Speaker 1 (00:00):
And we're back after an unanticipated long break.
Let's get into it.
The Republican debate hasbecome the second place race in
a soapbox for whining losers.
Meanwhile, hunter's Ditch getsdeeper, while his media support
gets stronger and the Georgiaindictment is illegal.
You're listening to the LastGay Conservative.

(00:21):
I'm your host, chad Law.
Hello America, we want to hearfrom you.

(00:55):
Our number 866, last Gay.
866, last Gay.
Please visit Last Gay Cons oron Instagram at the Last Gay
Conservative.
I'm Chad Law, your host, america's binary brother, the
holiest homo of all time and themost hated gay man in America.

(01:16):
America, bringing truth andcommon sense, conservative
politics through the airwaves onthe only rainbow that matters
the red, white and blue rainbow.
Well, folks, I am back.
I hope you all are as excitedas I am.

(01:37):
Been a rough few weeks here, butI think I'm back on track and I
can't tell you how much Iappreciate all the notes and
calls and texts and emails.
You guys are just incrediblesupporters and I want to thank
you for that.
Basically, the reason why I wasgone was I did have a planned

(02:02):
week to do a in-depthconstitutional course at
Hillsdale College with manyother broadcasters a whole group
of us.
I went to that and I actuallyleft feeling a little low
because I was with people whojust did circles around me.
I mean I thought I was prettysmart and I thought I was a good

(02:23):
broadcaster until I went tothis program.
I mean these people were sosmart and so witty and could
just turn on the mic and go, go,go, go go.
Now, of course I had a muchlarger audience, but that
doesn't necessarily meananything when these people are
just so talented.

(02:44):
I started to have a little bitof imposter syndrome from there
and then, right when I got backfrom my trip Donna, as you know
from the conspiracy corner hermother died and I had a pretty
good relationship with her mom.
She's had dementia for about ayear, so it was really hard, but
it just pushed my impostersyndrome and my depression lower

(03:07):
and lower, and I've talkedabout this openly.
I've struggled with clinicaldepression my entire life and
I've worked to find solutions myentire life that don't
necessarily include medication, which there's nothing wrong with
medication.
I'm just saying there'sdifferent tactics that you can

(03:28):
use to overcome the depressionand, for whatever reason, I just
went into a spiral.
I went into a spiral ofdepression feeling like what?
Why am I doing the show.
People are better than me.
I'm a hack, I'm a loser, andwaking up every morning and
having those thoughts and justgetting in front of the mic and

(03:51):
being frozen, not being able toturn it on.
I'm sure you guys haveexperienced in your life things
like this, where all of a sudden, something changes in your mind
, in your body, your emotions, whatever it is, and you just
sort of freeze and you wonderwhat's going on.
I didn't understand how I couldbe depressed and blocked from
getting on the radio or behindthe mic, because this is what I

(04:14):
love to do.
If I wanted to have a marketingagency or if I wanted to go
work for a big company, I would.
But this is what I love to doand this is what I've invested,
you know, in my life and this iswhat I've invested, you know,
hundreds of thousands of dollarsin and time and people, and it
was very weird to feel like Iwasn't good enough to do this.

(04:38):
So it took me about a month andI actually linked it to a
nutrition deficiency.
I was not getting enoughprotein period and so my body
just again, I don't know thescience of it, but my body just
was rejecting everything elseand I was getting no nutrients

(05:00):
to feed my brain and to help mymental health.
You know, we had Dr HeatherGessling on two episodes ago and
she talks about mental healthand nutrition and so I figured
out a way to keep the proteingoing in my body, regardless of
me traveling, poor diet, etcetera.

(05:20):
And for me, because I've lostso much weight and because my
body has gone through so manychanges, it's just a little
different for me, because oncemy body gets used to a certain
routine, like the factor meals, and then I travel and I have to
eat junk, it just spinseverything out of control, not

(05:40):
just, you know, not justdigestion, but I'm talking
immunity, I get sick easier and, most importantly, my mental
health.
So I wanted to share that withyou all, because I know how hard
it is to have this impostersyndrome and I know how hard it
is to be depressed and to powerthrough it.

(06:02):
And there really is no poweringthrough it and I kept receiving
emails and texts and phonecalls this entire time begging
me to get back on the air andeventually I knew that was the
right thing to do, becausepeople want to hear from me and
I am good at what I do and Ihave to continually remind

(06:24):
myself.
That's the case.
And if this was any otherindustry, this was marketing, if
this was sales, if this wasbeauty, I would never even have
these thoughts.
But because this is arelatively new venture for me,
it's a little bit different.
Anyways, that's enough aboutwhy I was gone and my story
Today's going to be a little bitmore casual.

(06:47):
I want to rant a little bitabout things that are driving me
insane out in the world, andthen I want to get into this
debate that's going on tonight.
A lot of people whining andcrying about getting on the
stage, and then the peoplegetting on the stage are already
getting ready to either supportTrump or bash Trump, who will

(07:10):
be having an interview withTucker, aired at the exact same
time as the debate, kind of a FUto the RNC, which I totally
understand where he's comingfrom.
I saw Larry Elder doing a clipfrom the airport, boo-hooing
about not being able to be onthe debate stage.
I love Larry, but he needs tohang up the hat when it comes to

(07:34):
running for political office.
He just can't win to save hislife.
And there's a handful of otherpeople, I think three or four
people that are having the samecomplaints as Larry.
And it's so funny to me, theseno chance-ers.
I mean I don't even think halfthe stage should be up there.
Nikki Haley shouldn't be upthere.
She doesn't have a chance.
Chris Christie is up there.

