Today I sat down with Brianne Helfrich, creator, founder of Helfrich Collective and a PhD student so of course we talked all about navigating social media, the impact of the pandemic on their mental health, and the importance of finding purpose in one's career. Brianne shares why she always wanted to be in medicine, her passion for bioethics, and the support she received from her family during her transition from aspiring doctor to entrepreneur.
We highlight the importance of having a support system in pursuing one's dreams whether it's content creation, higher education or both and why it's important to have a life outside of social media too. From timing, relationships as highly ambitious and passionate women and maintaining privacy, this convo is the epitome of getting candid.
