Wow 200 episodes.
I cannot believe that we'vereached this milestone together.

(01:06):
You know, when I started thispodcast in 2020, my goal was
very simple was to share what Ihad learned as I built my
business, which is aligned withmy values.
I wanted to help other womenavoid the mistakes that I made
and find clarity and purpose intheir entrepreneurial journey.
And over time, this podcast hasgrown into so much more.

(01:30):
It has become a resource forpurpose driven women like you
who want to streamline yourbusinesses, reclaim your time
and focus on what truly mattersto you while enjoying the legacy

So this milestone is reallyit's a celebration not just of
this podcast, but of all of us,of all the hard work that we put

(01:52):
in.
So, whether you've been heresince episode one or you're

Every download, every questionwant to thank you for being a
part of this journey.
Every download, every question, every comment, review, every DM

(02:14):
, every story you share with meover the past four years has
helped shape this podcast andcontribute to the intentional
growth of my business.
So reaching 200 episodes hasput me in a reflection space.
I have looked back over allthat has happened for me, how
much I've grown while hostingthis show, and one of the most
monumental achievements in mylife was setting and achieving

(02:36):
the goal of leaving my part-timejob.
That goal was the catalyst forrefining the Power in Motion
framework that I've been sharingwith you for years.
But today that framework is notjust the foundation of my
business.
It's a roadmap to help youcreate sustainable success, and
I'm excited for what the futureholds for both of us.

(02:59):
When I first set the goal ofleaving my part-time job I'm not
going to lie, it was a big goal.
I had a few clients, I hadfamily responsibilities, which
have continued to grow, and Ihad a part-time job that was
pulling me in differentdirections and I often felt
stuck because at the time I wasalso volunteering in my ministry

(03:23):
and I still do that.
So I had a lot on my plate anddoing all these things and
trying to grow a business.
There were frustrating momentswhen, honestly, I wanted to give
up, but I knew deep down thatmy goal was possible.
But I also realized I had tostay focused on what truly

(03:44):
mattered.
So the first step in myframework, it is pick one goal,
and that was transformationalfor me Leaving my part-time job.
It wasn't just about givingmyself more time, it was about
creating the freedom I wanted togrow my business very
intentionally while beingpresent for my family.

(04:04):
That clarity it helped me ditchthe hustle mentality and stay
laser focused on building abusiness that served my
spirituality, while creatingwealth for myself and for others
.
And I'm not talking aboutfinancial wealth.
I'm talking about wealthenjoying life, being truly
fulfilled.
But to do that, I had to put onblinders and ignore the noise

(04:29):
of what everyone else was doing, and that wasn't easy.
If you've ever felt like you'rebeing pulled in a million
directions, know this.
Clarity is not just powerful,it's achievable, and it's the
first step to creating abusiness and a life that you
actually love.
Now the next step in the processis I had to organize my

(04:51):
operations, so I had to look atmy systems and made sure that
they would support my goal.
I realized I couldn't spreadmyself too thin if I wanted to
leave my part-time job and growmy business without burning out.
So I had to focus my energy onone thing, and that was this
podcast.
I decided I wouldn't post allthe time on social media or

(05:17):
really work at getting newclients, because I didn't have
the capacity and, honestly, Iwas really refining my services
at the time.
So getting more clients andadding more to my plate really
would have just delayed myprogress and making that
decision.
That was a huge shift for me,narrowing my focus to the

(05:37):
podcast allowed me to beconsistent, refine my messaging
and lay a strong foundation forwhat was coming next.
It wasn't just about creatingsystems.
It was about giving myselfpermission to let go of the
things that I should be doingand focus on what aligned with
my capacity and my long-termvision.

