Speaker 10 (30:36):
No drink real tea? What kind of real tea do
you drink?

Speaker 9 (30:41):
Some of my favorite. I'm a I'm a ginger tea nut.
I love ginger lemon.

Speaker 10 (30:45):
Okay, okay, I like liften Lipton decaffeinated and I like
to put in like a fruity bag with it, like
a peach tea bag. Really yeah, give it a little pop.

Speaker 8 (30:55):
Yeah, Limp Limpten. Limpten is really cool. You know, I'm
a I'm a green tea guy as well. It's funny
because I really got on teas. I got on tea's
after I realized that soda was just like rotten my
teeth out. We don't want that, no, So I started
getting on this tea kick. And now it's like, like

(31:17):
I feel like I'm British. Sometimes it's never not a
bad time for our teeth.

Speaker 10 (31:22):
That's right. Tea in the morning, tea at night. All right,
So we drink holy tea around here, that's what we drink.

Speaker 9 (31:30):
So ho tea, Holy.

Speaker 10 (31:32):
Holy tea, Holy tea. Yeah. It means we keep it,
keep it clean, we keep it holy.

Speaker 9 (31:40):
So we're gonna go, huh, you're using honey in your teeth.

Speaker 10 (31:44):
Well, yeah, yep, honey is good. You know, I actually
have been training myself to not use honey not to
use anything sweets. It don't taste as good. But I'm
trying to like cut back. So yeah, cutting down on
the sugars and stuff.

Speaker 9 (32:00):
Oh ye, last thing we need to do is worry
about becoming pre diabetic.

Speaker 10 (32:04):
We don't want to go.

Speaker 9 (32:05):
Don't want to You know, A gave is a gave
is a nice substitute.

Speaker 8 (32:10):
But every now and then you'll find me like crushing
like some blueberries or carriers.

Speaker 9 (32:14):
And putting it into tee.

Speaker 8 (32:16):
And I'm a weird guy because I'm the guy who
will go to a bar.

Speaker 9 (32:20):
In order tea.

Speaker 10 (32:22):
Okay, that's interesting, and uh.

Speaker 8 (32:24):
I've always kind of been that guy, but uh, you know,
I guess like sometimes you just kind of got to
not care.

Speaker 10 (32:31):
Okay, Well, we're gonna go ahead and go to a
commercial and we're gonna come back. We're gonna spill some
of this holy tea, all right, So don't go anywhere, y'all,
keep it right here to me and Miss Jones. Show
with Me, Doctor Miss Jones and mc e Lie.

Speaker 9 (34:20):
I'm ready to get into tea.

Speaker 10 (34:22):
All right, So the tea is boiling hot. So we're
gonna start off with the first story. Dawn Robinson. So
she is one of the founding members of the singing
group InVogue, and she recently went on social media to
let everybody know that she has been living in her
car for the past three years. So we're gonna go

(34:42):
ahead and go to this clip of her on social media,
and then we're gonna come back and talk about it.

Speaker 32 (34:51):
You guys, for the past three almost three years, I
have been living in my car. I said it. Oh
my god, it's out.

Speaker 2 (35:02):
I've been living in my car.

Speaker 32 (35:05):
Oh my gosh. If you remember, if you guys were
with me in twenty twenty, I did like one hundred
and five thousand interviews, and in the interim I was
living with my parents in Vegas and that was wonderful
until it wasn't. I love my mom, but she became
very angry and a lot of her anger she was

(35:29):
taking out on me, and I was her target all
the time, and I was like, I can't deal with this,
Like I respect her too much. I didn't understand it.
I still don't, and it hurt me. So I was
just trying to figure it out, but I couldn't. I can't.
You can't read someone else's mind. You can't figure them out.
They got to figure themselves out. So I was like,
let me get out of here. And I was sleeping

(35:51):
in my car for maybe about a month in Vegas.
And then the guy that was co managing me at
the time was living in LA and he said, you
need to come back to LA because it's getting ready
to be fire in Vegas. You need to come back.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
I love La.

Speaker 32 (36:08):
So I said okay, and he said that I could
stay with him, and uh so I was like, okay,
but you have a dog.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
I have a dog? Do we have?

Speaker 32 (36:17):
And he's like, I don't have a lot of room,
but I'll make room for you. And then when I
got to his place, he actually didn't have room for me.
So it turned into okay, well, I'm gonna put you
in a hotel for the night, and that one night
turned into eight months.

Speaker 22 (36:31):
Oh my god, you guys.

Speaker 32 (36:32):
I was like, no, this is unacceptable. Because every apartment
that I looked at, every single time I looked at
a place, I would call him and I'm like, okay,
can you meet me here? I would tell him ahead
of time, of course, and then he wouldn't meet me
there until I would take video and send it to him.
And he's like, no, oh my god, this neighborhood.

Speaker 7 (36:50):
I ate it.

Speaker 32 (36:51):
I'm like, dude, I'm the one who has to live here.
This is my remote for my phone. You can push
play and pause and all that stuff. That's why I'm
holding this anyway. And it's way cheaper than the hotel.
I told my assistant one day, I have been researching
car life. There's a whole community of people that live

(37:13):
in their cars, and a whole community of people that
live in their RVs, and a whole community of people
that live in bands van live, car lif RV life,
and I loved what I was seeing. I just thought, Wow,
these people are I can do that. I can do this,
I think. And I ended up in my car and

(37:34):
it's been, like I said, three years.

Speaker 7 (37:37):
All right.

Speaker 10 (37:52):
So that was down Robinson of the group, former member
of the Invoe group, talking about how she basically has
started living in her car for the last three years.
So I just want to know, I mean, in Vogue
was a very popular group. Where are all the royalties, residuals.

Speaker 4 (38:15):
All of that.

Speaker 10 (38:16):
I mean, even r Kelly got a new song out
from prison.

Speaker 22 (38:20):
He jumped on that.

Speaker 10 (38:21):
Chris Brown residuals, Jack, he want to know where his
residuals are. He wants some comments there Where are the residuals?

Speaker 2 (38:27):
Where are they?

Speaker 10 (38:28):
What's your thoughts on all this?

Speaker 9 (38:30):
Right?

Speaker 8 (38:31):
I mean, when it comes to our artists from the
nineties and our artists from uh from that, from that
that generation, it's very sad.

Speaker 9 (38:42):
To think that, like all the deals that were.

