Death is such a horrible thing and also a Taboo subject! Here Michael gives a few tips on how to Deal with the death of someone close to you.
The Following are constructive steps that can help ease the pain:
1. Keep moving!
2. Find someone to replace the love lost/find an outlet for the pain
3. Get a Therapist/Somebody to talk to discuss that pain
4. Buy something with the deceased one's essence/reminds you of that person
[Recommend starting a foundation or scholarship for that person]
5. Accept that they are gone and Compartmentalize! (Keep pain in one space)

6. Do something to let it go and breathe (Meditation, Spa, Massage, Sauna, etc.)
7. Cry - to release and let it completely out & immediately after be Happy - buy you're favorite thing (food, candy, concert ticket, amusement park, etc.) [Cry & Happy exercise]
