What an incredible time to be alive!
As so many of us are FEELING more on our healing, awakening journeys (and even with the amount of input we are inundated with in daily life) it is becoming imperative for our mental health and well-being that we learn to manage our energy, and ensure our natural empathy is directed in healthy ways.
This is a NEW SKILL we are learning, as we increase our ability to tap into collective consciousness, and as with so much new territory we are navigating, it is both challenging and exciting!
