Work Life Rollercoaster? Attorney and Mom of Three, Taylor Poncz, Refuses to Succumb to Mom Guilt!

Taylor Poncz is a partner at Drew, Eckl & Farnham in Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice focuses exclusively in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims for employers, insurers and self-insurers throughout the state of Georgia. In addition to her defense practice, Taylor is also a trained mediator, helping injured workers and employers/insurers resolve Workers’ Compensation claims. 

Taylor is co-host The Mother Board podcast, where they discuss challenges and issues women lawyers face when taking an active role in their families while still taking charge of their careers. 

Taylor’s toughest clients are the 3 she has at home. She and her husband have 3 sons ages 6 and under, including a set of twins!
