In this episode, I spoke to Akshay Ruparelia. He is famed as the founder and ex-CEO of Doorsteps.co.uk. He sold over £1 billion in houses over the space of three years, marking him youngest on the Sunday Times Rich List 2018 on asset value. Most recently, in 2021, he was the youngest honoree, featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list and he has also become renowned for disrupting the market with a 500% growth in just four years.

• How he started his journey from selling sweets at school while caring for his deaf parents, to selling over £1 billion in houses over the space of three years within an extremely short space of time