(07:54):
He doesn't have a chance.
Pence is probably the most hatedRepublican ever, based on his
throwing Donald Trump under thebus after he served as the vice
president under Trump and hadnothing but glowing things to
say until there wasn't and hedecided that he was going to be

(08:16):
difficult throughout the primaryprocess.
But they're not going anywhere, these people.
They're not going anywhere andit's a waste of our time and
it's a waste of money.
And all of those funds could bedirected to candidates that are
serious, that actually have achance of winning in a general
election, and giving them allthe support that they need, like

(08:39):
Ron DeSantis.
Yes, yes, I know DeSantis, Idon't know this whole bag on
DeSantis thing.
It really drives me crazy.
I mean, it really isAstonishing to me that
everyone's you know raw rowingbehind Vivek Rama Swamy when Ron
and talking you know crap aboutRon DeSantis, when really Ron

(09:02):
is the closest thing to Trumpthat will ever get, and he's
just a good guy.
I mean, he really is a good guy.
I hear from people that workwith him all the time, people on
his campaign as media, peoplewho reach out, and Everyone has
Great things to say about him.

(09:22):
No one says he's a diva.
No one says he's a dick either.
Then, after that, I want to gointo some of the new updates on
the hunter Biden scandal andtalk a little bit about how the
media is Framing him to be thisvictim, and I've heard a couple
just Absolutely insane clipsthat I want to share with you

(09:44):
regarding that.
That absolutely proves that themedia is in Hunter and Joe's
pocket and they will never admitthat he did anything wrong,
ever.
And then, if we have time, I'lltouch on the Georgia indictment,
which, just like the Floridaindictment in the documents case
with Jack the Ripper Smith, this is a illegal joke of an

(10:08):
indictment as well, apparently.
I have to remind everyone thatan indictment and a conviction
are different.
The media has run with this sofar indictment, indictment,
indictment, indictment withoutactually Verifying anything.
In the indictment I said well, they got a grand jury.
Well, of course, 98% of casespresented by prosecution in this

(10:33):
country to grand juries getindicted.
It's just it.
They're in the bed of theprosecutor and the prosecutors
in a private room and they canframe the evidence and the story
in any way possible.
But We'll get into all thatwhen we get back after these
words.

(10:54):
Does your dog have itchy skin, choose at his feet?
Maybe he has some gunk in hisears that's brown and stinky.
Maybe he's constantly chewingon his rear or rubbing his face
against the floor?
Chances are that is your doghaving an allergic reaction to
yeast.
Yeast is the result of too muchpotato in their food.

(11:16):
Potato is used as a grainalternative in grain free foods.
It's not good.
You don't take out one andreplace it with another.
I've talked to you guys aboutthis before.
9 out of 10 canine illnessescan be cured with the right diet

She, Ron, is the healthiestfriend she you've ever seen,
other than his accident.
He's rarely been to the vetbecause he's never had kibble.
He runs, he jumps and acts likea puppy.
At almost six years old.
I credit Darwin's pet.
You see any issue your dog haswatery eyes, dry skin, yeast,

(12:26):

your dog's health again.
All right, and we're back.

(13:10):
Thanks for letting me share mystory earlier.
Hope it explains things alittle bit for you all.
It happens very rarely, sodon't sit there and say, well, I
don't want this to happen again, where I have to wait a month
for my next podcast.
We'll try to make sure thatdoesn't happen.
What we realize now is weshould have been playing the
best of last gay conservative orthe best of chat, where we take

(13:34):
some of my best episodes andyou know, sort of replay them,
splice them together, etc.
We have now learned for nexttime.
Oh, it's so funny he's waving.
Yes, I did have a raceYesterday with a new Kia
electric car.
I didn't even know what thisthing was.
They pull up next to me, I'm inmy little daily driver and the

(13:58):
guy looks at me and he wants torace, is doing some hand signals
and I'm going okay.
Well, my little MercedesE-class coupe is not going to
beat this car if it's a hundredpercent electric, like Tesla,
for example.
Well, kia is not Tesla, thought.
Maybe they use the same batteryor whatever.

(14:19):
But my big thing here is Justbecause we're making these
electric cars, why do the carmakers think they have to make
them all into space ships?
They're so ugly.
Look at all the Mercedes Benz EEQ cars.
They are Hideous.
The e-tron by Audi is the onlyone that I think looks okay.
It looks like there are otherSUVs, but why do we have to do

(14:43):
the spaceship thing with thelights everywhere and Just looks
bad.
The shapes To me.
If they're trying to copy Tesla.
First of all, that's stupid andsecond of all, tesla came out
that way.
It's not like Tesla had thispre-designed look, created a new

(15:03):
line of product and thencompletely changed the way they
look.
No, this is how they were born.
So when you look at Kia andJeep and all these other
Companies that are taking theircars and turning them into
spaceships, it just drives meabsolutely crazy.
Needless to say, I won the race, so thank you for reminding me

(15:25):
of that.
All right, also, before I getinto the episode, I did want to
mention the Hurricane ortropical storm Hillary that came
through Southern California.
Like I predicted, it wascomplete and utter BS, media
Keeping everything hyped up aspossible and really it was

(15:47):
nothing.
You know, I was watching thevideos and going this is not
anything.
I Don't remember the exact yearyou guys might remember.
It's either 1994 or 1996.
We had a extreme El Nino inSouthern California.
Actually, a neighborhoodbetween Ventura and carp was

(16:08):
completely decimated by a hugelandslide.
I watched as this water andrain and Wind came through
Southern California and it wasinsane.
Needless to say, hillary was notthat, and what people need to

