The Magna Carta 1215 is thefoundation and bedrock of our
political, legal and socialsystem today.

(00:25):
Clause 61 protects our right toreplace a government that is
not serving the will of thepeople.
Our Commonwealth of AustraliaConstitution Act 1901 opens with
the words Whereas the people.
This establishes that it is thewill of the people to establish
a government to make laws forthe benefit of we, the people.

(00:48):
The Constitution does notauthorise a government to make
laws restricting our rights andfreedoms and in fact, in section
51, placitum 23a, itspecifically forbids the
government forcing us to doanything at all.
The capital A in 23a means thatthe people voted in a
referendum to amend theconstitution and insert the

following the provision ofmaternity allowances, widows
pensions, child endowment,unemployment, pharmaceutical
sickness and hospital benefits,medical and dental services.
Brackets, but not so as toauthorize any form of civil
conscription.
Benefits to students and familyallowances.

In other words, that's what thegovernment is allowed to
provide, because the injunctionto not authorize any form of
civil conscription is insidebrackets.
It qualifies the wholeconstitution and therefore it is
a statement of the law and thegovernment must obey the law in
everything.
Imposing lockdowns, closingborders, forcing medical

treatments on people are allclear violations of the
Constitution.
Our Constitution, clause 5, isour common law contract with the
Parliament, binding them togovern our nation in peace and
prosperity.
Under our Constitution.
No government has ever takenresponsibility for the many
crimes against the peoplepermitted off orders from those

we trusted to protect us but whohave betrayed us instead.
They are unfit to govern and ifthey had any honour, they would
step down and answer for theircrimes.
We Aussies are slow to anger,but when we are pushed to the
wall, we start looking forsolutions.
Ever since John Howard took theguns, many have thought we are

helpless, but that is not true.
The COVID hoax createdopportunities for many to start
using technology to network andexchange information.
As a result, a grassrootsmovement is spreading across the
land, each part doing its ownthing, but we are all headed in
the same direction.
We are seeking freedom from theattempts by politicians,

churchmen, bankers andbusinessmen to impose their will
on us.
Australia may have been born inchains, but we threw off those
shackles over a century ago.
We have grown and evolved intoa modern, dynamic, successful
country, or we had, until thecommunists started destroying it
.
Unfortunately, our politicalsystems have not kept up with

the changes.
Instead, those we trusted haveperverted the system to enrich
themselves at our expense.
At the same time, our socialsystems have been manipulated by
closet communists determined todestroy Western civilization
from within.
True change can only come fromwe, the people.
We put the politicians in theposition where they took

advantage of our trust, but wealso have the power and
authority to demand that thosesame people step down and face
the consequences of theirdecisions.
One option is to blockade keygovernment installations so that
no business can be conducted.
Imagine if everyone stoppedwork and joined in a blockade of

a government building or a fueldepot or an airport or anything
else run by the government.
Yes, this would inconveniencemany people, but we must be
willing to sacrifice somethingto regain our rights and
freedoms.
This kind of sacrifice is muchbetter than a blood sacrifice,
agree.
Another option is to finallyrealise that voting is futile

when we only have the choice oftwo parties, which is then
diluted through preferentialvoting.
And, to add insult to injury,we are forced to vote and find,
if we don't, what sort of agovernment is that People often
ask in fear.
