Most parents put their kids in sports or assign them yard work to keep them busy on the weekends. But Ian's mom decided to start a business to keep him busy from watching cartoons! Ever since he was 9 years old, Ian has grown up supporting and growing his families honey company, until he recently jumped into the business full time!
ADAZ honey works with small and mid-size local bee keepers to bring their fresh and delicious honey to local consumers. Working with family isn't always easy, but having different people with different strengths and opinions is extremely beneficial to the success of the business. The most important part of running a family business, according to Ian, is being candid with each other. Tune in as Ian dives into how this helps them stick together!