(16:28):
realize is that California isextreme weather.
It's not extreme weatherbecause of climate change, it's
just always been extremes.
We go through really longdroughts and then we have rain,
one or two rainy winters to fillit back up.
A couple years later we have ElNino come through, then we have
Flooding in certain areas, so Imean it's arp for the course

(16:52):
here, but of course the mediahad to make it sound like it's
climate change.
Same with the thing in Maui.
You know, totally man-made fire, not lightning, not because of
weather, and it goes berserk.
Just found out that 183 peopleor 183 bodies were washed up on

(17:13):
the shore and that is Absolutelydevastating, just absolutely
devastating.
Glad it took Biden a coupleweeks to get out there and then
talk about how Him and Jill knowabout losing a house.
They lost a house before to afire.
Well, when researchers went tofind out when this fire occurred

(17:34):
, they realized it was a greasefire that was contained in the
kitchen and did no damage, noinsurance claim, nothing.
So again, just complete andutter lies out of his mouth to
try to engage or make himselfseem more Attractive or one with
the people or whatever it is.

(17:55):
But it's just a total joke.
Speaking of jokes, I heardLarry Elder comment on the
election debate rules thatsupposedly did not Create a fair
and equal opportunity for theother candidates who were at
lower numbers to get on thestage.

(18:17):
Listen to him here.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
As you can see, I'm at lax and routine your walkie.
I was just informed by the rmcthat I'm not qualified for the
debate.
Why, even though I've exceededthe 40,000 individual donations
required, even though I signedthe pledge to support the
eventual nominee, I, even thoughI submitted three polls where I
was at least in one person, Iwas informed that one of the

(18:42):
polls is not eligible.
It's the rasmus in poll, eventhough it was the most accurate
poll In predicting that DonaldTrump would win in 2016.
They say it is affiliated withDonald Trump and therefore it is
not eligible.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
All right.
So I understand his frustrationhere.
I think my frustration is isthe guy has tried to win so many
times in so many differentarenas Recently and he just
doesn't have the chops.
He's not electable period.
He comes off too extreme andpeople do not like his attitude

(19:16):
or his delivery.
Just having this conversationwith a friend the other day and
they say, well, I mean, if theythey like Trump's delivery, well
, that's different.
Trump has that personality thatjust works for him.
Sometimes it works, sometimesit doesn't.
I Understand and he actuallydoes have an argument.
I mean, according to therepublican national committee,

(19:37):
the polling has to be At least1% in three national polls, or
1% in two national polls and 1%in one Early state poll from two
separate quote-unquote carveout states Nevada, south
Carolina, new Hampshire, iowaRecognized by the RNC.

(19:58):
For a poll to be recognized, itmust be surveying at least 800
registered likely republicanswith a mix of text, message
online and voice, not overly.
Wait responses of anyindividual cohort behind the
margin of error.
Excuse me, beyond the margin oferror, ask the question on

(20:22):
presidential preference prior toany question which may allow
potential bias Not to beconducted by a polling company
affiliated with a candidate orcandidate committee Meet this
polling requirement no laterthan 48 hours prior to the first
scheduled debate and must beconducted on or after july 1st

(20:43):
2023.
So this little note not beconducted by a polling company
affiliated with a candidate or acandidate committee.
How would anyone know?
How would anyone know?
I would never.
I mean, I do this every day.
I didn't know that rasmussenwas associated with trump.

(21:04):
How is it associated with trump?
And again, there is noadditional information here.
So it's a very, very Popularpoll.
It's a, it's a national poll.
I would have never thought itto be rejected based on this
small little One line.
It's one bullet, one line in afull page of criteria.

(21:33):
Forget his frustration there.
I really, I really understandwhere he's coming from.
However, you got to ask.
You know, ignorance is not anexcuse.
You have to ask what does thismean?
The first thing I would haveasked was what does this mean?
That polls cannot be conductedby a polling company affiliated
with a candidate or a candidatecommittee?
What does that mean?

(21:54):
Do you have a list of pollingcompanies?
Do you have a list ofcandidates that are associated
with polling companies?
But nothing.
But I get his, his frustrationthere.
I get his, his frustrationthere.
Let's keep going.

(22:27):
I mean again, with the.
Nobody told me that until justnow.
It's right here on GOPcom, theannouncement criteria and date
for first debate in Milwaukee,it's right there Not be
conducted by a polling companyaffiliated with a candidate.
Again, who knew that Rasmussenwas affiliated with Trump?

(22:48):
And after this episode I gottafigure out how that is.
It seems very weird to me.
I don't exactly know how thatcould come about.
However, again, the first thinghe should have asked was what
does this mean?
You can't say I didn't knowthat when you have an outline
and you're there to be able toask questions.
Alright, let's get into some ofthe other things he talks about

(23:11):
.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
One of the candidates , by the way, offered a $20 gift
certificate for a $1 donation.
That apparently is okay.
Another one offered a free airquotes country western concert
for a $1 donation.
That apparently is okay.
Another one offered acommission to prospective donors
to get other prospective donors.
That apparently is okay.
But I did it the old fashionedway, asking people to support me

(23:32):
.
I go into LarryEldercom andthat is not okay, and now all of
a sudden I'm not eligible.
It is designed, in my opinion,to make sure that Ron DeSantis
is the nominee.
Anybody other than Trump.
This is BS.
I will see you in Milwaukee.
Out Out.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
I'm Larry Elder and I approve this message Out Kind
of weird.
I feel bad because I like Larry.
I really do.
I've met him, I've talked tohim.
He's a great guy, but he's justnot a politician anymore.
He needs to stick to media.
Sorry, I got to call him.
Like I see him, he is not agood representation of the
Republican Party at this point.