Speaker 8 (38:46):
Written for these people really had no plan for them
to make their money or kind of sustain that.

Speaker 33 (38:55):
You know.

Speaker 8 (38:56):
My my question is what kind of car was she
and that she's sleeping in, because I'm guessing it has
to have some room in it.

Speaker 10 (39:04):
I mean, she's got a nice phone. She had a
remote control for her phone to press play and pause
and stuff, so I mean, and she's clearly charging it
and all that. And she looked decent in the video,
So I mean, I don't know. I mean, I do
know people, you know, I lived in la for almost
ten years, and I do know some people that were
living in their cars. And you know, Tiffany Hattis talks

(39:26):
about how she lived in her car. You know, people
live in their car, they go to the gym, they shower,
they do whatever. I don't know where to get their
mail and everything. Maybe they have a mailbox or whatever,
but people do. People do it. But I mean, she
was a big star. So it's just like, you know,
I know Slim Thug was talking about how people you
know that you need to own your masters when you

(39:48):
write these contracts with these record labels, you need to
put down you know, something in there about owning your
masters and things like that. But you know, I just
I'm like, why isn't she she getting back with in Vogue.
They're still out here touring doing shows. Like I messaged
them myself when I saw this, I got slip right
up in their DM and sent them in this video.

(40:10):
I ain't heard nothing back.

Speaker 34 (40:13):
You know what.

Speaker 9 (40:14):
You know, it makes me think there's got to be
two sides to this story.

Speaker 8 (40:20):
And you know, it seems like when I watch when
I watch her being in the car talking, I think
that sometimes when you're trying to get information out, there's
a lot you're trying to get out.

Speaker 9 (40:33):
Because even after she says it, she's like.

Speaker 8 (40:35):
Whoo, I said it, Like it's out there, you know
it seems like that it might be a lot more
to the story than what she was able to convey
in that little clip.

Speaker 10 (40:48):
Yeah, well, you know she did after the video, you know,
because a lot has been going on. People have been
doing all kinds of scams and putting up fake go
fund me pages, fake cash apps and everything for her.
So she did put out a statement. She put up,
I'm not homeless. I am temporarily choosing car life as

(41:10):
a part of my healing and self discovery. So, I mean,
what you think about that you're choosing car life. I
don't think too many people are choosing car life. I mean,
I do know somebody that said he did choose homelessness.
He ain't want nobody to help him.

Speaker 9 (41:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 10 (41:26):
I mean, a lot of people are one paycheck away
from being homeless, but they gonna get some help. Could
you help? Could you help me out?

Speaker 2 (41:32):
You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 33 (41:33):
Right, Yeah, you know, I would say, you know, shout out,
shout out to all the shout out to all the
suv SUV owners in the SUV games, because if I'm
going to live in my car, it would be nice
to have some leg room, right right, Some of these us.
You could put the chair down, kind of lay down,

(41:54):
put like a bed down and have like a nice
little bit of room.

Speaker 9 (41:57):
I would hope that she's probably not in a tudor.

Speaker 10 (42:01):
But I just don't understand why you don't want some help.
So her former husband is Andre Allen. He told TMZ
that he's offering her a job working for Hilton. It's
gonna include free medical care from day one and professional
time off to juggle her career. So I don't know,
I'm gonna keep following this. I mean, I wonder is

(42:23):
there a deeper issue there, like why aren't you back
with Invold because they just took back one of the
other members. Now it's for them again. They have somebody
that I guess replaced her, the girl that played on
Jamie Fox that was singing, I don't know her name,
and then they got back another one of the old members.
So I'm just like, y'all can make it five and
all around the group out. But I don't know, like.

Speaker 8 (42:45):
You know, when it comes when it comes to groups,
I think that there's always like one member of groups
that is kind of like more like the loner.

Speaker 9 (42:54):
They kind of do their own thing. Maybe they're not
as like they're not as you know, where everybody.

Speaker 8 (43:02):
And uh, I mean, I don't know if I don't
know if that's her story, but it would just seem
to me like if the group is touring and they're
doing stuff now and she's not with them, you know,
there there's got to be some other underlying reason there,
and it would be nice if they could just reconcile
and perhaps even put together put together a tour on
her on her car route.

Speaker 9 (43:27):
You know, that's an interesting lifestyle, right to be living
in your car.

Speaker 10 (43:33):
It just it just makes no sense to me. You know,
too many other famous people.

Speaker 33 (43:37):
It's just.

Speaker 10 (43:39):
All right, let's go to this next story. So, Tracy
Morgan threw up. You talked about him a minute ago.
He threw up at the Knicks game on Monday. So
he also had a nosebleed and of course he had
court side seats. So the game stopped and they had
to rush him to the hospital. Found out that it
was food poisoning. So what's your thoughts on that?

Speaker 21 (44:03):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (44:04):
Well, well, first of all, shout out to Tracy Morgan.

Speaker 8 (44:06):
You know, you know, obviously getting sick in front of
a lot of people, that's kind of very embarrassing. And
you know, I hope that that brother is not having
any serious things. You said it was food poisoning.

Speaker 10 (44:22):
Yes, food poisoning.

Speaker 4 (44:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 21 (44:28):
Ooh.

Speaker 8 (44:29):
You know, this brother, I feel like he's had a
lot of interesting luck with things because you know, a
few years ago he had that thing with the Walmart truck.
He was in a coma, and he was in that
coma and it was like a lot of hard times.
And it was actually after that I actually got a
chance to work with him on the last oj Okay,

(44:49):
and you know, he seemed like just a real cool,
down the earth brother. And you know, I imagine that
he won't be eating at that place no more.

Speaker 10 (45:01):
I'm just saying, you gotta watch your food. My grandma said,
watch your food. I wonder did somebody put some in
his food?

Speaker 4 (45:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (45:09):
Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if he catches another, you know,
gets another bag from that, because that's definitely a case.

Speaker 9 (45:16):
Right you're eating and they they make you sick.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
I mean it is.

Speaker 10 (45:20):
I mean, I wonder is it the place or somebody
else that did it, or I don't know, Watch your
food is all.

Speaker 8 (45:27):
I can't help but think of how unfortunate that is
to like think that, like you might be getting richer
because of bad, misfortunate things keep happening.

Speaker 9 (45:38):
But that's not the way you want to like make
your millions.

