Welcome to Field Notes From the Spiritual Journey. My name is Eden and I created this podcast to be living roadmap for navigating your healing and spiritual journey as a highly sensitive being. My intention is for this podcast is to de-shame the experience of being an emotional, sensitive soul, to help you illuminate and find freedom from your blocks, and to help you discover authentic self-acceptance and love.