(24:12):
He's not electable, but if hewants to go to Milwaukee, that's
fine.
The other thing I hate and theDemocrats are the king of this,
but we are becoming the princesof this is, instead of
acknowledging what you did wrongor how you're going to change
it.
He could have gone through thepoints that he has for the

(24:33):
website, for example I mean, excuse me for the lawsuit, for
example.
He could have gone point perpoint.
What does he do instead?
He drags the other candidatesin the mix with things.
That might be gray area, butnothing I can find under the
rules here shows that you cannotentice voters.

(24:54):
The 40,000 unique donors withother things, I mean.
Think about it.
They could have a local companythat is sponsoring them and
wants to sponsor them with40,000 gift cards they want to
put together.
An affiliate program means likewell, you can get commission
for this, doing that.
Now again, affiliate marketingis a massive part of online.

(25:18):
About the time you're getting areferral from someone there,
they have an affiliate code andthey're getting money and you're
getting a discount.
I don't see any issue with thateither.
That's a great ground.
It's a great grassrootsapproach to building your base,
and especially these no-namers.
They have to the PerryJohnson's and whoever there is,

(25:39):
nikki Haley's, whatever they'redoing and he is right, the RNC
is trying to mold everything forDeSantis, which is why you have
so many third parties outsideof the RNC that aren't
necessarily traditionalRepublicans, like Vivec and
Larry Elder or others Johnson.

(26:01):
They think the best way andthey haven't had the opportunity
as much as Ron DeSantis has, according to them.
Meanwhile, desantis is gettingdestroyed in the polls.
His media coverage is abysmal.
His team that he brought on Ithink he must have used a lot of

(26:23):
people from his governorelection.
Well, national election is muchdifferent than a state election
, so clearly he has some pooradvisors that have hurt his
campaign, which, again, a lot ofpeople are saying.
If the guy can't get ittogether in the campaign, why
are they pushing him for thenomination?
Anyone but Trump.

(26:45):
In my opinion, he's the only onethat can win other than Trump
on that debate stage.
I mean, tell me someone elsewho can win.
Tell me someone else that canbe the prospective nominee for
the Republican Party who's notTrump that can win?
I think DeSantis is the onlyone I really do.
Again, you guys tell me Vivekhas very little name recognition

(27:09):
and he is extreme and he's onevery podcast there is.
I'm a podcaster, but he's doinga much different approach and
he's talking to the sameaudience over and over again,
which is going to build up asmall base, but he's not going
to get the national coveragethat he needs.
With traditional media, man, Isound like I'm a political

(27:32):
pundit.
Oh wait, I am.
The bottom line is that LarryElder doesn't get to sit there
and say, well, one person didthis and one person did that,
when it's not against the rules.
According to him, it may beethically wrong.
According to the RNC, it couldbe ethically wrong, but it's not
against any rules.
Not against any rules.

(27:53):
Knowing that, stop complaining.
Stop complaining and worryinghow to get to that debate stage.
Can you know what the debatestage is in Milwaukee?
It's a loser stage.
It is the race to second place.
That's it.
Trump's polls aren't goinganywhere.
Even if he's sitting in a jailcell, though, his polls will
probably go up, which we knowisn't going to happen.

(28:14):
But again, a dramatic point I'mtrying to make is that whoever
wins this debate, or moredebates, isn't going to come
close to Trump unless there'ssome serious differences.
And personally, I believe theDemocrats are pushing for Trump

(28:36):
to be the nomination because thefeeling in Washington right now
is that Trump is unelectable.
Because of all the indictment, because of all the things that
they've done to him.
They think he's totallyunelectable but they're pushing
for him because they don't wantRon DeSantis, because Ron
DeSantis has no baggage, ronDeSantis has no issues and he

(28:57):
will crush in a primary againstJoe Biden I'm sorry, in a
national election, generalelection against Joe Biden.
It was really interesting towatch.
They're all whining aboutdifferent things placement time.
You know Chris Christie's upthere.
He's got to have his KrispyKreme at his podium.
It'll be really interesting tosee how Vivek and DeSantis kind

(29:23):
of jab off of each other.
And again, I'm watching theTrump interview first, but I've
got this recorded.
But again it's just everyonetrying to get to second place
and the rest of them whining.
Not very good.
Not a very good start forRepublicans.
We haven't had a good start.

(29:43):
This is making it even worse, because what does the general
population say when this ishappening?
Man, these people cannot gettheir shit together.
They cannot get their shittogether, and the Democrats have
always been better of keepingcandidates in line.
I mean, diane Feinstein justturned over her.
What was that?

(30:04):
Her power of attorney to herdaughter.
Meanwhile she's in her Congressoffice on hospice.
I swear she's got to be onhospice within her Senate
chambers.
It's just insane, because theDemocrats need that vote and
they don't know what wouldhappen with someone new yet.
So, yeah, keep an eye out onthis debate.

(30:24):
We'll see who makes a fool ofthemselves.
We'll see who really stands out.
This could be a deal breakerfor these candidates.
There could be a shining star.
I don't think there will be.
I think they're all going tocome across as anti-Trump, trump
hating people who think thatthey can win on just not being

(30:46):
Donald Trump.
That's not how elections work.
So they've got a big road aheadof them.
I'm going to take a quick breakand we'll come back and talk.
All things, hunter, I don't knowabout you, all folks, but
having Dr Heather Gessling andDr Peter McCullough on the show
back to back completely changedmy outlook of COVID.