Speaker 35 (45:41):
You know, like, hopefully you don't get sick at a
restaurant and pupe in front of everybody at a basketball
game to come up another couple million dollars.

Speaker 9 (45:52):
Right, Well, he says, counterproductive.

Speaker 10 (45:55):
He said since the Knicks one that he might have
to do it again during playoff season.

Speaker 9 (46:05):
Kind of reminds me of his movie Whenever he before
his battle in won.

Speaker 7 (46:10):
Uh huh.

Speaker 9 (46:12):
Yeah, that's interesting, all right.

Speaker 10 (46:15):
So now we got some good news. Jonathan Major's and
Megan good are married.

Speaker 2 (46:21):
That's right.

Speaker 10 (46:22):
They officially tied the knot in a backyard ceremony on Tuesday,
and the wedding officiant was his mama, who is a pastor,
and her mother was also there. So he confirmed it
Wednesday on The Sherry Shepherd Show when he was promoting
his new film, Magazine Dreams. He asked for her father's

(46:44):
permission before they got married. I thought that was so sweet,
because you know, people don't do that these days, so
that was very respectful.

Speaker 8 (46:52):
So we're shout out it's good to see my glove,
see two people of putting the thing together and you know,
coming together, not just out here just in the streets.

Speaker 10 (47:02):
Yes, yes, I thought that was beautiful that they got married.
You know, they really have been through so much. Like
she is a good woman. She stood by his side.
She said that he tried to convince her to not
even be with him, to protect her because you know,
he was going through that whole court case. He was
found guilty of two counts of misdemeanor assault and harassment

(47:25):
in December, and then Danny was sentenced to complete one
year of in person batterer's intervention program. So she sacrificed
a lot to be with him. She lost jobs, she
lost endorsements, she got uninvited to stuff. I'm just saying,
Homegirl is a ride at eye.

Speaker 19 (47:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (47:44):
Yeah, it seems like those two really care about each other,
and you know, I hope that they can get through
because you know, obviously being in a public eye that's
not easy.

Speaker 9 (47:54):
So you know, I wish nothing but the best for
those two.

Speaker 10 (47:58):
You know, I just don't understand why they didn't make it.
She didn't make it with her other husband, her ex husband.
He was a pastor, Pastor Devon Franklin. I never found
out why didn't they make it?

Speaker 9 (48:10):
Mm, you know, I don't I don't know. I don't
know what to say about that.

Speaker 10 (48:15):
Yeah, I don't know. Well, you know, he's he's hooked up.
He got somebody now too. I'm sure he probably gonna
be getting engaged soon too. We shall see, we shall see,
all right. So d C has started to dismantle the
Black Lives Matter Plaza, so that basically, I don't know

(48:36):
if you remember, after George Floyd died, they made a
street near the White House and it had the words
in yellow black Lives Matter. So Donald Trump told DC's
mayor to get rid of the Black Lives Matter Plaza
or lose federal funding. So a few days later, boom,
they start ripping it apart. So the reconstruction should take

(48:59):
about six to eight weeks.

Speaker 36 (49:01):
What's your thoughts, you know, when it comes to anything
that they that that what the quote quote unquote they
give us that they take back.

Speaker 8 (49:12):
I'm just never surprised. You know, it's like kind of
they give it to take it away. You know, it's
like they set you up to have like a high
emotional impact on it and then they say, Okay, now
we're taking it away. And the thing is, you know,
I don't I don't think too many people even knew.
They don't even knew the relevance of that street, So

(49:34):
like them taking it away, it's kind of like, Okay,
maybe y'all should have done more with the street, you know,
maybe they should put a building there, like a BLM
building there with BML BLM like memorabilia and stuff like that. Like,
I don't know, I don't know why why they're deciding

(49:54):
to take it away. It seems like just one of
those things that they kind of do to kind of
cause like people to get angry for no reason.

Speaker 10 (50:01):
Well, I mean it's Trump. He's doing away with everything
that has to do with DEI. Like the Army just
deleted MegaR Evers and some other black soldiers from the
Arlington National Cemetery website. So they had a section on
the website that was honoring the contributions of black soldiers
in the armed forces, and that got deleted due to

(50:24):
the Trump executive order that eliminated all DEI programs. So
I mean, I think that it's just all falling under
that same umbrella.

Speaker 9 (50:34):
Yeah, I think you're right. I think you're right.

Speaker 8 (50:38):
You know, it's like just just some more stuff they
really try to they try to do to kind of
make people feel a certain type of way. But you know,
I don't know that that BLM street like other than
having it a name, I don't really know like what
other value. Because I mean that, you know, they could

(51:00):
actually just make some laws and put some things into order,
like you know, police and police issues and black people
issues like that seems like an ongoing problem. We need
like legislation that's going to change the dynamic of like
over aggressive police officers, you know, and how they deal

(51:21):
with stuff. Like to get some real change, we would
need some legislation.

Speaker 21 (51:25):
You know.

Speaker 9 (51:25):
The street stuff is cool, but give us something that
actually will change. That's kind of what I think about it,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 10 (51:31):
Okay, all right, So our last story is about the
TV series Snowfall. So they are having a spinoff series.
They just got a pilot order from FX. So it's
going to be starring Leon and Wanda. Those are the characters.
They were played by Gail Bean and Isaiah John. It's

(51:52):
the continuation of the original Snowfall story. So I don't
know if you watch that series or not. I know
I watched it. So that was set in the nineteen
nineties in La South Central's transitioning from the crack era
into the gangster rap business, with areas affecting the heavily
infested gangs led by the Bloods and the Crypts. I

(52:13):
don't know if they're gonna be having any of the
other characters besides Leon and Wanda. I'm hoping that, you know,
they bring back Franklin Saint. You know that's Idris what
is his name, Damson Idris, something like that, the one
that was day Lorie Harvey, Damson Hindris. Yes, So I'm
hoping they bring him back as Franklin Saint because he
was the star of it. But you know at the

(52:35):
end that he lost all his money basically, and he
kind of went crazy a little bit. So I'm hoping
they kind of clean him up, bring him back on
as you know, supporting character, because it's like continuing the story.
So did you watch the series?

Speaker 8 (52:50):
You know, I caught like an episode or two. I'm
not really that familiar. I do know the actor, Damnson Idris.
He's an amazing talent. I mean, there's so many clips
of him, you know, delivering his lines and doing things,
and you know, I didn't even you can't even tell
that he's British.

