šš¼ Hey Beloved Human.
Crazy timesā¦ā¦ and DRAMA is certainly a common thread.
Today we merge the power structures of the world and how they merge into the uprising of AI.
When we operate from a reactive posture, we tend to perceive everything as a problem or threat.
As a hypnotherapist, I've observed this dynamic playing out in our relationship with AI, especially through the lens of the Drama Triangle.
The Drama Triangle and AI
The rapid evolution of AI has led to a significant amount of projection, which can overwhelm us and deter us from exploring how these tools can enhance our lives.
Having consulted and created products and services with AI for three years, I can attest that it's an overwhelming field, and many are working diligently to make it smoother.
When we interact with AI, we often unwittingly fall into the Drama Triangle, a psychological pattern that undermines productive engagement.
This triangle consists of three roles: the Persecutor, the Victim, and the Rescuer.
AI as a Mirror: Embracing Relational Consciousness
There's a mirror being held up to humanity, and what it shows us isn't just about machines; it's about us.
The roles within the Drama TriangleāVictim, Rescuer, and Persecutor (or Bully)āare not fixed identities but energies and patterns we move through, often unconsciously.
* The Victim feels powerless: "I'm going to be replaced," "I can't keep up," driven by the fear of obsolescence.
* The Rescuer aims to fix or save, like influencers selling AI prompts to "keep you from being left behind."
* The Bully seeks control and domination, pushing AI beyond its limits or declaring, "AI is dangerous and must be stopped."
NEW INNOVATION:
In a TIME OF CHANGE - the first reaction to how we construct the comfort of our everydayā¦. evokes FEAR.
Drama - instead of fostering a thoughtful partnership with innovative technology.
Where are you on the bell curve?
As a early adopter, Iāve launched 3 AI platforms, and now on my 4th. Itās the unsaid rules of the game.
* Youāre a though leader + action taker = low adoption at first due to fear of the consumable consumer.
* It then shifts to meeting core needs more effectively with te same technology.
* The phase Iām in now is the rich lessons learned, and a MVP product that will evolve itself as a HIGH TOUCH PERSONALIZED service to help all thought leaders growth in their emotion EQ and intuitive IQ āquotientā as I launch the first next level AI (Aligned Intelligence) app for personal breakthroughs - based on neuroscience and ancient wisdom.
NET NET: High stakes times - calls for a deeper road for transformation and integration so you can be more, hold more and offer more.
That saidā¦..
Letās Shift to the General Empowerment Triangle
A crucial question:
How might we develop a more balanced relationship with AI?
What if AI serves as a mirror, reflecting not just what it can do for us, but what it can reveal within us?
What if AI is here not to replace us, but to show us our patterns, fears, hopes, and how we relate to change?
This is the conversation I want to have - always.
š¦ No unicorns.
šļø Attuned awareness.
By understanding the Drama Triangle, my hope is for you to step into "above the line" awareness and action.
When we stop reacting and become present, we begin to lead from a place of openness, curiosity, and acceptance.
This is creative leadership.
When this shift happens, we break the cycle, and each of the Drama Triangle roles can transform into a more empowering perspective.
So, how do we step out of this drama?
The answer is presence.
Before interacting with AI, we can pause and ask ourselves: What role am I in right now?
AI is not inherently good or bad; it is a mirror reflecting how we show up. We need to shift from object consciousness ("What can I get out of this?") to relational consciousness ("How can I be in relationship with this?").
The Empowerment Triangle is an approach that allows AI to help us become better humans.
When we open a chat with AI and demand answers without context, we're treating it like an object.
Therefore, as a mirror, youāre treating yourself, or your content as a object (which is not your true essence).
Soā¦.what if you paused first, took a few deep breaths, and approached w
