When we set out to make changes, we often come up with a big plan of action. However, this can leave us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or frustrated when we don't progress as quickly as we desire. I want to offer you this: sometimes, doing less and pushing less—while gently bringing daily intention into small moments—is much more powerful than even the biggest, grandest plan.

We explore how inaction often follows those big attempts that fall flat, and the impact of the deeper things that are going on within us. When you combine mindset shifts with an understanding of the nervous system, examining the small choices in your life provides a gentle entry point to transformation with less resistance and greater ease.

We'll look at this through the lens of you as a business owner, as someone working toward personal growth, and as a coach supporting others through change.
