Hello Beautiful Friend!

How many times have you let yourself feel the depths of your anger only to be brought to grief?

Or grief makes way to laughter?

Grief transmuting into laughter may sound odd, but as a Hypnotherapist, I’ve witnessed hundreds of clients release grief through a energetic release of laughter.

When you make it safe for the emotions to move, for the old ones to come up, to really be with you as the messengers - they land, morph, merge, and ultimately create clarity…….

AND > this is how you build trust.

Not just trust with your body that you’re listening.

Trust between your head and heart.

And this internal trust moves into your external world.

It orients you and clear paths that emotional debris has blocked.

You’ll see things more clearly and keys will fit into locks, tumblers will click into place.

PONDER THIS.

As I sat down and opened my soul’s Akashic Records (repository of all concioussness for deeper inquiry) this morning, a stream of revelation came through that supports all of us in this great time of change to restore our own power within.

So let’s tap into what was channeled.

May it be a conviction and consideration in how we show up in this pivotal moment.

Quite frankly, the application—is life-changing.

Once you start recognizing how your mind filters, reacts, and runs on default patterns, you can shift how you show up FOR YOURSELF, others and every area of your life.

This is the kind of awareness that doesn’t just change conversations—it changes lives.

If you want to respond with more clarity—not just more emotion—or even choose not to respond at all because you no longer feel the need to… this is for you.

Peace is always present, waiting for us to notice.

Being a true witness means holding space for this shift without asserting beliefs to feel secure.

Consider - being a true witness to your becoming.

Being a witness isn’t about having answers or calming the storm.

It’s about honoring someone’s experience—joy, pain, or uncertainty—without controlling it.

Trusting their truth empowers them to claim their own authority, laying the foundation for a more conscious society.

Shifting to higher consciousness as a society means embracing our interconnectedness.

When we allow others their truth, we foster collective awakening.

Yes, we are each RESPONS-ABLE.

This isn’t about agreeing on one path but about valuing diverse perspectives as threads in a shared tapestry of growth.

When the world feels unsteady, it’s tempting to seek that type of unconscious control and to find nests where everyone thinks the way you do.

We might push our beliefs on others, thinking, “If you see it my way, I’ll feel okay.”

That’s the ego, driven by fear.

Chaos is not the whole story. Letting go of this need opens us to renewal.

In reality, presence allows God’s peace to flow beneath the turbulence, like a steady current under a restless surface.

When we stop trying to fix or prove our point, we feel it.

Witnessing, then means….

- sitting with uncertainty, trusting peace is present, and allowing others to find their truth without interference.

How do we do this?

Listen deeply, not to correct or respond, but to understand.

When someone shares their heart, honor it.

Their truth stands on its own.

By stepping back, you empower them to own their path, contributing to a collective rise in awareness.

Are you Empathic and feel deeply?

I know I do. It took till midlife not to take things personal, and that is the pivotal point where my intuition sky rocketed 10-fold.

For those who feel others’ emotions deeply, the impulse to resolve things is strong.

But this often reflects our need to feel secure, not their needs.

Pause, breathe, and let them carry their truth.

Releasing this ego-driven urge aligns us with a shared, compassionate vision.

The ego thrives on believing there’s one right path—our path.

We defend beliefs to feel secure, especially in shifting times.

But no truth is more valid than another. Letting go of this need dissolves divisions, paving the way for a more unified, conscious world.

In this time of transformation, the world needs those who can embrace uncertainty, not control it.

When you witness without judgment, you model a way of be
