It was just one year ago today, on May 27th, 2021, when Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation announced to the world that they had uncovered 215 children’s graves at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School. Since then, hundreds of other unmarked graves have come to light. We take this opportunity to reflect and share on what this means to us at The Language podcast.
