Anand, welcome and thank you somuch for joining me today.

Hanan Al Mheiri (01:11):
Thank you so much, Helen Marie, for hosting
me.
It's really an honor to be inyour show.
Thank you so much.

Hilmarie Hutchison (01:18):
Before we get into your incredible
accomplishment, can you tell usa little bit about your
background?

Hanan Al Mheiri (01:25):
and the dream growing up.
If I would like to introducemyself as Bertoudet, I would say
I am Empress Hanan, who builtthis Hanan empire.
But if I want to talk about myupbringing, as you mentioned, I
did not have a clear, let's say, path For me.
I did my bachelor's in appliedmedia communications, where I

(01:47):
then specialized in filmdirecting.
I was into documentaries.
I still am.
I love documentaries because Ifeel I can bring a message
through to the community in aninteresting way.
After that, within my education,I decided to take a master's in
strategic human resourcesmanagement because I was looking

(02:08):
for something.
What is one thing that anyorganization cannot function
without, I came to know it's theHR, because it's like the
skeleton of each organization.
And then, as I joined my first, let's say, employer, dubai
Police in 2007.
By the way, I got an offer fromthe general commander at that
time, while I was in internshipin the media after directing two

(02:32):
documentaries, but I was notemployed in the media section at
that time I got another offerto go join the knowledge
management.
So I said okay.
When I did my PhD, I started myPhD.
I said okay, I love the domain,I liked it.
Why don't I go and experiment.
I started my PhD, I said, okay,I love the domain, I liked it.
Why don't I go and experimentmore in my PhD in that area?
So everything like I feel likenow having my business, every

(02:54):
education that I had, everyexperience that I had built into
the person I am today.
It was not very intention, intentional at the beginning.
Beginning, and this is what isgreat about it, because for me,
I have been, let's say,certified international trainer
for the last more than 18 years.
But when I explored the art ofcoaching, it is something

(03:18):
different.
I still do trainings, butcoaching is a whole different
experience.
You can change people's lifeand show them the opportunities
you know.
It's not that they don't knowit or they are not aware about
it, but they have beenprogrammed to think certain ways
, like I will go get education,go and get salary and that's it.

(03:40):
Their life becomes on autopilot.

Hilmarie Hutchison (03:42):
So you started off, first off in
communications and, as you say, focusing on documentaries and
film.
Then you veered off and youchanged direction into the human
resources management side ofthings.
What was it about coaching,though?
What got you into coaching?

Hanan Al Mheiri (03:59):
I went through traumatic events in my life
where the loss of my mom in 2018.
Traumatic events in my lifewere the loss of my mom in 2018.
It was, for me at least, it wasvery actually for us all it was
sudden, because she wasdiagnosed with stage four cancer
.
My mom is very strong and weall thought that we will all die
and she'll still be alive.
You know, and this is one ofthe things maybe that made me

(04:21):
take things for granted, unfortunately, when my mom died,
for example, I was doing my PhD.
It took me almost 12 years tofinish my PhD, so I was delaying
every moment of celebration, everything, like I was saying,
okay, I will take out my mom fora dinner after I graduate, I
will do this with her after Igraduate, or I will do this
activity with her, because mymom was also obese, so I will go

(04:43):
for her with a walk after Igraduate.
So when I lost my mom like that, in a like, a very sudden way,
it was like a wake-up call forme.
And then, after, like in 2000,2023, I also was divorced from
my former husband, which alsolasted for 12 years, and you may

(05:06):
also know that when someone isgetting married.
They don't have intention toget divorced.
So both of those traumaticevents happened to me.
So I went for healing.
I did not like where I am at, Ididn't like those feelings that
I am feeling, but I wanted toget healing.
I was ready to confront thosefeelings.
I was ready to stand in frontof my fear, to feel all the

(05:31):
feelings, and it's not easy, believe me.
So there were a lot of crying, there were a lot of reflections,
there were a lot of intentions, there were a lot of things that
I have written in order tochange my life for the better.
Because I had two options eitherto stay and remain the same, in
the victim mentality, donothing about my life and just

(05:54):
keep complaining about how mylife is miserable, or to take an
action and really create thelife that really suits Hanan,
you know.
So I'm so grateful because forall the coaches that coached me
during that time when I was down, all of them, they have
contributed to the person I amtoday.
So I wanted to deliver somesimilar experience to the people

(06:17):
.
This is one Also having theaspect of the business as a
business, like a Hanan empire, that coming and there is an
income, there is a you knowwhere I can step into my on my
feet, without help of, let's say, other, let's say, sources.
I got this, let's say, power orthis inspiration from my dad,

(06:38):
because he saw me day by day,how I give to my work and the
government.
He saw my commitment, how I goearly, sometimes I come late, or
how I worked in projects, andone time he came to me he told
me, hanan, if you open your ownbusiness and you put the same
energy on that business, youwill become a billionaire.

