Polyvagal Informed Internal Family Systems with Ruth Culver

Ruth shares how she took the Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems Theory to bring about a unique treatment approach for clients working through their trauma and attachment.    http://calmheart.co.uk/   Ruth Culver is a somatic psychotherapist based in Brighton, UK.
