There are some fundamental pieces of information that are worth so much on this human journey and I'm going to give you some help and direction on what these are.
I regularly speak of the triangle concept of the human experience. These are the three elements in which a human needs to understand and be healthy to move through this journey the best way possible.

2. The Mind and
3. The Energetic Self
