Chase McCants is a serial start up guy, who has worked in the cross-section of IT and healthcare, and he cares a lot about how you feel. I met chase in 2019 when I was interviewing people on the topic of fear and how that shows up at work.

In this episode we cover a lot of ground. This was recorded the day after the insurrection that occurred at the White House in January 2021.
