It was a pleasure to welcome back Aaron Loughnane (Vox/Guitars) & Eoghan Galligan (Bass) of sludge/stoner band Slung From A Tree. The four piece which is made up of fellow members; Andrew Hayes (Drums) Steve Loughnane (Guitars) have finally got their debut release out called 'Voyage Into Cosmos' on the Cursed Monk Records label. Trying to capture Slung From A Trees live sound was always going to take time whilst recording and operating on a shoestring budget. Aaron, who produced the entire album has worked a minor miracle with their debut. He has moulded and twisted this slab of molten metal which contains crushing cosmic forces, swirling wormholes and stellar musical abandonment into a seven track LP aptly titled 'Voyage Into Cosmos'. Myself and Howard get walked through the process by the lads and naturally get completely lost but it's a wonderful journey to get to in this particular podcast.
