The Kurt and Andy Educational Podcast
Kirk J. Macnider and Drew Lazzara look to provide reflective and interesting conversation through an educational lens. In Season 1, each episode is multi-segmented and had at least one guest interview. In Season 2, each episode with be shorter in length and will have some new segments which will include recognizing those who are making a positive impact.

Season 2 kicks off with a slightly new format! We will introduce the episode, then go to our new "Shout Outs!" segment before ending with, "What's good?"

In Episode 3, Kirk J. Macnider and Andy Lazzara discuss the concept and practice of showing gratitude. An article that addresses four changes in the brain that can result from practicing gratitude is reviewed. The special guest in this episode is Mary Kay Prusnick, School Board Vice President for Schaumburg School District 54.
