Holistic health is an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual components of health.
Dr. Garraway, MD, who is also a medical doctor, blends this approach along with her Western Medicine background into her private practice at the Holistic Therapeutic Center, located in St. Augustine, Trinidad.
This episode touches on some of the major issues that causes much distress for many people, as well as the wide range of services that she offers to her patients to help counteract them.
