the blood rushing through my
head, I kept my eyes on the edgeof the field that were the field
lead out into the road, I knewwhere I was going, and I think
probably wasn't even breathing.
I just had the grip on thesteering wheel, I was focused on
that edge where I'm going topull out onto the road. And
(05:31):
honestly, I was scared, I wasdoubtful, I felt like it was
pretty much just random chanceas to whether I was going to
safely navigate to that edge andpull out onto the road, or end
up with my little silver JeepPatriot just crashed into the
other cars waiting for a tractorand then figure that all out,
(05:52):
we'll see. So the funny thingis, in situations like these,
your senses really shut down.
And that's important, I guess,because then there's no
distracting data coming in fromthe outside. So this is all
happening. And I started torealize that I hear someone kind
of yelling really loud startedto get my attention. So I sort
(06:13):
of scanned the periphery with myvision. And I see that girl,
parking girl, and she is jumpingup and down and she is pumping
her fists in the air I amseriously welling up with tears,
because I'm reliving thatmoment. And she was
yelling, Go patriot, go, goPatriot go.
(06:37):
I can't even say this becauseI'm crying. It was so wonderful.
And for me, that might as wellbeen a whole entire stadium of
people on their feet, cheeringme on because something clicked
inside of me. And at that verymoment, all I could see was my
(06:58):
goal fulfilled, was mesuccessfully pulling out onto
that road, there was absolutelyno doubt in my mind, from that
moment forward. And this wholebusiness of traversing the
remainder of the space betweenme and the road was now just a
(07:20):
technicality. Suddenly, I wasconfident. I was actually even
really enjoying the thrill nowof zigging and zagging through
the mud through the carsaccelerating, feeling those back
wheels like spinning a bit andthen gripping. And then hearing
her yelling go Patria go. Andthat was fading off into the
(07:43):
distance because I was doing it.
All of this is happening. Andthen I find myself coming out of
the mud on to the country road, the last back slip on my wheels,
as I get full traction on theroad, and just motor on down
that road. Now's the time to askourselves, what kind of magic
(08:04):
was going on here? And how can Ibring more of that magic into my
own life. Part of the magic iswhat was going on in her heart.
She truly and deeply wanted meto succeed as much as I did. And
this is an incredibly powerfulheart energy, that when you feel
(08:30):
it, and I hope that you have itis energetically powerful. You
can physically feel it. You cansense your beliefs about
yourself, and what's possible inyour life shifting. And you can
sense the vibrationalenvironment shifting is truly
(08:52):
truly magical. Look for placeswhere you do this in your own
life. I know that I do it for mysons, I do it for my very dear
friends. And when they arereally digging deep and
expanding into a new place intheir life or maybe working
through a challenge, I feel thatenergy welling up in my heart I
(09:16):
can hear myself saying go Patricgo if I had not had that
experience in the parking lot. Idon't know that I would have the
awareness to realize howpowerful this is. What an
absolutely stunning andmiraculous gift this is that we
can give to each other. And it'salso the greatest joy to do. Now
(09:40):
with so many people beingdistracted by so many things in
this world. It's even moremagical when you could just stop
and support someone with yourlove with your heart energy with
your go patriot. Yeah. And onthe flip side of this, is to let
(10:02):
people do this for you. Ifparking lot girl would have come
up to me and said, Oh, would itbe helpful if I stand on the
hill and cheer you on? Idefinitely would have been like,
Oh, hell no, I've got thisright. But having had that
experience, now, when someoneoffers to support me, when
someone starts cheering for me,I let it happen. I appreciate
(10:23):
it. So it goes both ways. Andthe cool thing is, all you
really have to do is just to beaware of it, just let it happen.
So for fun today, look aroundyour life and find someone you
can support with your heartenergy. Imagine yourself being
the one yelling, Go Patriot goand wanting them to succeed as
(10:44):
much as they want to succeed ormaybe even more. This is more
than magical. This is a highvibrational gift that you give
yourself and that you give otherpeople