Hilmarie Hutchison (07:00):
I want to ask you this, actually, before
we get too deep into this one.
First I want to go back to whatyou were talking about and say
first of all wow, you've hadquite a lot of difficult
experiences that you've gonethrough, as you mentioned.
I'm really sorry about the lossof your mom, and I can imagine
I actually can't imagine howawful and how difficult that

(07:21):
must have been to go through, and then also, as you say, a
divorce that wasn't easy.
So, through your ownexperiences, you found that in
order to heal, you neededcoaches.
You needed people to help youalong the way to face your
journey and to go along with youon your journey, and that was a
big impact on your life.
Then, in 2023, you launchedHanan Empire.

(07:43):
Can you talk about theinspiration?
What inspired you to take thisleap and create your own
coaching and consulting platform?

Hanan Al Mheiri (07:52):
Both my mom and my dad inspired me, to be
honest, because I got divorcedin April 2022.
I think I mentioned the yearwrong before, and then I opened
my business in May 2022.
So I got divorced in April 2022.
And I opened my business thenext month.
So, for me, what is the core ofHanan Empire?

(08:14):
I wanted to help people, Iwanted to serve people and I
wanted to mimic a similarexperience for them to know that
they are in control of theirown life.
Okay, and let's takeaccountability guys.
Okay, maybe people mistreatedand not always fortunate about
circumstances, things that youdid not have any control over.

(08:35):
Let's do that.
And, from a businessperspective, to put the
structure and think aboutexpanding my business.
It was I borrowed, let's say,my dad's belief in me that to
become a billionaire one day,you know, like to have my own
business.
What is the nature of what I amdoing as a coach?
I think I was inspired from whatI went through healing and you

(08:57):
know when I went to my healer, because my main concern is to
heal this attachment between meand my former spouse but she
told me something.
She told me Hanan, I cannot healyou from this connection before
I heal you from the pain fromyour mom, because, for me, I
didn't want to let go from mymom and she was telling me in

(09:18):
some of the sessions you need tolet her go, and I was holding
into the pain just to let her tobe with me.
You know, which was really likeI was telling her how, how do
you want me to let my mom go?
How?
So sometimes we experiencethose feelings and emotions.
We need guidance how to steerthose feelings.

(09:39):
You want somebody who wentthrough the same experience or
have studied how to heal people,or people who studied how to
help you go to the next level.
And this is all what my coacheshave done to me, like all of
them showed me how to skiplevels instead of wasting years
and years and do it in a shorteramount of time.

Hilmarie Hutchison (10:02):
It makes absolute sense in a shorter
amount of time.
It makes absolute sense.
Yeah, instead of trying to dealwith all the issues at one time
or not knowing in what order todeal with them.
By having somebody withexperience, especially somebody,
as you said, that's gonethrough similar things, they can
help you say okay, this is thething to focus on first.
Let's unravel this thing beforewe try and unravel the next

(10:22):
thing, because you can't dealwith all those issues and all
those emotions at the same time.
So having somebody to guide youhelps you during that process,
because when you're in themiddle of it yourself, it's very
hard to see the direction to go.
But somebody looking from theoutside is then able to guide
you in how to unravel youremotions.

Hanan Al Mheiri (10:44):
What I notice in people like even this system.
It's hard for them to come andthey say, okay, if I do a lot of
achievements, if I do a lot ofthings on the external, these
feelings will go, but they willnever go.
They will never go, you know, based on my research, like a lot
of people who have a lot ofachievements, like almost 80%

(11:05):
based on my research, like a lotof people who have a lot of
achievements, like almost 80%based on some studies, no matter
how many achievements you do,if you didn't resolve what is
embedded inside of you, thiswill keep resurfacing,
resurfacing, resurfacing, evenif you become 100 years old.
If you did not heal, it willkeep coming.