Speaker 7 (53:11):
Right, you would never know it.

Speaker 8 (53:15):
You know, these guys like their accents are so like
they're so compelling and so like real, Like it's like, man,
you're not even American, but you sound like you a
brother from the.

Speaker 10 (53:28):
Yes, like DRIs Elba.

Speaker 8 (53:31):
Yeah, you know, I don't know. I haven't watched the
show too much. I'm not too caught up on it.
But you know, I think that the show probably you know,
from what I understand it, it covers just that whole
epidemic thing. You know, so many stories came out during
that time. I should really catch up on the show.

Speaker 10 (53:51):
You definitely got to ketch up on it, because I
mean it tells you, like where the crack error came from.
Course is embellished, but it's real. It's good TV.

Speaker 9 (54:01):
Oh yeah, just watching TV. Yes, written by John Singleton, right, yes, so.

Speaker 10 (54:09):
You know it's fire. So that is all the time
we have for the team. But tell us what you
got going on? Are you hosting any shows that people
can come and see you at?

Speaker 8 (54:20):
Yeah, yeah, I am currently still on the on the
the high school road with I will graduate in New York.
We have like about twenty different schools we're going to
over the next two months, so you know, you can
catch us.

Speaker 9 (54:37):
You'll probably catch me, you know, just on the scene
with them. We've been working with.

Speaker 8 (54:42):
A lot of different actors and things like that, because
we've had some people come to the school and just
shed their energy, you know, show to young ones that
you know, whatever it is that you want to do
in life, you can do as long as you make
sure that you get your education in it.

Speaker 9 (54:56):
And also, you know, we we want a mic.

Speaker 8 (55:00):
I help I help run a mic called a Wait
and enj in a Jersey City shout out to Sondra Small.
She's a musician activist up here in the New York
Jersey area and uh, you know kind of has a
mic that is really based on intention and also expression

(55:23):
because you know, we live in some times where a
lot of people don't necessarily want to express so much
of what they do. But uh, if the mic runs
every other Saturday, it's up there at the VIP restaurant
in Jersey City, and uh, it's it's the community based thing.
Or we team up with different different partners and different
places out there and just kind of pushing that positivity.

Speaker 10 (55:45):
Nice. Well, give everybody your social media information, your website

On the Me and Miss Jones Show.

Speaker 10 (01:00:25):
It is time to bring on the Woman of God.
If you are in the clubhouse and you have a
prayer request, go ahead and put it in the chat
so that she can pray for you.

Speaker 33 (01:00:41):
So.

Speaker 10 (01:00:41):
She is an associate minister at Welcome Chapel Missionary Baptist
Church in Albany, New York, and the lead servant to
God be the Glory Ministries. I want you all to
sho show a lot of love to Minister Grace Smife Young.

Speaker 22 (01:01:05):
Hey, Hey, how are you?

Speaker 10 (01:01:09):
I am doing wonderful? How are you doing today?

Speaker 40 (01:01:12):
I'm good, Doctor Jones, and thank you again for this
blessed opportunity you have given to me.

Speaker 10 (01:01:18):
Oh, I appreciate you coming on well, happy Women's History Month,
and saying to you, thank you. Would you like to
shout out an amazing woman in your life.

Speaker 41 (01:01:32):
I like to shout out a couple of them, to
my late mom mother, Sally Anne.

Speaker 40 (01:01:37):
Smife, to Dolores Layunci, to Maddie Fleman, and to all
of the women whom shoulders that I stand on as
a woman preacher.

Speaker 10 (01:01:48):
Yes, beautiful, and you know I've been doing this all
month long. But of course I want to shout out
my mom, my ride to die. She is in the club.
I was always the first one in there, always helping
us out and being there and supporting me. So shout
out to moms. So I always like to let everybody
know where I meet my guest. So I met you

(01:02:09):
through Andre Rainey. It was his grandmother's funeral and you
were on the pulpit. You gave some remarks, you sang,
and I was like, she is anointed. I got to
make sure that I talked to her at the repast.
So we talked and we connected and we've stayed in touch,
and I was like, I gotta get you on the show.
So thank you so much for coming.

Speaker 18 (01:02:30):
On, and thank you again for seeing me.

Speaker 10 (01:02:35):
Amen, Amen, Amen, So why don't you tell us a
little bit about your journey to ministry.

Speaker 40 (01:02:44):
So I am a I always say, I'm a recovering
adult child of a Black Baptist preacher.

Speaker 41 (01:02:51):
My dad was a preacher. He has now since deceased.

Speaker 40 (01:02:56):
But I was raised in the error where there was
not a lot of women preachers, and if they were,
they were not always allowed to cook it, so they
did a lot of outreach.

Speaker 41 (01:03:08):
I never saw myself.

Speaker 40 (01:03:09):
As a woman's preacher. I knew that I was special
and that God had a call in my life, but
I did.

Speaker 18 (01:03:16):
Not see myself as a preacher.

Speaker 40 (01:03:19):
Though I remember at the age of sixteen, I had
a encounter with God that blew my mind.

Speaker 41 (01:03:27):
But I still had no one to really shepherd me
and to show me and guide me.

Speaker 33 (01:03:33):
And so.

Speaker 40 (01:03:35):
It was not until college and I returned because my
dad moved to Buffalo.

Speaker 18 (01:03:40):
We were here in the Opening area.

Speaker 30 (01:03:42):
He was a pastor.

Speaker 40 (01:03:44):
He moved to Buffalo and became a pastor. I came
back here to go to college that I started having.

Speaker 18 (01:03:51):
Things what I call encounters.

Speaker 2 (01:03:53):
With the Lord.

Speaker 18 (01:03:54):
I knew when I would go out that that was
a delight for me, but I still did it because.

Speaker 41 (01:03:58):
I wanted to be accept did it in a part
of and.

Speaker 18 (01:04:03):
You know that went on for many years.

Speaker 40 (01:04:05):
I got pregnant, I had a daughter. I never thought
I could be a minister because even though I knew
there with women who were single women with children that
you know, we came from a very traditionalist background. So
again I don't think that could happen to me to
Just around the time that my dad died, the Lord
gave me the scripture in Isaiah that said, in the

(01:04:28):
time that came u Zaiah died, I sought the Lord.
And I'm telling you I began to seek the Lord,
and the Lord said it's time. It's time for you
to move out as a shadow of your gad and
to walk into the call that I have on your life.

