Speaker 2 (00:21):
Welcome to the show
leaders Today's episode.
I'm going to go through a fewthings that I never say, because
I have the awareness and theunderstanding that everything
externally that's happening tous, the opportunities that we
(00:42):
are attracting, the results thatwe see, are all connected to
the story and the standards andthe limitations that we are
experiencing internally.
Everything is a mirror.
Basically, to keep it simple, everything externally is
(01:05):
mirroring what's going oninternally.
So part of my work as a coachis to become acutely aware of
the limitations that people holdwithin them, and we can always
understand what theselimitations are through the way
(01:27):
people communicate, and everyoneon the planet has different
limitations, but when a personhas been living their life, you
know they've just gone through anormal experience, you know
growing up in a household, goingto school, etc.
(01:49):
Etc.
But they've never questionedanything then a lot of those
limitations are typicalcollective consciousness
limitations.
I'll give you an example.
So yesterday my daughter and Iwere watching a dating I think
it was one of the love shows, welove those shows and one of the
(02:17):
women it was really interestingI think it was Married at First
Sight.
We were watching and one of thewomen basically told her
partner you have too many dreams.
You have too many dreams andit's not realistic.
Your dreams aren't realistic.
The funny, the interestingthing, was the dreams he shared
(02:40):
were very realistic, like theyweren't even quote, unquote from
my perspective big dreams atall.
They were more.
He was sharing goals that hewanted to achieve, which is
great, which is amazing.
But her perspective none ofthis was going to be possible.
And really, when she wassharing this and she was
(03:03):
communicating from myperspective it really looked
like she was just regurgitatingcertain things that she heard
growing up.
So I'm sure she heard thesethings being spoken in her
household and she's, just aschildren do, taking them on as
her own beliefs.
(03:23):
And if she's never questionedthem, then that is her reality.
And life has an amazing way ofmirroring back to us what our
beliefs are, what ourlimitations are, and it's our
responsibility to change thosethings responsibility to change
(03:43):
those things or continue livingthem.
Most people on this planet notyou, because you're listening to
this podcast, but most peopleon the planet aren't aware of
their limitations.
They've just subscribed to themas being true, something that
just that's just the way life is.
(04:05):
That's just the way it is.
I was once there and until wehave an awakening.
And you know, for my, myawakening was a spontaneous
awakening.
I literally my awakening gottriggered from a book I was
reading and the very next day Ijust started walking around the
(04:27):
planet just being like, why isnobody?
People need to know thisinformation.
This whole planet is malleable.
We can change anything.
It's not this box that we'vebeen told that, it is these
restrictions.
It was really funny and thatfeeling lasted for a while until
(04:47):
it kind of settled down.
But I digress, going back to theinitial topic.
Everything is a mirror.
So we got to question ourlimitations.
So me being a coach, I'm veryacutely aware of people's
language that they're using.
I'm very acutely aware ofpeople's language that they're
using and I can use that tohighlight and mirror back to
(05:11):
people the limitations.
Because once we startquestioning the limitations and
we start to challenge them, theyno longer become an unconscious
pattern.
But if we choose to continueliving those limitations, then
it's a choice.
And then we got to do thedeeper work of why are we
actually choosing this?
And that's a lot of the deeperwork that I do with my private
(05:33):
clients or even in MLA, theMagnetic Leadership Accelerator.
So I want to go through acouple of things that I never
say because it's just alimitation.
I never say because it's just alimitation and I am choosing
not to live through limitations.
That doesn't mean I don't havemy own.
(05:55):
This is why I work with my owncoaches, because we have blind
spots.
So it's really, reallyimportant, if you have a desire
to live to your full potential,to live to your full potential,
to experience life at thefullest capacity that you can
experience it, to always beworking with coaches or mentors
(06:16):
or people that can mirror backto you your blind spots, because
as we grow, we continue to hitnew blind spots.
But here are some of the thingsthat I already am aware were my
blind spots at one time, and Ino longer say ever.
So.
I no longer say I can't affordit.
You are putting up a block.
You're basically saying toexistence that this is not for
(06:51):
me, that I can't have this, thatI am not a match for this, and
it doesn't matter how much youhave in the bank, it doesn't
matter how many, how many creditcards you have.
This is has nothing to do withyour ability to create in your
(07:13):
reality.