(31:10):
I'm not vaccinated.
I'll never be vaccinated.
However, there are toxins whatwe call spike proteins that can
be caught from people who arevaccinated.
They're in our environment, they're in our breath, they're
in our touch and spike proteinsessentially attack the cellular

(31:32):
level of the body.
Well, these doctors work for thewellness company, which is a

Speaker 2 (32:45):
To hear the right tell let.
The only story that you shouldcare about is Hunter Biden, the
president's son, who hasabsolutely no role in government
.
For months, they've used theirhouse majority to relentlessly
investigate him.
Now what they've crediblyrevealed is that public figures
in their children trade on theirname for access.
Shocker, jared and Ivanka didit, roger Clinton did it, and so

(33:05):
did Hunter Biden.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Apologies to those of you who may have just ate.
Maybe she shouldn't have putJoy Reid on by surprise.
She's always one that forces meto toss my lunch.
God, could anyone be moredisgusting than Joy Reid?
She is a degenerate and a liarand it's really, really sad that

(33:27):
I mean she has no ratings, basically, but it's really sad
that that's the only way thatshe can peddle this nonsense.
So I'm going to break down alot of the stuff that she says
in regards to Hunter Biden.
But only a liberal would open uptheir show for millions of
people or whatever, and say hey, everyone does it.

(33:51):
He doesn't have a role ingovernment.
Everyone uses their politicalfamily to gain access.
What?
How is that a valid argument?
Does that make it right?
Well, it's not technicallyillegal.
Well, it is if you're sellingyour dad with your dad and
making millions of dollars, which has already been exposed.

(34:12):
Ivanka did it, roger Clintondid it.
It's just always an excuse andit always goes back to someone
else.
They can never defend theaction or the behavior on merits
alone.
It always has to be compared tosomeone else.
All right, let's hear anotherclip from lying Mary J Blige

(34:35):
wannabe Joy Reed.

Speaker 2 (34:38):
However, that Republican fixation has only
resulted in two tangible thingsDonald Trump's first impeachment
and launching a 2018 TrumpJustice Department investigation
into Hunter Biden.
The man in charge of thatinvestigation, david Weiss, has
been looking into whether HunterBiden properly paid his taxes
in 2017 and 2018.
They were specifically focusedon a federal form Hunter Biden

(34:59):
filled out when purchasing a gunin 2018.
He lied on the form when heclaimed that he was not a drug
user.
He later admitted that he wasNow.
To be crystal clear, thespecial counsel is not
investigating the president ofthe United States.
He's investigating his son.
But that hasn't stoppedRepublicans from accusing Hunter
Biden of running a corruptbusiness enterprise flush with
foreign cash that also benefitedhis father.

(35:20):
Again, there's nothinginherently illegal about
accepting money from foreigninterests if you're a private
citizen, even if your parent isa famous politician.

Speaker 1 (35:28):
It doesn't matter if you're a crackhead.
It doesn't matter if you hireprostitutes and use funds from
foreign interests to go to sexclubs and buy crack and deal
crack.
There's nothing inherentlyillegal about that, right, joy,
it's not illegal.
Who cares who his parents are?
The question isn't whether ornot the act of receiving funds

(35:51):
from foreign interests isillegal.
Fine, take your little argumentthat he was a private citizen
and he's allowed to take anymoney from foreign interests as
he wants.
However, it becomes thequestion or the idea that he has
to give something.
There's no such thing as a freelunch.
There's no such thing as justfree foreign money.

(36:16):
So he has to give something.
Well, you talked about Ivankaand Jared Kushner.
What did they give?
Well, he had all kinds ofaccess to all different
financial corporation board ofdirectors, board of advisors.
He had something to offer.
That's why he's not beingquestioned.
That's why there's no specialcounsel.

(36:36):
Hunter Biden had nothing tooffer, except for his daddy
being the VP and a senator, andnow the president.
So then it becomes a questionof what did Joe Biden accept as
a return for that payment toHunter?
That also was disseminatedacross the entire Biden family.

(36:57):
We have the banking records.
We show the money going allover their family.
We know there's no business.
So what is there?
There has to be some sort oftransaction and we know Hunter
Biden has absolutely nothing tooffer but access to his father.
So common sense would tell usthat his dad is involved in the

(37:20):
entire process.
Here's why I know Hunter wasn'tout doing it on his own, because
there has been time after timeafter time where monies paid
into some of these fakecompanies have resulted in
decisions made by Joe Biden.
The Ukrainian energy ministerwas a perfect example.

(37:43):
Now China selling China thelithium mines or the cobalt
mines in Africa and giving themall of our green energy business
, after they've met severaltimes privately with various
businessmen and politicians highup in the CCP.
So she's simplifying this to apoint of saying, essentially,

(38:06):
hunter Biden has friends in theUK and they sent him $500 for
his birthday.
No, I don't think so.
You can't simply say a privatecitizen, regardless of his
connections, can take as muchmoney as they want from foreign
interest, because that's not thecase.
If fraud or the sale of accessof a United States politician

(38:31):
who's living on our taxes ispart of receiving that payment,
then it's absolutely illegal andshould be investigated.

Speaker 2 (38:41):
Mary McCord is back with me, and, mary, I have a
couple of questions.
Question number one since whenare special councils appointed
for private citizens?
Because I just want to read youthis Devon Archer, who's on the
board of the Ukrainian companyBurisma Holdings, which only
people who watch Fox understandwhat that is.
That was the company thatHunter Biden was on the board of
as well.
When Joe Biden was vicepresident.