Speaker 18 (01:04:43):
I then went to my pastor, who said, we was
waiting for you.

Speaker 40 (01:04:47):
We already knew what you just figured out, right, So
he licensed me to preach at them Mount Pleasant Missionary
Baptist Church here in the city of Walbney.

Speaker 18 (01:04:56):
And at that time I was under the pastor and
of the pastor, when you.

Speaker 41 (01:04:59):
Know, born in and I've been serving and ministry every since.

Speaker 10 (01:05:04):
Amen, Amen, I like what you were saying about people
not accepting women in the pulpit and women preachers, and
you know that still goes on today.

Speaker 8 (01:05:14):
You know.

Speaker 10 (01:05:15):
I remember I was living in South Texas near Mexico,
and I was going to this church there and I
can't remember, I don't know how we even got into
the conversation of it, but you know, they didn't believe
in female preachers, and I was like, Okay, I can't
go to this church. My grandmama is a bishop for
one thing, you know what I mean, Like, come on
like that. I can't. I can't rock with y'all no more.

(01:05:40):
So yeah, So you know it still goes on to
this day that people don't believe it. So I think
you just you know, for following the call of God
and sharing your gift with the world.

Speaker 9 (01:05:53):
Amen.

Speaker 10 (01:05:54):
Amen. So let's go ahead and do the words of inspiration.
Everything has been so inspiring already. But I created this
segment because a lot of people, you know, they have
not made it back into the church building. They still
like to watch you know, the church on TV. YouTube,
let's do it on the radio. So I always like
to make sure that people get some word in for
the week. So what has God put on your heart

(01:06:16):
for the people this week.

Speaker 18 (01:06:18):
All right, So we're going to go with the move
of the Holy Spirit. And he led me to the
Book of Luke.

Speaker 40 (01:06:24):
I'm going to loop chapter seven. I'll be reading from
the New Living Translation. I'm going to be reading thirty
six through thirty nine. So one of the pharisees asked
Jesus to come to his home for a meal. So
Jesus accepted the invitation, is set down to eat a
certain and more woman Herdie was saying, I brought a

(01:06:46):
beautiful jar filled with extensive perfume, and the King Jameson
talks about it, dan at alabasta fox. Then she knelt
behind him at his feet, weeping. Her tears fell on
his feet, and she wiped him off with our heads.
Then she kept kissing his feet and putting perfume on there.
When the pharisees, who when the pharisee, who.

Speaker 18 (01:07:06):
Was the whole salt? What was happening and the whole
what he was?

Speaker 40 (01:07:10):
He said to himself this proof that Jesus is no prophet,
that God had really said to him, even know what
kind of woman he's touching, is touching him.

Speaker 18 (01:07:22):
She's a sender So.

Speaker 40 (01:07:25):
Father, we thank you for this word, and we asked
God that we would reach someone, teach someone, encourage someone,
bless someone with this word. Use me, Oh God, for
your glory in Jesus.

Speaker 18 (01:07:37):
Name a man a man. So the world today is
this is woman's history month. We're in Litton season.

Speaker 40 (01:07:44):
I believe that the Lord met me to this passage
for an appointed time and an appointed season. Why well,
if you go back to the gospel book and we
know that there are four gospel books, but only one gospel.
There are four gospel MASSI mark, look at John, but
there is only one gospel that is Jesus Christ, the

(01:08:05):
Good News of Jesus Christ. There are scriptures that doesn't
identify this woman, but there are others that identify identify
her as Mary Magnum.

Speaker 18 (01:08:16):
Yet in this passage we read in the book of Luke,
she was identified as a sinner.

Speaker 41 (01:08:22):
The person who extended the invitation.

Speaker 40 (01:08:24):
That Jesus Simon, who they did identify, confronts Jesus about
this woman being a sinner. The woman who moved the
tiny alabaster box which was always job, which was always
worn around her neck, which was a very expensive jar,
and that was a custom of.

Speaker 18 (01:08:44):
The Jewish woman at that time. The job was then broken.

Speaker 40 (01:08:48):
And yet, and this is what gives us the basis
for this sermon number one, This sinner positioned herself at
the feet of Jesus.

Speaker 18 (01:08:59):
And if we had to appoint Somon a three point.

Speaker 40 (01:09:02):
Point Number one is we are to position ourselves at
the feet of Jesus.

Speaker 18 (01:09:10):
That should always be our pastor. And to be very honest,
the Bible says we all have sin and fall in
short of the glory of God.

Speaker 40 (01:09:19):
What makes believers different is that we confess of our sins.
We ask God to forgive us of our sins, and
we repent, which means we change the behavior.

Speaker 18 (01:09:31):
Point Number two is we don't have to wait to
be fixed.

Speaker 41 (01:09:35):
We need to come to Jesus even.

Speaker 18 (01:09:37):
In our brokenness. In this respect, this.

Speaker 40 (01:09:41):
Sinner gave to Jesus. What she gave to Jesus was
more than even Simon's invite into her home. She gave
the most extensive thing she had. She gave him her.

Speaker 42 (01:09:53):
Tears, and she met at the feet of Jesus, despite
the disciples and Simon chastising her because she was still
a sinner according.

Speaker 18 (01:10:05):
To them, and identify as such. What she did which
was different.

Speaker 40 (01:10:10):
From them, and she anointed the Savior, isn't that profound?
Point Number two is found in Luke's Gospel, verse fifty,
when Tisa speaks to her, he.

Speaker 18 (01:10:21):
Remembers she was a sinner.

Speaker 40 (01:10:23):
Some accounts even identified her being as a prostitute.

Speaker 41 (01:10:27):
For what I like is Jesus said to this woman
he saw into her.

Speaker 40 (01:10:33):
They tell me see that her faith had saved her
and told her to go to go and peace.

Speaker 18 (01:10:41):
That's good news for someone right now.

Speaker 40 (01:10:43):
Who's struggling with your past or your future, even your today.

Speaker 18 (01:10:48):
Your faith will make you whole. Your faith will save you.
So go in peace, my brother's and sisters, confessing that
Christ is who Christ said, He is, he in sin, Savior,
and just like he did it for me.

Speaker 21 (01:11:03):
He'll do it for you.

Speaker 18 (01:11:05):
God bless it.

