Ericka E. A retired Command Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Ericka served as the 17th Command Chief for the Air Force Reserve Command and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of the Air Force Reserve. She oversaw the readiness and well-being of over 74,000 personnel across 60+ bases and led strategic efforts in joint military environments. With 27 years in law enforcement, she also served as a Criminal Investigator for the Department of Homeland Security, managing high-level investigations and interagency collaboration.

Originally from Guatemala, Ericka’s journey from poverty to leadership is a story of resilience. She holds an MBA in Military Studies, a BA in Criminal Justice and Foreign Languages, and multiple certifications in coaching, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Recognized by the U.S. Congress for her exceptional service and mentorship, Ericka continues to inspire others through her work and legacy.
