This conference, and now many others, was created by the wonderful woman I get to chat with in this episode: Janet Hagan Wallace. She has a background in marketing and branding. She produces, organizes, and hosts events for clients as well as her own pursuits.

How do you alter course when your creation appears to be in full swing and growing, but you can’t ignore the small whispers of change asking you to?
