“As a woman, you are allowed to be angry.”  Our sacred feminine energy is not just limited to softness and tenderness. It is also important to embrace the feminine fire that lives within all of us. The sacred rage that burns in your chest that we have so often been told not to express.  It has a story to tell. It is the rage of the women who came before you, and your own personal rage for all of the ways that you were allowed and not allowed to experience and express.   Can you invite it to the surface?