(05:57):
Once I had those systems inplace and I had that clarity and
that focus, I got to work onthe plan in place.
And I had that clarity and thatfocus, I got to work on the
plan.
This third step was aboutbreaking my goal into small,
actionable steps that weremanageable and wouldn't leave me
feeling overwhelmed.
So I set clear incomemilestones, I planned how I was

(06:20):
going to transition my clientseither out of my business or to
my new services, and I hadhonest conversations with my
husband so that I could create afinancial plan.
And I made some big financialinvestments in the business
because I knew I could not do italone.
Those investments helped memake sure the podcast became a

(06:49):
powerful sales tool which it hasand that launching a membership
was a viable and marketableidea.
And it was.
And these were not easydecisions, my friend, but they
were so essential to the successthat I experienced.
But then the hard part came.
I had to execute consistentlyand let me tell you, there were
moments when I felt like givingup because it really seemed like

(07:12):
I wasn't getting any results, but I kept reminding myself that
consistency was the key tosuccess.
So I leaned on a few women inmy community that I trust they
cheered me on, and I usedstrategies like batching tasks
together in my non-negotiablethree rule, which is focusing on

(07:35):
just three tasks that will havean impact every day, so that I
could keep moving forward, nomatter how small the things were
.
What kept me going on thetoughest days was my wall of
wins.
Every time I achieved something, no matter how small, I wrote
it down and stuck it on the wallwhere I could see it.

(07:56):
Seeing those wins reminded methat I was actually making
progress, even when it didn'tfeel like it was coming fast
enough or was big enough.
Those small reminders was theboost that I needed to keep
going.
And then I finally got to thelast step in my process Remember

(08:16):
, refine and review.
And this step was aboutchecking on my progress
regularly, each week, each month, each quarter, each year,
celebrating milestones along theway and making adjustments as
they were needed.
Those small celebrations againreminded me of why I even

(08:37):
started this process and it keptme motivated, so I would stay
the course.
And here's something I've nevershared on this podcast.
Before my part-time jobactually became a crutch.
It was a blanket of security, but it was false security, and
it held me back from fullystepping into my business and

(08:59):
what I really wanted Eye-opener.
When the company startedchanging its policies and
demanding more of me than I waswilling to give, that lit a fire
in me and I was determined.
Now I'm going to reach my goal.
That push accelerated myefforts and gave me the clarity

(09:22):
that I needed to leave that jobfor good.
So when I finally reached mygoal, it wasn't just a win for
my business.
It was a win for my family andfor my future being able to have
control of my time and focus onwhat truly mattered to me.
That was, building a businessthat was aligned with my values,
supporting my family, beingthere when they needed me, being

(09:45):
able to truly focus on myministry and creating something
sustainable for the long term.
So, looking back, I realizedthat achieving my goal it wasn't
just about reaching thedestination.
It was really about the journey, the habits I created, the
mindset shifts that I had to gothrough, and building systems

(10:05):
along the way, and those systemsbecame the foundation of the
Power in Motion framework, andthat's why I'm so passionate
about sharing this with you.
I've seen, I've experiencedfirsthand how it can help you go
from feeling stuck andoverwhelmed to building a
business that truly works foryou, because it's not about
doing more, it's about doingwhat matters most.

(10:28):
Now, as we celebrate thismilestone together, I want to
answer a few of your questionsthat I asked for, because they
highlight the challenges thatall of us face as entrepreneurs.
The first question is how doyou stay productive when you
don't have a set amount of timeto work without being
interrupted?
And this was submitted by a newmom, so this is something that

(10:50):
I've struggled with too, especially when my daughter was
younger.
So my advice whether you havelittles at home or not, if you
have a tight schedule, limitwhat you're trying to do, pick
one non-negotiable task everyday and then use small pockets
of time, like 10 to 15 minutesprints, to work on that one

(11:12):
thing and you will make progress.
Trust me, it works.
And if you're part of theMighty Society membership.
The goal setting worksheetswill help you prioritize what
matters most to you.
If you have questions aboutthat, feel free to DM me and we
can talk about it some more Now.