(39:01):
He testified in front of thecommittee that wanted to take
down Joe Biden that he's notaware of any wrongdoing by Joe
Biden, that he never heard of a$5 million transfer, of any
transfer to Joe Biden, and thatthere's Ukrainian prosecutor who
was fired, was not viewed as athreat by the company, and that
Hunter Biden was selling theillusion of access to his father
, but never sold access to hisfather.
Ergo, joe Biden is not involvedin any of this in order to buy

(39:25):
an illegal gun or always usingdrugs.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
Once again, another big lie.
I love how she says well, noone, unless you watch Fox News,
no one knows what BurismaHoldings is.
Isn't that a problem?
That's a company that HunterBiden was directly affiliated
with, who received funds throughhis selling access to daddy.
I mean even the.

(39:48):
There's memos from theexecutives at Burisma Holdings
saying that Hunter's a moron andstupid and he's only kept
around because of Joe.
And she has the audacity to say, well, I mean, there is no
money gone to Joe.
I mean, come on, these peoplearen't that stupid.
No one's gonna hand Joe Biden acheck.
All of that is publicinformation.

(40:08):
That's why they have like 8,000LLCs and incorporations, so
they can move money aroundquickly and make it as
untraceable as possible, whichis why there's a special counsel
.
Furthermore, david Archer didnot say that no wrongdoing had
been done.
He said that he did not witnesswrongdoing directly, but he was

(40:32):
privy to wrongdoing withinmeetings.
He said he was involved in asmany as two dozen meetings or
times where VP outlined multipleexamples of shady business
dealings where Joe Biden wasinvolved.
He talked about phone calls, multiple phone calls, where Joe
Biden didn't realize he was onspeakerphone but David was on

(40:55):
speakerphone.
He talks about specificincidences, including Burisma,
which he actually sat on orcontinues to sit on the board of
Now.
When it comes to Burisma and thepayments, did he say that there
were no payments?
No, what he said was, from whathis knowledge suggests, is that

(41:19):
there was no threat betweenBurisma and the energy
politician or whomever that wasthat Biden forced to can by
using a billion dollar bribe, because you're not gonna see
everything.
Actually, to me, that is a signof a very valid and authentic

(41:39):
testimony.
If he would have come on andsaid all these things in a row,
that he's seen and done andunderstands Biden and Hunter and
Joe, that would have been a redlight.
That would have been a red flagto me, because you can't have

(42:01):
all the answers and you can't beeverywhere at once.
But he was a third party thatwas involved, brought in and he
spoke to exactly what he knewand the end result of his
testimony was that, based on histestimony, I, he, he witnessed

(42:21):
and participated in shadybusiness dealings where the
president was giving access formoney.

Speaker 2 (42:30):
So I mean, in other words, he's being treated
differently because he's JoeBiden's son.
I want to read this littlepiece here the particular gun
charge that the feds broughtagainst Joe Biden.
This is from the Daily Beast.
A drug user in possession of afirearm is rarely brought as a
standalone crime, especially nowthat roughly a fifth of the
country uses cannabis, with aninevitably significant overlap
with the nation's estimated 80million gun owners.

(42:50):
This is more than that, I think.
When the feds do bring thistype of case, they come down
hard, but it's usually a toolthey use to take down tough, to
arrest criminals like militantwhite nationalists, islamist
terrorists or narco traffickers.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
This law isn't to be used for one person.
This law is supposed to takedown white supremacist groups
and drug traffickers.
Okay, what do you think Rico isJoy?
What do you think Rico is for?
Is it for a previous president?
What do you think the espionageact is for, joy?

(43:25):
No one is safe with this DOJ.
It's set for Hunter Biden andthe only reason why this is
happening the way it's happeningis because they want to drag it
out as long as they can and tryto continue to sweep it under
the rug throughout the election.
Remember, they already stoppedthe story prior to the election

(43:49):
of Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
You asked me this or I'll askyou this If the story was
nothing, if the story meantnothing, if the story was just a
human being who is allowed, asa private citizen, to take money
from special interests, why didthey block and cover up the

(44:10):
story from the New York Post?
Why did they force Twitter totake it down and ban the New
York Post?
How come 100 differentintelligence members signed that
the information from the laptopwas Russian misinformation?
Why go to all that trouble ifit doesn't matter and there's
nothing illegal?

(44:31):
Clearly they're trying to hidesomething and covering it up,
but no one wants to look at theresponse.
Everyone just wants to look attheir version of the law on
paper in front of them and ontheir teleprompter.
Everywhere they're using lawsthe way that they shouldn't be
used.
It happens all the time.
Unfortunately, the justicesystem in this country, with

(44:55):
meritless garland and the restof the idiots, have set a
precedent that it's okay to pickand grab any law you need in
order to prosecute someone, nota clear cut.
Okay, this person did this.
They went into a bank, theystole money from the bank, they
broke bank robbery laws.

(45:16):
Oh, no, he did a little bit ofthis, a little bit of that, a
little bit of this, a little bitof that.
Okay, grab RICO, grab espionageand Presidential Records Act
and just make a case.
And that's exactly what we'reseeing and it's absolutely
ridiculous.
So for her to sit there and say,oh, I mean, this law is for

(45:40):
other things, and of course, shehas to make it about white
nationalists, because everythingwith her is race.
She's obsessed with race.
She can't see that, even if youtry to make the argument that
the law that they're using topotentially indict Hunter Biden
is too extreme for thisparticular case.