Hilmarie Hutchison (11:24):
Yes, you absolutely have to deal with the
core issues that's going on,otherwise you're never going to
get past that point.
If I'm understanding youcorrectly Exactly Now, mindset
coaching is a central part ofthe work that you do.
What does mindsettransformation really mean and

(11:44):
why is it so powerful?

Hanan Al Mheiri (11:48):
transformation really mean and why is it so
powerful?
Usually?
I think there was some studiesthat also have investigated
Actually, he was, I think, inpsychology where he did a study
where we are using less than 10%of our mind as humans and
imagine if we are using it to90% or 80%.
So mindset coaching is veryessential because it shows you

(12:10):
your powers.
It makes you get introduced toyour powers, like what I am
powerful in and how I canutilize this to my advantage.
Also, mindset is amazingbecause it shows you the
possibilities.
It shows you the differentperspectives perspectives.
Sometimes.
Imagine if you are in aworkplace, if you are a normal

(12:30):
person and you would not exposedto any kind of mindset coaching
of your co-workers.
Maybe you will say, oh, theyare envying me, they are not
treating me in a proper way, blah, blah, blah.
But when you study mindset, youwill always try to position
things or the situations from apositive approach.

(12:50):
And, believe me, when you thinkabout something, if you feel
that this person hates you, thenthey hate you Because this is
what you planted in their mindas well and in your mind.
So you are acting based on thishatred.
But if you are comingpositively, I am coming in this
collaborative workspace.
My managers have my good.

(13:13):
They want only the best outcomefor me.
My environment is one to thebest for me.
Then you will see, allsituations is going to be around
that it's our own belief.

Hilmarie Hutchison (13:25):
that actually comes to's like a
self-fulfilling prophecy.
What you believe is the fact oris the truth?
You make that happen becauseyou believe that.

Hanan Al Mheiri (13:35):
Because your brain will keep giving you
evidence of what you believe in.
So, for example, if you havesiblings and you keep saying my
siblings hate me, my siblingshate me, and you keep saying my
siblings hate me, my siblingshate me, I am whatever, okay,
then you are creating thisreality for you because all the
actions you're going to take itwill make them hate you.

(13:55):
So you will be creating itunintentionally.
Of course you don't have theintention.
But when you study thosematerials then you say, oh my
God, I was the creator of all ofthese events, the bad events
and the good events in my life.
So then you get your power backby saying, okay, now, thank god

(14:15):
, I knew that I was the resultof that reality that I created
in the past.
Now I want to do a new reality.
So you start that by scriptingyour new envisioned reality that
you want.
You can script a scene, you canscript your whole life, you can
script all, whatever you wantto desire and everything.
And again, how much you believein it.

(14:36):
It's not just about scriptingand doing the homework.
No, you have to embody this andyou have to believe it.
The moment you believe it, thenit will become a reality.
That also makes sense themoment you believe it, then it
will become a reality.

Hilmarie Hutchison (14:47):
That also makes sense.
If the negative thoughts, orthe thoughts that was negative,
can become a reality throughyour actions, then when you've
got positive thoughts, thenagain they can become a reality
through your intentions.
I mean through your actions, and I like that.
You also said that sometimesthe actions we take on the
negative side could beunintentional.
We're not meaning to createthat self-fulfilling property,

(15:09):
but unintentionally we aremaking it come true through our
actions.
So that is really reallyinteresting.
Was there anything else that wewanted to mention on the
mindset coaching, or have wecovered enough of that?

Hanan Al Mheiri (15:21):
Mindset coaching is powerful, it can
change.
See, I mentioned, maybe brieflybefore, the training and
coaching.
Training is great when you wantto learn about a specific skill
, like, let's say, publicspeaking, leadership skills or
anything within specific set ofskills.
But mindset coaching, it canchange and it will change your

(15:45):
entire reality if you put yourtime into it and if you are
taking constant action withintentions that are aligned with
your goals and objectives, thenew goals and objectives that
you set for yourself.

Hilmarie Hutchison (15:59):
Now, there is a difference between training
and coaching as well.
You work across a wide range ofareas leadership, innovation,
knowledge sharing and awardpreparation.
How do you tailor your approachwhen coaching individuals
versus organizations?

