Acknowledge the thought and focus and recenter back to the sound of my voice. As we begin, take a few deep breaths in and exhale, calming the mind, body, and spirit.
This week we're activating the abundant flow of the OCEAN with affirming the life of OPULENCE that we desire to see, feel, and overall, experience.