(46:02):
That is what our justice systemis based off of is judges and
juries having discernment andunderstanding the personal
relationship between this personand the crime and the existing
circumstances in order to makethe right decisions.
That's all it is.
So you can't sit there and saythat he's being overcharged when

(46:26):
there is no charge, first ofall, and, second of all, when
there is an obvious break ofthat law.
The law claims that you cannotbe on drugs and by a firearm,
and then all of you cannabisusers are the reason that this
shouldn't matter, because hecould have been using cannabis,

(46:48):
which is legal in X amount ofstates, and the states monitor
the gun laws, etc.
No, that argument does not work.
You know why?
Because, a cannabis is legal inmany places not federally legal
, but it's legal in many places.
B if someone is a heavy user ofcannabis and they lie on an
application for a firearm, theyare just as guilty as Hunter

(47:10):
Biden.
And C.
We're not talking aboutcannabis.
We're talking about crack, cocaine and a major, major
addiction.
Okay, this isn't someone whosmokes a joint every night.
This is someone who fires up apipe or free bases or does
whatever he does to getincredibly high all the time.

(47:32):
And let me tell you somethingwith crack addicts, you're never
sober.
You're always either sleepingor high.
All right, this one last clip Iwant to play for you.
That just makes it all worth it.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
I think all the evidence that I've seen so far
in this case is that Joe is itHunter Biden?
He could be a terrible guy, Idon't know, never met him Is
being treated worse than anyoneelse would be.
He's being treated worse theway Donald Trump claims he's
being treated worse, but heactually is, because normally
this would just be misdemeanorstuff that would be done with.
Instead, he's endlesslyinvestigated because of politics

(48:08):
.

Speaker 1 (48:10):
Is that not hysterical?
Hunter Biden is being treatedworse because of politics, worse
than what Donald Trump claimsto be treated, even though every
database online suggests andshows that negative words
surround Trump's name at a 10 to1,.

(48:32):
He's also had a super sweetplea deal which would have never
, ever happened with anyone else.
Oh, this is just misdemeanorstuff.
She says how the?
Are you a criminal lawyer?
Do you understand the criminallaw in Delaware and the federal
criminal law?
Do you understand it?
Joe Biden doesn't understand it, because he lawured up quick

(48:56):
and now Hunter's lawyer istrying to get off the case as
well, saying he could be apotential witness down the road.
Conflict of interest.
I'm telling you guys, this isall a strategic effort to get
Joe Biden elected and todownplay the Hunter scandal.
Hunter Biden and his fatherhave committed more corruption,

(49:21):
more fraud, more espionage, ifyou will, than all the last
presidents combined.
It is evil and it's all beingdone on your dime.
It's all being done on yourdime, you think.
When he travels on Air ForceTwo, that's all paid for by us,
and then he goes and does hispersonal business deals in China
.
It's disgusting.

(49:42):
So for them to sit there, joyReid to sit there.
Oh, this is just misdemeanorstuff.
He's being treated worse thaneveryone else because his dad's
Joe Biden.
Who can say that with astraight face?
Who can sit there with astraight face and say Hunter
Biden is getting the worsttreatment in this country as far

(50:03):
as the entire political arenais concerned?
Only an idiot like Joy Reid.
By the way, if you're going tohave your face done, get your
neck done too.
She's got this like huge rings, wrinkles around her neck and
her face is like pulled so tight.
You got to match the two, honey.
You just don't want to be MaryJ Blyde.

(50:24):
She couldn't make it in the hiphop world.
So she gets in front of a TVand on MSNBC with her wig on and
her obnoxiously gross lip glossand tells everyone these lies,
because that's all she's doingis peddling lies, misdemeanor
stuff and not to put too fine ofa point on all of this.

(50:44):
But, as you know, hunter's topcounsel, his criminal attorney,
just asked to be withdrawn fromthe case because he's going to
be subject to investigation, which he does not want.
He'll have to lie, he doesn'twant to go through congressional
investigation, so he's tryingto run as fast as he can.

(51:05):
You tell me.
If it's innocent Joy, why doeshis lawyer want to leave?
And, furthermore, why does JoeBiden have a criminal defense
attorney on staff?
Hmm, take a quick break and beright back.
One thing I didn't do while Iwas in my slump was let my skin

All right, I don't have toomuch time to get into Georgia,

(53:19):
but I did want to play a coupleof clips for you and then we'll
pick it back up when we have ournext episode.

Speaker 4 (53:28):
I don't know that anybody should be satisfied.
This is a terrible moment forour country to have a former
president accused of theseterribly important crimes.
The only satisfaction may bethat the system is working, that
all of the efforts by DonaldTrump, his allies and his

(53:51):
enablers to try to silence thetruth, to try to undermine
democracy, have been broughtinto the light and justice is
being pursued.

Speaker 1 (54:03):
Yes, it is a terrible moment in history for a
president to be accused ofhousing documents from the White
House that should have beenwith the archives, supposedly.
Bill Clinton was accused of theexact same thing.
He shoved a bunch of shit inhis sock drawer and then said,

(54:24):
oh, I don't know.
And then they went to courtabout it and the judge who was
appointed by either Clinton orObama and one or the other, said
oh no, that's what thePresidential Records Act is for.
We're just going to get it backwith the Presidential Records
Act.
And it was gone, it was quashed.
How can she sit there and saythis is the worst moment in

(54:45):
history and blah, blah, blah, when her husband did the exact
same thing?
And guess what is not on any ofTrump indictments Perjury.
Your husband lied under oath.
He is a huge pedophile, womanizer, dear friend of

(55:07):
Jeffrey Epstein's.
And you sit here and say thejustice system is working, no
matter what they're going afterTrump.
How is this the justice systemworking?
Show me where it's working, because all of these laws that
have been created and they'rebeing used to indict Trump, none
of them were written forpurposes such as that.

