nine save percentage. I thought his say percentage didn't indicate
the way he kept the Oilers in the game. They
found a way. McDavid absolutely disgusting all games, some gross

no look passes, three assists, dry Sitle a goal in
assist and came with three goals. Of course, So the
Oilers find a way to get it done. But today,
obviously the talk maybe you're waiting for the big game,
the big game to come Super Bowls tomorrow for people

on Saturday. So I'm not gonna do a pod tomorrow
because I do not have the time to wake up

Tims picks, and then we'll go straight into the NFL
because we're gonna do a big preview, maybe go a
little bit in the NFL draft, maybe how it's gonna
look if what team wins the Super Bowl. So we'll see,
we'll kind of give our picks, our predictions maybe here.
So with that being said, we'll kind of dive into

the oilers here, right, the Everton Oilers find a way
to get the job done last night. They didn't have
a perfect game. John Gibson, Lucas do Stall obviously two
goaltenders not didn't look great. Right nowither goaltender looked very good.
Gibson was pretty good. Ghost All had a rough, rough

show showing obviously two goals on ten shots, so you
can do them out there. That's an eight hundred save percentage.
But in general, I thought the others they went back
to their normal lines by the end of the game,
and they started with the deep pairings are all mixed up,
and that's definitely something they're never gonna try again. I

would have been fine if they left at Home and
Bouchard together because they work perfectly together. And if you
splut those guys up there, totally different players. So you
leave those guys, you put Deharney up with Nurse, which
Deharney he had one bad look.

two together, and then you move CC down with Kulak.
I would have been fine with that. But eventually by

if was just scrolling, I was just scrolling. I couldn't
find so I couldn't. He didn't post anything that they
were actually gonna run that, but they ended up running
with it, like no block said it was a maybe
that they were gonna run it yesterday, and sure enough
they did. So, I mean they found a way to
win the game. McDavid with some magic. Cain was just

throwing Pakistan net, which really all had to do. The
oiler was I think they they played. They had a
slow start, that is for sure, but they found a
way to win the game. And that's what the best
teams do. They're quite a comeback team in general. But
I mean, at the end of the day, a win
to win, and we'll take it. Kind of bumping up

in this, I mean, you needed to win, kind of
move yourself around the standings. Last night, the Rangers ended
up beating the Blackhawks and ot which a little tight
for me that I wanted. I put a moodic coins
on the Rangers last night, so I was kind of rough.
And then the Wild beat the Penguins three to two,
so a lot of close games last night. In the NHL,

there's some action going on right now. The Caps are
up on the up on the Bruins two and nothing
with nine minutes left in the third period. Kind of
getting to the score up date later obviously, of course,
in the NBA right now, the Clippers with eighteen seconds
left or up one twelve to one oh six on
the Piston, So they are going to get that win,

looking like they are. But yeah, the Oilers, they obviously
played game tonight at eight pm against the Kings. Stuart
Skinner is the starting goaltender. That is confirmed. We'll see
how it how it goes because La did get a
goalie change recently for people that don't know, and they
beat Their last game was a while ago, so they

this will be the first game of the break. They
ended off beating the Predators on January thirty first, and
now Edmonton is going to play the Kings tonight. We'll
see how that goes with their new coach. We'll see
how it goes. The others gotta gotta play well, so
gotta put out their best effort. If they play like
how they did against Anaheim, I don't know that they're

gonna win, so we'll see how they end up playing tonight.
Stuart Skinner. Obviously in the pipes, the lines are back
to normal. There's one more thing I do want to
talk about before we kind of take a break and
then we'll jump into our NFL stuff. They moved up
Corey Perry. I talked about that the other day. Corey
Perry and Vander Kine are just two rats. It's so

it's so fun to watch. I was watching the game.
Corey Perry like ripped John Gibson's stick out of his
hands and he went around and Kane gets the puck
in the corner and shoots it. But every scrum those
guys are in, it's so funny. They're just both like
in the playoffs, it's gonna be so fun. It's gonna

be so fun with these two on the same team.
I don't even know how to explain it. It's like
they're the two of the three biggest in the playoffs
that you want on your team. The only other guy's
Brad Marshan, maybe Matthew Kuchuk. Right, it was just fun

hoping that they there wasn't any update on the lines today,
so we'll see how they end up going with. Maybe
they keep them, but I like that line. That line
was all over it last night obviously came to two
goals with that line. Drays found one on the power
play right, so that line was moving all around and

they were putting box on net. I expect to see
them back together. Bottom four. Bottom six wasn't terrible. I mean,
I like I like the that Corey Perry that he
can go anywhere and he'll play well. So I think
it's a win for the Oilers and maybe we'll see

a little late for maybe people who like to go
to bed early, A little late obviously because they are

seven pm puck drop. So that kind of ends their
little two game away stand. You got the Kings, or
three games you had Vegas, you had the Ducks. Now

more congested because the Oilers have a lot of games
to catch up on. They're four back of they got
four games at hand on Vegas. So you just gotta
keep winning games and hopefully they can find a way
to win again tonight's and they'll bump up the Kings
and the standings even more. Obviously, the Oilers are third

in the Pacific. They are behind Vegas. I'm just pulling
up the standings right now. They're behind to Vegas by
seven points. But they do have a solid amount of
games at hand, and they're up on the Kings, uh
five points up on the Kings by five points. I

but they're up on the Kings. Stuff they win tonight.

made a trade at the deadline, they acquired this other
guy and Spencer Dinwiddie, and they waved Spencer Dinwidie because
the cap issues. And now the Lakers are signing him
to a one point five million dollar.

that are at four, So all these games are kind
of early today. Devils and the Hurricanes at five, Lightning in,

at five, Cracking and the Flyers at five, the Penguins
and the Jets at five, the Coyotes and the Predators
at six, and then you got the Oilers and the

the Blues beat the Sabers three to one. Neighbors had

way to beat the Sabers and then in overtime, Wow,
the Canucks lose to the Red Wings. The Canucks obviously
