He received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Purdue Global and his Master of Laws (LLM) in Artificial Intelligence from Purdue University. He serves as a Labor Mediator for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security wherein he specializes in collective bargaining agreements. Mr. Hall has spent over 25 years working with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since being initially contracted to work through ADRMediator, Inc.