(55:29):
It's literally.
Find a law is what they'replaying, or make your own law up
, combining multiple laws.
So we've got Hillary Clintontalking about Donald Trump and
how terrible what he's done is,and her husband went on trial
for the exact same thing, wherea judge said nope, this is part

(55:53):
of Presidential Records Act,take it out of my court.
This is the level of the leftfolks.
This is where they live.
They live in an alternateuniverse and all they do is lie,
lie and lie to get people ontheir side or to get people so

(56:15):
fired up on the other side thatit causes more and more division
.
That's all her little speechwas for.
It was about division.
And what does she care?
She's out in Hollywood makingmovies with her daughter or
something.
It drives me absolutely insanewhen someone can come up and
make a judgment about someoneelse when someone in your family

(56:38):
that you lay next to everysingle night supposedly when
there's not a nine-year-old inher place you lay next to every
single night has done the exactsame thing.
So supposedly Bill Clinton hasundermined democracy as well.

Speaker 6 (56:54):
Right, I want to talk about this with Maya Wiley, the
president and CEO of theLeadership Conference on Civil
and Human Rights, formerassistant.
Former assistant United Statesattorney of New York's Civil
Division.
My old friend, nice to see you.
Thank you for being with usthis morning.

Speaker 1 (57:07):
First of all, let's notice her credentials.
This is so funny.
First she was assistant USattorney in the Civil Division
Nothing to do with crime, nothing to do with voter rights,
nothing to do with espionagebut she's a legal analyst.
She comes on and tells everyonethat what Trump did was wrong

(57:30):
and it just drives me nuts, because these are the people
that people in America listen toover and over and over again.
Grant and also this woman isblack and she makes everything
about race.
It's absolutely disgusting.
Nothing to do with the chargesat hand.
So what they're talking aboutis they're talking about the
final count in the indictment, count four, which essentially

(57:55):
says Donald Trump took yourright to have your vote counted
away.
That is not true.
The phone call has beenpublished with Georgia and the
Georgia politicians and theelectorate, and it was a one
hour phone call with MikeMeadows Trump excuse me, mark

(58:18):
Meadows Trump and a handful ofother people, and they're
demanding a recount.
They're not demanding to stopcounting, they're not demanding
that they shut down the polls.
They demanded a recount, whichthere is nothing wrong with that
.
Let's see what else are legalanalysts from civil court, as a

(58:39):
US district attorney in New York, has to say about election law
and criminal election law andindictments in Georgia?

Speaker 6 (58:50):
But it almost says that this is the thing you need
to think about If you don't wantto think about electors and you
don't want to think about RudyGiuliani and all the complexity
of everything that went on inthe case.
Remember that they tried totake away your right not to just
vote because a lot of Americanssay my right to vote was not
affected by any of this, butyour expectation that your vote
will be counted, that your votematters that's also part of this

(59:11):
.

Speaker 5 (59:13):
That is part of it and, to your point, it's central
to it.
Central to it because we knowthat one of the reasons we're
seeing this third indictment ofa former president of the United
States is because of what wesaw on January 6th and all that
it represented, which wasexactly what the Supreme Supreme
Court has said in interpretingsection 241, the Ku Klux Klan

(59:36):
Act.
It said that your right to haveyour vote counted is the same
as your right to put that votein the ballot box.

Speaker 1 (59:44):
The Ku Klux Klan Act.
I told you, if it doesn't comeback to race, it's not on MSNBC,
that's for sure.
This woman is such a hack.
Civil law, not criminal law, civil law.
And now she's some CEO of HumanRights and my name is Maya

(01:00:05):
Wiley.
She's just a complete moron whoknows nothing about the case.
The Ku Klux Klan Act wasdeveloped because the booths and
the ballots were being removedphysically.
So first you had the Ku KluxKlan blocking blacks from

(01:00:28):
getting to the ballot box.
Once they got to the ballot box, then the ballot boxes were
being destroyed and votes werebeing burned, et cetera.
So the Supreme Court, when itgot to the Supreme Court, they
said no, you have just as muchright to have it counted as you
do to have it entered into thatbox or press the lever or
whatever you do.
That's it.

(01:00:51):
But of course it's Trump.
So essentially, the argumentthat they're making and trying
to make is that Trump wasdestroying ballots.
Trump was ensuring thatpeople's ballots were not
counted.
Trump and his people wereblocking the ability for people

(01:01:13):
to vote, and of course it alwayscomes down to people of color,
people in poor neighborhoods, etcetera, when really Georgia
should be looking at the factthat their entire election
system is a mess.
They have nothing but problems, nothing but miscounts, nothing
but issues.
They have a chain of custodyproblem, they have a signature

(01:01:36):
verification problem and theycan't get their shit together.
Yet Donald Trump, ku Klux Klan.
He broke the Ku Klux Klan Actof the Supreme Court.
This Georgia indictment shouldgo nowhere.

(01:01:59):
I can look at Jack Smith'sindictment, or indictments to
Trump, and go, okay, he's not anidiot, he put this together.
I think it's all lies, but heput it together in a way that
makes somewhat sense.
This woman in Georgia has noidea what she's doing.
Where did she go to law school?
I don't even know, but thiswoman is such a moron.

(01:02:21):
And you've got all these legalanalysts in, or, as my buddy
Mark Levin says, legal analysts.
You've got all these legalanalysts that don't know the
case at all and just regurgitatewhat the hosts on MSNBC say.
I don't know where we're livingtoday, folks, but it's not the
America that I remember growingup in.

(01:02:42):
I'm Chad Law, reminding you ofwhat Reagan once said the
trouble with our liberal friendsis not that they're ignorant,
it's just that they know so much.
That isn't so.
God bless you, president Reagan, and may God save America.

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