Speaker 10 (01:11:07):
Amen, Amen, thank you so much for that anointed word. Well,
I want you to pray. If you are in the clubhouse,
go ahead and put any prayer requests in the chat.
I do have a lot of prayer requests, a lot
of things that have been going on this week. So
we know Tracy Morgan was recently hospitalized for food poising,
So we want to pray for his continued recovery. Also,

(01:11:31):
boxing icon and entrepreneur George Foreman passed away a few
days ago. He was seventy six years old. We know
him as a heavyweight champion. Everybody knows about the George
Foreman girls. I know, I got one and I didn't
even know he was a minister.

Speaker 2 (01:11:47):
I was like, okay, I missed that.

Speaker 10 (01:11:49):
Yes, he was a minister. We also want to pray
because Oliver the Big Old Miller passed. He was a
former NBA player. He was only fifty four years old.
And we want to pray because the University of Pittsburgh
student vanished in the dr They still haven't found her body.
Of course, we're praying that she's still alive, but they

(01:12:11):
basically are saying that she's probably deceased. We don't know
if there's been any foul play. Her name is Tuditsha Kannakey.
We want to pray for the show, the Me and
Miss Jones Show and the listeners. We do have some
prayer requests in the chat. So let me go to
the chat R. Let's see. Bishop Banks wants you to

(01:12:31):
pray for the missing people, yes that reported missing weekly
that they be found and that their families be strengthened. Orright,
let's see what else Erica wants you to pray for
her contracts with the city and hopefully cities working with
adolescents and CPS case workers. And I think that's it. Yeah,

(01:12:57):
those are the prayer requests in the Chat. And then
of course anything else, say, God has put on your
heart to pray about.

Speaker 41 (01:13:03):
Amen, So let us develop a posture of prayer.

Speaker 40 (01:13:08):
If it is to lift your hands up, if it's
to go on your knees, even in your home, if
it's to close your eyes and prayer, whatever the posture
of prayer that you utilize, let us pray this one's
smart again.

Speaker 41 (01:13:20):
A few of your humble solvants come before you.

Speaker 21 (01:13:23):
Oh God Lord.

Speaker 40 (01:13:24):
First we ask for UH to say, thank you Lord
for being our Lord, our savior, our master. We thank
you for being the great physician. We thank you for
being the great I am Lord.

Speaker 41 (01:13:37):
We now come in the name of Jesus, lifting up
all of these prayer requests.

Speaker 7 (01:13:42):
God.

Speaker 40 (01:13:42):
We have people who are struggling with drug addiction and
mental illness. We have those who are suffering with they
are in domestic violence relationships, those who are sexual who
are sexual assault survivors and victims, and even those who
are overcomings were comers. We're praying now, God for those

(01:14:04):
men and women, but specifically those women struggling with their
identity and their identity and Christ. We're praying for that
basketball player's family who passed away. We're praying for the
Foreman family.

Speaker 3 (01:14:18):
Oh God.

Speaker 41 (01:14:18):
We're praying for the family of that young woman who vanished.

Speaker 7 (01:14:21):
O God.

Speaker 41 (01:14:22):
We're praying for all of those involved, that they would
tell the truth.

Speaker 7 (01:14:26):
O God.

Speaker 18 (01:14:27):
We pray for the French, the Roland family. Oh God.
We pray for this doctor Jones, her.

Speaker 40 (01:14:33):
Family, all of those who listen in, Oh God, all
of those who are yet you are yet to bring
in the follow O God. We pray for those who
are involved in gang violence, perpetrators and the victims.

Speaker 7 (01:14:47):
Of God.

Speaker 40 (01:14:48):
We pray for those, Oh God, who have contracts in
our developing contracts with the different cities and counties and
state and federal governments. So God, we even pray for
the hearts and minds of our politicians, O God, across
this United States.

Speaker 18 (01:15:05):
So God, we even pray for the heart and the mind.

Speaker 40 (01:15:08):
Because God, we believe that our president has been turned
over to a reprobate mind. We believe what God, that
elion must have been turned over to a reprobate mind.

Speaker 21 (01:15:21):
But this we know.

Speaker 18 (01:15:22):
There is nothing too hard for you God. There is
no one that sits higher on the throng than you.
Oh God, you are the King of Kings and the
Lord of Lord.

Speaker 40 (01:15:32):
You are the great I Am, You are our el
shadd You are our to o the Wrapha. So God,
we come calling on your holy and righteous names. We ask,
O God, for your will to be done, and that
we will submit and surrender and subject our will to
your will, and let your will be done. Here our prayer,

(01:15:54):
O Lord. Hear our prayer, O Lord, and receive our
prayer in Jesus. Amen, and thank God.

Speaker 10 (01:16:02):
Amen. Amen, thank you so much for that anointed prayer. Amen.

to review that assessment. We've been talking about the difference
between spiritual gifts and talent, and so I will send

their church family and so we were scheduled to be

their senior season deacons, Deacon Kenneth French, and so we're
hoping for the first Sunday Saturday in April.

Speaker 18 (01:18:16):
We won't be back and we won't give you that information.
Send that information to you so you can share it
with your viewers.

Speaker 10 (01:18:23):
Okay, Well, I do want to give some people in
the clubhouse an opportunity to say anything because I see
some of your family members that are in the clubhouse.

dad and my grandfather and she has stayed strong, and
you know, I'm just really full of life and we're
just really excited to face the new chapter together.

Speaker 21 (01:25:01):
And so I was going to shout out my mom.
She's the most amazing one than I know.

Yes, well, my condolences to you for your dad and grandfather.
So I always like to tell everybody where I meet

I can't remember if it was last year or the

Probably the year before okay, the last record we put out.

Speaker 10 (01:25:23):
Okay, so Sean Governor gives inviting me. Shout out to him.

this Tellar nominee from that. So yes, congrats on that. Yes,
so you are from Houston.

Speaker 21 (01:25:51):
Yes, I reside in Houston.

Speaker 30 (01:25:53):
I mean I've been here long enough where you can
say I'm from here now, but I'm born to raised
New Orleans, Louisiana.

Speaker 7 (01:25:59):
Oh.

Speaker 10 (01:26:02):
So when did you move to Houston.

Speaker 30 (01:26:05):
Maybe about a year after Hurricane Kashina. So I've been
here about fifteen to seventeen years.

Speaker 21 (01:26:11):
I'm not sure exactly when that happened.

Speaker 30 (01:26:15):
Yeah, my daughter's fourteen, so I would say about sixteen
seventeen years I've been in Houston.