Hanan Al Mheiri (16:17):
Okay.
So individuals, it depends.
When we have like a strategycall, of course before we start
and I see if we are good fit towork together, if I have the
right skills that they arelooking for, let's say I will
explore their schedule.
If they will telling me that Icannot do that they don't commit

(16:37):
to the work, that because Idon't have a magic wand, you
know.
So they are accountable for theresults that they will get
during the coaching for me,because they will be doing the
work.
I am going to guide them to dothe work.
I will review their work andeverything.
So it depends.
So if they are C-levelexecutives or my client in
general from women, I wouldcreate a plan in order to cover

(17:00):
their pain points.
So we would schedule maybeweekly sessions depending on the
need of that person orindividual.
But if I am delivering atraining, let's say for our
organization, we agree about theduration.
Again, some organizations theyhave also some restrictions.
They will tell me therestrictions, what we would love

(17:23):
for our employees to learn, what you know it aligns with my
values, then it's okay.
If it doesn't align, I wouldapologize and move on.
But it depends, you know, likewhat I can offer.
So for organizations, usuallythey are big groups, but I don't
prefer like if involves mindsetcoaching and exercises.
I usually don't recommend morethan 20 person in a batch, so

(17:47):
this is how I do it usually Veryinteresting.

Hilmarie Hutchison (17:51):
You've trained over 2,000 people and
delivered 4,000 hours ofsessions.
What's one standout momentwhere you've witnessed a
significant transformation insomeone you coached or mentored?

Hanan Al Mheiri (18:05):
One of the remarkable achievements I have
is when I decided to do a freeprogram.
It was a six-week program forthe public and we wanted to
select three winners butaccidentally my team selected 20
.
So the winners would getone-on-one coaching with me.
So it was really hard.

(18:26):
But I just wanted the communityto get to know, because there
is a lot of concern why coachingis expensive, blah, blah, blah
blah.
But they don't know that.
The cost that they are payingtheir life, which is much more
costly, okay if they stay thesame.
So I decided to do like sixweek program where I had.
So during that week, or let'ssay six weeks, I had a lot of

(18:50):
transformations.
And also I have one of theprivate clients.
She's a grandmother whoapproached me.
She have helped her daughtersand sons, she was a good wife to
her husband, everything.
But she told me now I feelempty, like I don't know what's
my purpose.
You know, because sometimes wecenter things among others and

(19:11):
we forget about ourselves.
So I think I am proud of thisperson because she was able to
do her own business from homeand she had a lot of profits.
And more than that, more thanthe profit side, she started
organizing her life.
She started prioritizingherself and she's living a life

(19:33):
that really she enjoys, becausebefore she was only working or,
let's say, doing things forothers.

Hilmarie Hutchison (19:39):
You helped her with her mindset to focus on
and start work doing things forwhat she wanted, because she
didn't have to only be inservice of others all the time.
I love that and I love that youoffered this free course to the
public to help people withoutany benefit to yourself, because
you just want to help peopleand get the message out there so

(20:02):
that people understand thevalue that coaching can have in
their lives.
Do you work with justindividuals or do you work with
couples who also are havingdifficulty in their
relationships?
Do you provide coaching forcouples or is that sort of
outside of your scope?

Hanan Al Mheiri (20:19):
Right now.
I started giving advice, or,let's say, coaching, on
relationships, but I never hadboth of the couples come to me
in the same time.
It's either the lady or the manwho comes to me, and it's
actually one of the topicsthat's of my interest and I am
actually doing a documentaryabout it because, based on the

(20:43):
worldwide, the divorce rateworldwide is 40%.
This could be due to manyreasons, but if you think about
it just logically, the age ofmarriage when people go and get
married, they are usually young.
Okay, so they are, whether youare Western or Middle Eastern or
whatever, or from the East orthe West or whatever.
Still there is the same normsthat we need to.

(21:05):
We have to get married at ayounger age because we need to
get.
We have to get married at ayounger age because we need to
get kids, and blah, blah, blah, blah.
When we get married, usually weare not that mature, we don't
even know ourself.
So how come we know our partner?
So through this documentaryalso, I want to show the ladies
and the guys that you still havetime.
No need to rush everything, rushing, rushing everything.

