I'm your host, jax, and todaywe're going deep on one subject
what it really means to havethat midlife glow inside and out
.
Now, when I say glow, I'm notjust talking about good lighting

I'm talking about that nextlevel combination of inner
confidence, self-respect, healthand joy that makes you magnetic
.
It's the energy that walks intothe room before you do and the
self-assurance that keeps yougrounded when life throws a
curveball.
I've picked 17 things thatrepresent my personal definition
(01:47):
of a midlife glow, things I'mworking on, living and striving
toward every single day.
So let's break them down.

Life after 40 is still full ofchallenges, but emotional
resilience means I don't letthem keep me down for long.
(02:08):
I might have a bad day, but Idon't let it turn into a bad
week.
I give myself space to feel theemotions, learn the lesson and
then I rise again.
The glow comes from that bounceback power.
It keeps your spirit light andyour energy moving forward.
(02:30):
Number two loving the woman inthe mirror.
