Today we are chatting about a really powerful tool to use when we find ourselves saying things like "I am just always so busy" or "I never have enough time" or " I never get time for me".
I did this exercise a few weeks ago and am happy to say that within a week of implementing this new schedule and better boundaries I am finding myself saying things like "I don't know how I am going to get this all done" or "AHHH I am so overwhelmed" WAY LESS!!
I even made you a template to assess where you are with how much you WANT to do in a week. Check it out and then let me know what you thought after using it!