(21:27):
Get to know yourself.
Get to know yourself first.
Know what to ask like, forexample, even if there is a
period of engagement, okay, allthe engagement is talk.
That is unnecessary, but we arenot right asking the right
questions for from our partners.
For example, one potentialquestion could be how are we

(21:49):
going to resolve conflicts whenit happens?
Okay, do you agree with this orare you happy with it?
Because, for example, let's say, if I got married and my
husband leave the home, maybeit's not acceptable for Hanan,
but maybe it is acceptable forMehta or for Amira.
So the couple they need to cometogether to agree what kind of

(22:11):
strategies we are going tofollow if this misunderstanding
happened.
So, yeah, I think relationshipsare very important.
Also, they have to agree aboutthe red lines in every
relationship, like what are myred lines?
What if this happened?
Then I can tell you goodbye andthis is a divorce.
What are the one incident thatmaybe I can forgive you if it

(22:33):
happened only once, but I wouldnot allow it two times.
So, yeah, I think relationshipsare very, very important.

Hilmarie Hutchison (22:40):
I do get couples, but only one person
from the couple One time, sothat sort of keeps them focused
on the issues at hand.
Maybe sometimes when couplesare together there's also the
risk they get sidetracked intothe way they normally talk.
But I love that you say it'snot the length of an engagement
or the length that we knowsomebody before we get married,

(23:01):
but we are asking the wrongquestions.
I love that.
So it's about asking the rightquestions and really
understanding each other's asyou say red flags and each
other's limit, what isacceptable and what is not
acceptable.
And when we're very young, sometimes we don't know what our
own limits are and what we'relooking for.
Sometimes with coaching we canhelp to clarify that before

(23:23):
there is the need for divorce, maybe we can both talk it out
and get back on the same pagewithout needing to take that
drastic step.
It's very exciting.
Congratulations on working onthe documentary.
That sounds fantastic.
Do you have a timeline for whenit will be done and when it
will be released?

Hanan Al Mheiri (23:41):
Not yet.
I cannot give you a date rightnow because I'm working on my
podcast as well, but hopefullyby this year Super exciting.

Hilmarie Hutchison (23:49):
What advice would you give to young women
who want to create their ownpath, as you have, as leaders or
as entrepreneurs?

Hanan Al Mheiri (23:59):
Be honest with yourself, stand up, write all
your fears in a piece of paper, what I am scared of, and then be
courageous to go and stand upfor this.
Even if you want to become like, you have the right to become
whoever you want, and you canbecome it only if you have

(24:19):
consistent actions towards itand you don't need to share your
vision with everybody.
It's actually not advisable, because sometimes I will go and
share my vision with someonelike I want to become an
entrepreneur and I want to shareit with non-entrepreneurs.
Of course they are going toshare with me their limiting
beliefs, and limiting beliefs isdangerous.
So limiting beliefs are.

(24:40):
Thoughts is dangerous, solimiting beliefs are thoughts,
beliefs and ideas that we areinheriting them from, let's say,
could be from our parents, siblings, community, people who
we studied with.
So they are going to impose ourlimiting beliefs on us and, if
we accept, it becomes our ownlimiting belief.
So this would be my advice juststand up and, whatever you

(25:00):
decide to do, be firm in yourvision and go and do it.

Hilmarie Hutchison (25:03):
I think that's excellent advice.
Be careful who you talk toabout your vision and your
dreams, because the right personwould be encouraging and
helping you in achieving thosedreams and seeing the
possibilities, but the wrongperson, like you say, will put
their own limiting.
The wrong person will put theirown limiting belief on you and
that could dampen your ownvision or your own passion for

(25:25):
what you're wanting to do.
So I think that's really reallygood advice.
Thank you very much.
Let's change direction and talkabout what's next for Hanan
Empire.
Are there any upcoming projectsor goals?
You're especially excited about.

Hanan Al Mheiri (25:40):
Thank you so much for this question.
I can't wait to share with allof you about the exciting
projects that we have in HananEmpire.
So in June 26 till July 1st, wewill have an exclusive six-day
women-only retreat in Sultanateof Oman, in the amazing Jabal
Akhdar.
It's a mountain area.

(26:01):
It's amazing I have been to theplace twice right now, and why
I have decided to choose thisplace?
Because for me, I almosttraveled around the world, but
when I came to that location, Ifelt like, like you know, a
natural breath and I was veryhappy.
So I felt like I want to alsobring this experience to people.

