Removing sunflower microgreens seed hulls can be quite a laboursome task. The hulls are quite stubborn and stick to the leaves of the sunflowers, making it difficult to get them off!

Water is key to softening the hulls and and making them easier to remove. There are many ways to do this process, but the one I describe in this episode is quickest and most efficient I've found.

So this will save you time! Our one limited resource, saving time and being efficient is so important. Tune in for all the details on this method.

Discussed in this episode:

  • Why our time is so important.
  • Recommended ways NOT to do this process.
  • How to remove sunflower microgreens seed hulls quickly and quite passively.
  • Why our microgreens need to be packaged when they are dry.
