We’re kicking off our survival series with a deep dive on friendship. In this episode, I share some examples of losing friends in my life, such as having a blow out and ending things, naturally growing apart and moving on, navigating a tragic event that redefines a friendship, and taking temporary friendship breaks because of different priorities, values, geography, etc. It’s tough, but not every single friend you’ve got is going to be in your life forever, and that’s okay. That said, we also just can’t expect our friends to always be there if we’re not being intentional and present in the relationship. So, listen in for some tactical ways that we can foster our friendships AND decide if we want to end a friendship. The people you surround yourself with matter!