(26:21):
But why not like?
Enjoy hiking activities, foodand, while having a dose of
mindset coaching as well?
During Ramadan, I have traveledto Oman again, in Jabal Akhdar,
just to visit every hotel andto check, because, again, within
Hananan Empire, we want only torepresent, or to let say,

(26:44):
deliver experience for myclients.
So we visited all the locationsand we looked at all the venues
and, alhamdulillah, we haveselected amazing venue where
they can enjoy mountain viewsand enjoy the coaching as well.
So this, this is one of theprojects.
Another project is thecelebration of the second
anniversary of Hanan Empire.

(27:04):
This year we are going to do ita convention style which will
be like two days, calledBuilding Empires Leadership
Convention, where speakers areinvited to, there is speaking
opportunities, there is awardprogram for entrepreneurs and
mindset coaches and authors, there is going to be panel

(27:28):
discussions.
So it's really exciting twodays.
One day will be dedicated forleadership, the second day will
be for entrepreneurs, mindsetcoaches and authors.
So, yeah, so those two excitingnew projects Along that, we
have talked briefly about thedocumentary.
So if anyone would like to fromthe audience, to participate in,

(27:52):
let's say, in the documentary, they can email us at support at
hananempirecom and they can bepart of it.
Also, if you are a relationshipexpert, you can contact us and
you will be interviewed for thedocumentary.
Also, if you know of asuccessful someone who built
their empires and you see themas an inspiration, you can also

(28:14):
write to us to host them in ourpodcast, which is called
Building Empires Podcast, wherewe aim to inspire people to
build their businesses fromscratch.
And I think these are ourexciting projects at the moment
at Hanan Empire.

Hilmarie Hutchison (28:30):
Wow, you are certainly very busy working on
a lot of really excitingprojects.
It sounds fantastic and I wishyou all the very best with these
different ventures that you'vegot going on.
My goodness, it must keep youreally, really busy.

Hanan Al Mheiri (28:46):
You know when you work on something that you
love, it is really exciting.
And you know when you work alsotowards serving people, it is
really fulfilling and you feeljoy all the time.

Hilmarie Hutchison (28:57):
I can understand Absolutely.
Now we've come to the segmentof our show where I will ask you
some rapid fire questions.
Our version of a game show Areyou ready?

Hanan Al Mheiri (29:08):
Oh, I'm scared.

Hilmarie Hutchison (29:09):
Okay, what's one habit that keeps you
grounded and focused?

Hanan Al Mheiri (29:13):
One habit that keeps me grounded and focused
Many, to be honest, butmeditation, or working out, and
sometimes, like I am famous withdoing my bathtub, like
meditating in my bathtub, andthat's why I build my own
jacuzzi.

Hilmarie Hutchison (29:32):
Very nice.
Do you have one book or quotethat's had a lasting impact on
you?

Hanan Al Mheiri (29:38):
Many books, to be honest, I think, one book
that is very short, by the way.
I have many bookrecommendations, but this book
by Neville Goddard.
It's called Feeling is theSecret, and it's really the
secret.
So, whatever you desire, youneed to embody it and you need
to feel it.
For example, I feel I am theEmpress Hanan.
Okay, I have written myselfimage, so I am Empress Hanan.

(30:00):
Okay, I have written myself-image, so I am Empress
Hanan.
So how do I feel when I am anEmpress?
So I feel like royalty.
I feel like I have more thanenough money to support myself
and people around me, blah, blah, blah.
So am I feeling this right nowor no?
This is the secret.
So you need to get thosevibrations from the end outcome,
or the desired outcome that youwould like.

(30:22):
I love it.

Hilmarie Hutchison (30:24):
I noticed you had a mug in your hand
earlier.
Do you take tea or coffeeduring coaching sessions?
Coffee, in one word.
How would you describe yourleadership style?
Empowering, I think, what isone thing you do every day, no
matter how busy you get.
Gratitude, lovely, very nice.
Well, thank you for playingalong.
That was easy enough.

(30:45):
Nothing too difficult.
Now I would like to ask you asignature green pill question.
If you took the green pill togo back in time and change one
thing about your journey, whatwould it be?

Hanan Al Mheiri (30:57):
See, before, when I was asked this question,
I would usually would say I wantto go and spend more time with
my mom.
But I think, now that I havethis maturity and this kind of
awareness, after all of thoseyears and working on myself, I
feel that I don't want to changeanything, because all of those
events, incidents held, crystallizing Hanan that she is

(31:21):
with you today.

Hilmarie Hutchison (31:22):
