In his book "The Care for Peace Manifesto: A Global Mandate to Secure the Second Human Evolution in Perpetuity,” presents a hopeful path towards what he calls the Second Human Evolution. He has all but concluded that the end of the First Human Evolution that began two-and-a-half million years ago is over.