It doesn't matter what ispresent currently.
Everything that is presentcurrently is a reflection of the
past.
That is present currently is areflection of the past.
So I can't afford it.
You are basically tellingyourself that nothing is going
to change in my reality.
I'm not open to change.
(07:34):
I am only open to seeing whatis right in front of me.
And if that's not what you want,if you want something, if
you're looking at something, ifyou're desiring something, that
(07:56):
desire is being brought intoyour life because it is possible
to you.
We are born creators.
We are here to create.
Desire is the seed of creation.
So when we have those feelings, those are seeds from God, from
source, from universe.
Whatever you resonate with, whatever you resonate with.
(08:16):
This is part of why we are hereto expand.
We are not meant to stay in acontractive state I Can't Afford
.
It is contraction.
It's based in lack andlimitations.
I know that I am here to growand expand and continue to push
(08:38):
the boundaries and push theedges of my limitations.
This is how we grow.
This is how we do that deepersoul work.
So I always ask the question.
I really first.
I really like this.
It feels good.
It feels good in my body, itfeels expansive, it feels
(08:58):
exciting.
And then I start askingquestions how can I make this
happen?
Who do I need to speak tothat's going to help me reach
this next milestone or this nextgoal or this next goal, or what
are my options to make thishappen?
(09:21):
You see how that opens the door.
It continues to expand.
We're not putting up aroadblock and saying I can't, I
can't have this, I can't affordthis.
(09:44):
How can you ever open the doorto more receiving more, if you
don't let go of thoselimitations?
In the 3D reality, we are muchmore than this, right.
So I never say, I never say itdoesn't matter how much it is, I
don't care if it's $10 billion,it's something that I want and
it feels good in my body and itfeels right, feels expansive, it
(10:06):
feels exciting.
I know that that's an optionfor me.
So my job as a creator is tostart asking the questions what
is the next step?
And then I let it go.
I don't ruminate on it, I don'tget frustrated with it, I don't
try to figure it out.
I allow space for the next step, the information to come, and I
(10:31):
know I'm making it sound verysimplified.
It actually is very simple.
It's our brain.
That complicates it.
That's a whole nother episode.
But we have to start openingthe door.
And that goes into the nextthing that I never say.
I never say I can't.
I never say I can't.
What is I can't?
Again, it's a limitation.
Sometimes I'll say I won'tbecause I don't want to do
(10:55):
something.
That's a whole different energy.
I won't, that's me takingresponsibility first or it's
stating a boundary, but I can't.
That means I'm believing insome kind of restriction, I'm
(11:16):
believing in some kind oflimitation.
So you can ask the questionwhat's the path of least
resistance to move forward onthis?
If it's something that you wantto do, if it's something that
you don't want to do, then yousay I won't.
That's you honoring yourboundaries.
Another thing that I never sayis it's too hard.
(11:39):
Then you are agreeing thatsomething you are incapable of
doing.
Oh, I want to do this, but it'stoo hard.
Who says it's too hard?
That's just you agreeing thatyour ego mind and your ego mind
is going to bring up alllimitations, all terrible
(12:00):
what-if scenarios.
Often it's actually easier thanwe think it's going to be.
So I never say it's too hard.
If it's something that I wantto do, I ask the question who or
what will make this easier forme?
Who or what will make thiseasier for me?
I'm really great.
I've always been pretty good atfinding resources and I've
(12:23):
realized over the year that thisis a skill that's lacking in a
lot of people.
A simple act of knowing what toGoogle is really a skill.
You can find so many resourcesby plugging in the right things
(12:44):
in Google, and now we have AI,it's really really easy to make
things easier on yourself.
It's first getting into theenergy of how can I make this
easier.
That there are resources outthere, that it's too hard is
(13:06):
just a limitation, or it's youputting up a barrier on
something that you don'tactually want to do?
So, instead of saying toyourself I don't want to do this
, you say it's too hard, andthat's a whole nother pattern we
got to look at.
Another thing that I never sayis it will take too long.
(13:29):
A lot of good things take along time, but again, how do we
know how long it's going to take?
And also, time is going to goby anyway.
You might as well be puttingyour time and effort into
something that you want.
A lot of times, people wantinstant gratification, or they
want the instant result.
