Removing sunflower microgreens seed hulls can be quite a laboursome task. The hulls are quite stubborn and stick to the leaves of the sunflowers, making it difficult to get them off!
Water is key to softening the hulls and and making them easier to remove. There are many ways to do this process, but the one I describe in this episode is quickest and most efficient I've found.