(11:34):
The next question is how do Iknow what to delegate, delay or
delete and I love this questionbecause it's one of the most
powerful shifts that you canmake in your business.
Fun fact, this questionactually inspired me to create a
new resource inside of theMighty Society membership,
because this question was posedby one of the members and, as I

(11:54):
thought about how to answer, Irealized so many of us need a
clear process for simplifyingour workload.
So I created the Task AuditWorkbook.
It walks you through evaluatingyour to-do list and
categorizing tasks into threebuckets delegate, delay or
delete.
It's simple, but it's effective.

(12:15):
So here's an example.
When I was working toward mygoal, I realized I was spending
a lot of time editing my podcastepisodes myself, and let me
tell you, I love playing withtech and being creative, but I
knew that I needed to delegatesome things and get them off my
plate.
So I delegated editing myepisodes to my daughter, which

(12:38):
freed up time each week that Icould use to focus on podcasts
content and refining mymessaging.
Delegating that task really wasa game changer because it gave
me, while it was a small pocketof time, it was still more time
and mental space so that I couldprioritize the big picture goal

(12:59):
that moved me forward in mybusiness.
Now, if you've been feelingoverwhelmed by your to-do list,
the Task Audit Workbook is aresource that will help you
simplify and take control ofyour time and, again, it's
available inside of the MightySociety.
Now the final question is how doyou stay consistent when life

(13:20):
gets busy?
Well, this is something I'vehad to learn through trial and
error.
But here's the truthConsistency is not about
perfection.
It's about having a plan andsticking to it as best you can.
Take it from me, because I am aperfectionist in recovery and I
had to do a lot of work withgetting comfortable with

(13:43):
something being good enough andnot perfect.
But I've also found thatbatching tasks is one of the
best ways to stay consistent.
For example, I dedicatespecific blocks of time to
individual tasks that I have tocomplete for this podcast, and
they're small batch time periods.

(14:03):
So what I do in advance isbrainstorm the ideas and topics
for the quarter.
Then, once I have all of thosetogether.
I then work on my batches.
So one day I'll batch scriptwriting, another day I'll batch
record multiple episodes at onetime Right now that's two at a

(14:24):
time.
That's my capacity.
Then I'll batch create imagesfor the blog posts as well, and
honestly, I don't always get topublish every week.
Sometimes I'm a little behind,so I will actually batch publish
when I get behind.
So I will actually batchpublish when I get behind.
This process minimizes me havingto switch my brain from task to

(14:45):
task, because then you losemomentum and your brain has to
reset for the new thing.
So this helps keep me on track.
Another strategy again that Iuse is my non-negotiable rule of
three.
On even the busiest days, Ijust choose three small but
impactful things that I canfocus on in my personal life

(15:05):
first, and then I see what timeis left for business, like right
now, one of my top three isgetting in my workout so that I
can be healthier and, mostimportantly, so that I can be
healthier and, most importantly, give yourself some grace, girl,
because things are not going toalways go as planned.

(15:25):
Adjust your timelines when youneed to, and remember
flexibility isn't failure.
It's a part of the process.
The key is to keep showing up,even in small ways, because
those small, consistent actionsadd up to big results.
Now, before we wrap up, I'mgoing to do a quick recap of
what we've talked about today.

(15:46):
First, I shared my journeybehind my big goal of leaving my
part-time job and how the Powerin Motion framework was the key
to making it happen.
That framework helped me stayfocused, be intentional and be
consistent as I work toward mygoal.
I also talked about actionablestrategies, like using 10 to 15

(16:09):
minute sprints in thenon-negotiable rule of three, so
you stay productive even whenyour work time is limited and
you can't work the same scheduleevery day.
I also talked about theimportance of systems and how
you need to prioritize whatmatters most to you instead of
trying to do it all Now, duringthe Q&A, I talked about some

(16:32):
common challenges, like figuringout what to delegate, delay or
delete, and I introduced thatfabulous new resource that's
inside of the Mighty Societymembership the Task Audit
Workbook, which was created tohelp you simplify your workload
and focus on what truly movesyour business forward.

giving you a challenge.
