Knowing how to use the sun is SO important.  It's important for our Mental Health, our Vitamin levels, regulating our Circadian Rhythm and so much more.

Without the sun - there is no life, no food, no beauty, no heat, no light.  We have an extremely important relationship with the sun and many people spend their time in fear of it touching them.

The sun has far more pros than cons but you have to know how and when to use it.  

Rise with the sun, see the sun set and get the light at safe times during the day…. test this out and see what happens!

Don't forget to be accountable to your health and make sure you have regular skin care and cancer checks - especially if you're living in Australia.
