When it comes to taking care of people, women, especially, have no problem in doing such things. But when it comes to taking care of ourselves, we often forget to put ourselves on the calendar. Maybe our schedules are busy, or maybe we have to pick this child up from soccer and take this child to dance. Maybe work is requiring all of my time, and any time I have left goes to my family and friends. But then my friends and family, still don’t think I’m spending enough time with them, or making them a priority so I definitely don’t have time for myself.
