As the Director of The Delta Center at Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, he is charged with the responsibility of telling the stories of the lives of people in the Mississippi Delta. On the other hand, his personal and familial journey help him translate his responsibility into a passion and calling that validates and respects people who often go unseen.