Time is going to go by anyways,so what are you going to spend
(13:52):
it on?
So it's going to take too long.
Why does that matter?
So that one is aboutquestioning why do you care?
Why do you care how long ittakes if you're going to get to
the same result?
Oh, because I want it right now.
Well, why do you want it rightnow?
Oh, because I want to.
(14:13):
You know, feel like this, feellike this, feel like this.
It's always about feelingsomething right.
We want something, we wantsomething right away because we
think it's going to make us feela certain way.
Well, you can make yourselffeel like that.
Now Tune into that frequency.
This is why we use the power ofvisualization.
This is a big part of themagnetic leadership accelerator
(14:35):
Tuning into your vision.
Understand, first creating thevision, aligning to the vision
and then tuning into it.
So we are in that energy, weare in that frequency every day.
There's no need for it.
We don't need something to feela certain way.
We already can tune into thatfeeling, that energy of it's
(14:59):
already done.
And, funny enough, that closesthe gap and allows you to
experience in the physical whatyou think is going to take a
long time.
And here's the last one that Inever say, it's never a part of
my decision making, making thatsomeone else doesn't want me to
(15:28):
or will judge me for something.
And this is a really commonlimitation people fall into and
I believe that for me personally, this has never been an issue
for me and I believe that youknow, I kind of scripted this
into my life of it never beingan issue so I can help other
people with it.
Because other people have a big, big problem with going against
(15:50):
the grain or going against whattheir family agrees upon or
wants them to do or thinks isright, or their friend group or
society wants them to do orthinks is right, or their friend
group or society.
And for me, I've always beenthe one to.
I always want to go against thegrain.
I don't like going doing whatother people are doing.
I enjoy being the odd one out.
(16:13):
And again, I believe that I havethis part of my personality to
instill in others, to instill inmy community, to instill in my
clients, because the fear ofgoing against, which is a primal
fear right, it's part of oursurvival mechanism to be a part
of the community to not goagainst the grain, because at
(16:37):
one point in our existence, ifwe did that, we would be
outcasted right, and we couldliterally die because we
wouldn't have the resources ofthe community.
So it is a very ingrained need, but at this point in reality,
right in 2025, we don't need togo with the family unit set of
(17:03):
beliefs.
We can go against the grain andstill thrive, still survive.
Not only survive, but thrive.
And at this point, right in2025, a big part of our purpose
is to embody the full expressionof who we are, to allow the
(17:25):
full expression of who we are tocome online, to come into this,
or to be expressed here throughthe work that we do, through
the values that we hold, throughhow we are showing up, to how
(17:45):
we are showing up.
So if you want to go a certainway, you want to do something
and your family thinks you'recrazy, right, it's your decision
.
It's your responsibility to sayyes to yourself, to your
authentic power state.
That's another concept that wego through in the Magnetic
Leadership AcceleratorUnderstanding your authentic
(18:08):
power state, and it simply meansbeing true to you, being true
to you and what you want andyour desires and understanding
that you have these desires fora reason, and it's trusting that
, having faith that what you aredesiring is desiring you too,
that it's available for you, andyour job is simply saying yes
(18:31):
to it and showing up every dayin that energy of belief,
consistency of belief, andtaking actions, inspired actions
, and you will get to where youwant to go.
And it's really not about yougetting anywhere.
It's about you aligning to thatfrequency.
(18:53):
So, again, to wrap it up, theseare the things that I never say,
because they're just based inlimitations and holding us at a
very contracted state, keepingus smaller than we are here to
be.
I never say I can't afford it.
I never say I can't, I neversay it's too hard, I never say
(19:16):
it will take too long and Inever say, oh, someone else
doesn't want me to, so it won't,or I'm afraid that someone will
judge me.
So if you use these statements, that's okay, but it's about
challenging them in the moment.
Is this actually true?
Is this actually true?
(19:38):
Is this a truth that I want tolive by?
Or can I see it just as a, as alimitation, just as a part of
me is trying to protect myself?
Right, limitations.
There's a part of you thatwants to believe the limitation
because it's trying to protectyourself.
And now I can see that this ismy opportunity to lean into
(20:01):
trust and to faith and know thatI am here to create and expand.
And my external world willalways mirror back what is
happening internally.
So if I want to changesomething externally, I first
need to make those changesinternally.

better.
