Coffee Chat.
Take my name is Shannon Baker.
I'm the host of the Mind yourTime podcast.
Now, if you've been listeningfor a while then you know four
episodes are currently beingpublished every other week, and
lately I've been wondering howto stay connected with you in
between those episodes withoutthe heavy lift that comes from

creating an entire episode.
So, after thinking about it andtalking to a few of you in
other spaces, I decided to tryout shorter episodes that will
just be five to 10 minutes longand I would share what's going
on in my world or conversationsI have with my clients and
members of the Mighty SocietySystems Insanity Suite.
So the topics are going to vary, from mindset to tech tool

updates, maybe a system insightor something happening behind
the scenes in my own businessthat I think can help you grow
with more intention.
These episodes, they're notgoing to be tutorials or
lectures.
They're going to be veryinformal, like we're having a
coffee chat, because businessisn't just about strategy.
We know it's mental, it'semotional and it's deeply

personal too.
So let's kick things off with areminder that I think more of
us need to hear.
You are not behind, my friend.
You're just building withoutthe support you need.
And I'm not just talking aboutsupport from people or your team
members.
I mean the support structurethat you need within your
business, things like clarity,routines, having boundaries and

yes systems, the pieces thatallow you to grow without
burning yourself out or secondguessing every move that you
make.
Because when you're constantlyin reaction mode because you're
chasing money, have overlappingdeadlines, you've missed
deadlines, you're rewriting thesame emails or you're constantly
jumping from one task to thenext, it's very easy to feel

like something must be wrongwith you.
But, my friend, it's not you.
It's the way you've been tryingto hold everything together on
your own, and if that's whereyou are right now, I totally get
it, because I've been there too.
That's another reason that Idecided to do these quick
episodes.
It's to give you space tobreathe, to take a moment to

reflect, or it may just be thegentle nudge that you need to
help you see, it's time to builda business that actually
supports the life that you wantand get off the hustle bus.
So, if today's message has youshaking your head, yes, take a
minute to think about what kindof support do you really need
right now.
Is it time, is it space, is itstrategy or is it just?

You need encouragement.
But you don't have to figure itall out today or on your own.
But you do deserve to stopfeeling like you're drowning in