Speaker 10 (01:26:20):
Okay, Age Town. I used to live there actually, right
next to the gallery. I love Houston.

Speaker 45 (01:26:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:26:28):
So yes, So tell us a little bit about your
musical journey.

Speaker 40 (01:26:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 46 (01:26:34):
So I grew up in a with the musician father
and he, you know, I grew up in studios watching
him play shows, and I always wanted to be that
you know, I wanted to be my dad wanted to
be on the stage.

Speaker 21 (01:26:49):
And then early on I took I took a liking
to being in the studio.

Speaker 30 (01:26:53):
So mainly I would engineer and produce and I would
do demos and people would be like, yo, who's.

Speaker 21 (01:26:59):
Just singing on all? They should do an album? And
one day I took it. I took it to heart
and did it. And fast forward and here we.

Speaker 10 (01:27:06):
Are, dopeness. Okay, So let's go ahead and play one
of your songs, Miracle. So tell us a little bit
about it.

Speaker 21 (01:27:15):
Miracle was my first single that that we released. It
did really well on the charts, and it just really
started this whole.

Speaker 30 (01:27:24):
Movement of what Anthony Hall and who Anthony Hall is,
and so I thought it was important.

Speaker 6 (01:27:28):
That we play it.

Speaker 21 (01:27:29):
So everybody, here's a here's a song, Miracle. It's amazing.

Speaker 30 (01:27:33):
I hope you all enjoy it.

Speaker 10 (01:27:34):
All right, here we go Miracle by Anthony Hall. Don't
go nowhere, y'all?

Speaker 47 (01:27:45):
Yeah, let me see you, Let me see you, say
to fish Fred, tell.

Speaker 48 (01:28:04):
You same towns still don't here, welcome sun.

Speaker 5 (01:28:19):
Do let me come to my dad, come plays to
go Alas. Here's one I came. Well, let me tell you,
I don't know home right about it about to.

Speaker 2 (01:28:45):
Become a.

Speaker 5 (01:28:47):
Tell me.

Speaker 2 (01:28:54):
It's been hard up there. I don't think it's gonna
be all right here. I'm just trying. Wait, I don't.

Speaker 10 (01:29:10):
Turn the riding.

Speaker 2 (01:29:17):
He jumping him, he's working as a man. Don't look
into hot do we gotta worry?

Speaker 4 (01:29:33):
Don't bring them, bring the money?

Speaker 7 (01:29:39):
Can't we?

Speaker 5 (01:29:46):
Teams from the Jim talk.

Speaker 2 (01:29:51):
Sorry me? Don't you know.

Speaker 19 (01:30:10):
It's gonna go way?

Speaker 14 (01:30:11):
You can join you.

Speaker 2 (01:30:15):
Then do it again?

Speaker 14 (01:30:18):
Why need to go on another day?

Speaker 2 (01:30:21):
That's one underful all that.

Speaker 6 (01:30:28):
Why you need to come?

Speaker 2 (01:30:32):
That's what.

Speaker 6 (01:30:39):
You know, that's the.

Speaker 5 (01:30:49):
Why do coming to me?

Speaker 6 (01:30:53):
That's what tell.

Speaker 44 (01:31:46):
I like that.

Speaker 10 (01:31:47):
That was dope. Yes, you have such a good sound.
It's like so contemporary, like you forget you listening to
gospel music. It's just like so catch but it's like
so you know, anointed and inspirational.

Speaker 21 (01:32:05):
Yeah, you know that was that was the point.

Speaker 30 (01:32:07):
You know, we wanted to you know, first, music is music,
and then we wanted to make sure that our message
was positive and points toward God. But we wanted it
to be fun and enjoyable. You know, you need your
touch into music and that's the great.

Speaker 10 (01:32:21):
Oh yes, I was just over here, Jim. I was like, oh,
song is in it. Oh, we put the other music.
So you're in the studio right now working on your
next project.

Speaker 21 (01:32:34):
I am, I am. I'm in the studio. I've been
in the studio for two months.

Speaker 30 (01:32:39):
We're wrapping up a project that I've been kind of
touching the last two years, and I'm kind of dedicating
my time to finish it.

Speaker 21 (01:32:47):
Like it's about time that I come out with something new.
So super excited about it.

Speaker 10 (01:32:52):
I love it. Bishop Banks is in the past, he
said he loves the horn section.

Speaker 21 (01:32:58):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a big part south to
Phil Lassiter. He's amazing.

Speaker 10 (01:33:05):
So tell us about this new project coming up. What's
the name? Do you have a title yet?

Speaker 40 (01:33:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 46 (01:33:10):
So my first project, we kind of rolled the Roosevelt
Wave and we did Roosevelt and we did Roosevelt Live,
and now we're doing.

Speaker 21 (01:33:19):
A new series of albums that that's me.

Speaker 30 (01:33:21):
My first album was based on my relationship with my
grandfather and how he showed me music and taught me
how to write. And it was real funk based, you know,
real go go based music. And now I'm more of
a contemporary, you know guy. So more of a Michael Jackson,
you know, Brandy Nodwood, you know, and then you know

(01:33:41):
in gospel j Mos, Dalwkins and Dawkins five guys. So
this album is a super contemporary R and B anchored
gospel record and it's it's amazing.

Speaker 21 (01:33:52):
I love the way it sounded. I can't wait to
introduce it to the world.

Speaker 10 (01:33:57):
I love it. So twenty one six, that's the name
of your new record label. Yes, so you just started that.

Speaker 9 (01:34:06):
Yes, I did.

Speaker 30 (01:34:08):
I moved out, took a step on my own and
spreading my wings and looking to fly with this with this.

Speaker 21 (01:34:15):
New movement that we have. And uh, it's it's a
little different.

Speaker 30 (01:34:19):
You know, before I had I had a very large
team and a lot of people that were involved.

Speaker 21 (01:34:24):
And now, you know, we all have moved on to
different things and you.

Speaker 30 (01:34:28):
Know, new experiences and and and I just wanted to
kind of see what it was like to really just
do this thing, you know, And and that's what we're doing.

Speaker 10 (01:34:37):
All right. So you're the first artist. Do you have
other artists as well or you just trying to master
it with you first?

Speaker 21 (01:34:45):
Yeah? Right now, it's me and so we're gonna see
how this thing works out. You know, I did have
other artists and.

Speaker 30 (01:34:51):
Whom I love and still work with over at the
old label, and it was time we all we built
that label to watch artists fly. Our goal was never
to keep them with us. It was always to give
everybody a great head start and then watch everybody.

Speaker 21 (01:35:10):
Do their own thing.

Speaker 9 (01:35:11):
And that's what we're doing now.

Speaker 21 (01:35:12):
It's it's like a birthday or our next level of
the original dream.

Speaker 10 (01:35:16):
So that's dope. So they call you the track suit King.
I mean you wear a nice regular suit too, because
you know you be on the red carpet st I.

Speaker 21 (01:35:26):
Wear regular suits too.

Speaker 6 (01:35:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:35:28):
Yeah, but you also like a good track suit.

Speaker 21 (01:35:32):
Right right, good track.

Speaker 10 (01:35:34):
Suit, yes, yes, for people in the other parts of
the country, jogging suits, you know, we call them different things.
You are an ambassador for a clothing company, so tell
us a little bit about that.

Speaker 9 (01:35:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 30 (01:35:44):
So I partner with my that's one of my good friends.
He's like a brother to me. His name is rich
Fresh and you've seen his gear on Deon Sanders. You
know Steph Carry, you know in the movies with Kevin Hart,
and we developed a relationship.

Speaker 21 (01:35:59):
You know, and I wear it almost all the time
when I'm out in public, I wear.

Speaker 30 (01:36:04):
A rich fresh track suit that desists an amazing, you know,
piece of clothing.

Speaker 21 (01:36:10):
You should you should definitely look into him. He just
did a collab with Gap.

Speaker 30 (01:36:14):
I'm amazing black designer, and I was trying to support
our people, you know, and and he really didn't need
my support.

Speaker 21 (01:36:19):
I needed him and he took me and us family
and we're going to be working real soon on some
new stuff. As I released it in the album SOLF,
I love it.

Speaker 48 (01:36:28):
I love that.

Speaker 10 (01:36:30):
I was looking on your Instagram page and I was
just like, you know, I always like to see, Okay,
what event you got going up then things like that.
So you had this one post that I thought was
hilarious and you put something about dating and your only
knows are a woman that is missing toenails. That was

(01:36:53):
the only deal a breaker for you because I found it.
I'm a journalist, Okay, your only be a breaker where
she she gotta have all her toenails. Now, are you
running into women that are missing toenails out of Houston.

Speaker 2 (01:37:09):
Out?

Speaker 3 (01:37:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 21 (01:37:10):
So that's not my only good break.

Speaker 2 (01:37:13):
Okay.

Speaker 21 (01:37:13):
I taught me that. My friends they think I'm weird
because I can't attend to things like that. So I
you know, if you don't have all your toenails, you know,
like it might be good for somebody else, you know
what I'm saying. So God bless you.

Speaker 9 (01:37:31):
Yeah, so beautiful.

Speaker 10 (01:37:32):
She can't just stick up a little fake toenail alone.

Speaker 2 (01:37:35):
Now, she can't do that. Huh?

Speaker 10 (01:37:37):
You tell me she can't stick a fake toenail on
for you ain't gonna help her out.

Speaker 21 (01:37:42):
You know, that's what But I said that.

Speaker 30 (01:37:44):
I was like, yo, But if that's the case, as
long as you keep it up, I don't want to
notice it.

Speaker 10 (01:37:51):
You'll take her to the doctor, you know, try to
figure out how to get another one on.

Speaker 2 (01:37:56):
Can they put a new one on?

Speaker 9 (01:37:57):
I don't know.

Speaker 10 (01:37:58):
Can there any doctors in the house? Go put it
in the chest?

Speaker 9 (01:38:01):
You know it's twenty five anything.

Speaker 10 (01:38:04):
So that's not your only deal breaker. So what's the
other deal breakers?

Speaker 21 (01:38:08):
Another deal breaker?

Speaker 30 (01:38:09):
I think my other deal breaker was if you don't
look like what you look like on your Instagram, I
can't do.

Speaker 10 (01:38:14):
It, Oh catfish, they use it too many?

Speaker 21 (01:38:18):
If not, I am just I don't want I don't
want real Jess.

Speaker 30 (01:38:23):
I want I am jess. I want the one I
saw Instagram. You' not that, then God, lets you go
back put that filter on, okay.

Speaker 10 (01:38:30):
Okay, or they be putting up pictures from ten years ago,
you know, Oh my goodness. I went out with this
guy and he had a nice picture on his I
don't remember what social media or whatever, right, and then
when we got on a date, I was like, okay.
He opened up his mouth and I was like, are
these things? I mean, I'm just saying, hey, he had

(01:38:50):
the glamour shot on the on the profects.

Speaker 8 (01:38:54):
A man.

Speaker 10 (01:38:54):
Now, I just can't do no raggedy mouth. I'm just saying,
we got all kinds of deniziting.

Speaker 18 (01:38:59):
He said this.

Speaker 30 (01:39:00):
You know, we're on stage when I am going down
the wrong roll, my my bass player shouts.

Speaker 21 (01:39:05):
Out, abord, adort. They taught you in that situation, just
shout abort.

Speaker 9 (01:39:09):
Everybody's we can't do that.

Speaker 10 (01:39:12):
We got to try to try to do the best
that we can with what we got. You know what
I'm saying, Praise God.

Speaker 9 (01:39:18):
Amen.

Speaker 10 (01:39:19):
That wasn't had nothing to do with the music. But
I'm just at all. I'm just saying, well, why don't
you give everybody your social media information, your website, all
of that so that they can, you know, follow you
and buy that new album when it comes out.

Speaker 30 (01:39:35):

Speaker 10 (01:39:59):
All right, well, we're going to play your song Focused,
so tell us about that.

Speaker 30 (01:40:04):
Your focus on was the last scene that we released
from the last run that we did. It's actually focuses
on my new album. So it was actually the first
single we were really prepping this album to come out.
But it features my brother, my pastor, Jason Nelson. He's
the best singer in the world and it is a

(01:40:25):
real R and B five song, But it has a
great message of focusing on God and not worrying about
what the winds are doing and just walk on the
water to him.

Speaker 21 (01:40:35):
If you keep your focus on God, you can do
amazing things.

Speaker 10 (01:40:39):
Amen. All right, Well, thank you so much for coming
on today and sharing your journey and your amazing music
and cutting up with me.
