Joining me for the fourteenth episode of the season is Saule Ilona Vaida, a Quantum Healing and Transformation Coach! Being around her energy while recording this last month was one of the coolest experiences that I've ever had during a podcast. You know when someone's energy just feels very comfortable and really reassuring to be around? That's what I felt the ENTIRE time that I had this conversation with Saule.

Saule gives an insider look at what the quantum grid is, what her journey has looked like from a beginner witchy girlie into the spiritual practitioner she is today, as well as how therapy can look as a somatic experience instead of the traditional talk therapy most of us take part in.

Go check her out for a free 1-on-1 call or consultation! If her practice resonates with you, here are the links for all of the places you can find her on the internet! She also has her own podcast on Spotify and Apple Podcasts!

(00:00):
Welcome back to the Mindful Sagittarian podcast.
I'm Sally, your spiritual bestieon the Internet host.
And today we are delving into some really cool topics about
quantum healing and energy, energetic alchemy, trauma
therapy, unblocking chakras. And the guest today, her name is
Sally. I met her through Threads and

(00:21):
Instagram a couple of weeks ago,and we've just been exchanging
messages back and forth, and I'msuper excited to bring her on to
go over some things that I generally don't delve into.
So here you go. I brought an expert in that
field to talk to you guys about it.
So Sally, welcome to the podcast.
Oh. Thank you so much.
Thank you. I'm so excited to to share with

(00:43):
your with your audience and to connect in and maybe activate
some remembrance. You know, every time I bring in
a guest, something happens and in terms of like energetic
exchange and activations and I just got like chills, like up
shoulders to heads. I like this because I really
like your vibe. Like you came on and I was just
like, oh, this energy feels really great right now.

(01:05):
Because sometimes, you know, we are all busy people.
We all go through things and energetically it's a little
scrambled sometimes. But you came on and I was just
like, wow, great energy to be around.
If you don't mind, just kind of introducing yourself and telling
us a little bit about what you do.
All right. Thank you so much.
Yeah, My name is Salah. And it's kind of difficult to
even put into words sometimes what exactly you do.

(01:27):
I'm sure you can relate as well as an intuitive and someone who
is in service to the world. You kind of just offer yourself
to spirit and then spirit works through you in a multitude of
ways. And for me, one of those ways
that is very near and dear to myheart is singing and creating
music, sound healing. I also help facilitate people in
reconnecting with their voice, reconnecting and unblocking

(01:50):
their creative pathways, their emotional liberation.
I work a lot with with women andhelping them liberate like the
wild feminine, the the divine feminine, like womb space, that
true just and I help people essentially reunify all the
parts of their soul through trauma healing and quantum
healing parts work processes where we go into really feeling

(02:12):
into the quantum reality of whatis going on in your vibration.
Like if you experience a childhood trauma and it hasn't
fully been processed and resolved and integrated, it's
going to be like vibrating in your field.
And that is also attracting in different experiences into your
life that are meant to reactivate that trauma so that
you can become aware of it and like heal it and reintegrate it

(02:35):
into your heart space. So I hold space for people in
those processes and help them really meet and connect with all
the different parts of themselves, like the inner
child, the inner teenager. They are masculine and are
feminine. The the gatekeeper part, which
is our access to our past lives consciously.
And I really help them, you know, process all of these

(02:56):
different emotions and energies somatically, energetically, and
then collapse that timeline and reintegrate it into their body.
And they experience a quantum shift.
I was sitting here listening to all of that and everything is so
fascinating, but I heard quantumshift and I was just like, my
eyes got kind of big because when you use the word quantum,

(03:16):
I'm, I'm thinking like quantum theory, quantum physics and like
bending time almost. So I was just like, oh, this is
going to be a great episode because you're a, because you're
a Leo son. I'm a Sagittarius.
You're a Leo. I love this vibe.
We're just going to hype each other up and maybe we'll just
create not a dumpster fire like I do by myself, but like just a

(03:37):
big bonfire of knowledge. Whatever you'd like to start
with. I think it's fascinating, before
we get into everything that you said you were Lithuanian,
American and you're living in Mexico now.
Yes, yes, it's, it's been a really, it's been a really
fascinating journey. My, my parents are Lithuanian.
I was born in the US and I grew up in the US and in Lithuania.
Actually recently I was called back to Lithuania for for 9:00

(04:00):
months to do a grid mission likean energetic activation with the
land and reintegrate those partsof myself that I had left there
like my the ancestry parts and certain childhood experiences.
It was actually really powerful because I went to a classical
music school from the age of 8 and it was a very disciplined,

(04:22):
very like cold kind of environment where we had to
really conform and like suppressourselves into being, you know,
perfect being, the quiet being, you know, everything that a
child is supposed to be, quote UN quote in that society.
It was actually a really beautiful process that I went
through of healing that fear of being seen through, you know,

(04:44):
from experiences of like bullying and being in that
space. And I really went through and,
and liberated a lot of that energy of the, the fear of being
seen. And from there, I artistic
expression and my capacity to share and to be received just
really expanded in such a way. I know like a lot of people,

(05:06):
especially, you know, light workers can struggle with that,
that fear of being seen because it can mean so much like it can
be connected to other lifetimes. It can be connected to, you
know, being burned at the stake as a witch and other
experiences. And so, so liberating that
energy is, is really powerful because now we're in a time and
in a space where we are here to be seen, we're here to share.

(05:27):
And I think the Leo energy also because I've, I'm a Leo stellium
and a lot of my life, I kind of was in resistance to that Leo
energy and kind of like push it away.
And I was like, no, I'm like more Scorpio, more like, you
know, deep and introspective and, and yes, that exists.
But now it's actually really sweet to, to let that Leo come,
come in and really authenticallycome in and, and see that it's

(05:52):
safe actually to be happy. It's safe to be joyful.
It's safe to express myself. And I, I hope I can really bring
those codes to people as well. And that was part of what I was
doing in Lithuania because it's kind of a colder society and
going in and bringing those codes into the space that we're
like, you know, it's OK to embrace the, the sunshine and

(06:12):
playfulness. And my name means sun in
Lithuanian. So it's been this, this
beautiful journey. And then now I've actually been
living. I was, I arrived in Mexico about
3 years ago in February of 2022.And I left for some time to
Lithuania and I've been back. And now I'm feel like I'm kind
of closing this chapter. But the universe just guides me

(06:36):
to where I need to be to work intandem with the land and the
land to work with me and to exchange these energies and
these these activations. So sometimes it's so random and
I'm just like, OK, I guess we'regoing here now and who knows how
this is going to work, but trustthe universe just like full
surrender into that lifestyle. No, for sure.

(06:56):
You brought up light worker. So I think some of my audience
and me too in particular, we hear the term light worker a
lot, but I understand there's also shadow workers.
If you kind of had to put in like a one O one term to what a
light worker is and what a shadow worker is, do you mind
going into that for a second? Yeah, of course.

(07:17):
That's a great question. I would say they are one in the
same, at least from my experience, because in order to
work with the light, you need toknow the shadows.
Of course. Shadows, from the way that I see
it, shadows are just that which has yet to have light shed upon
it. As we, you know, it's kind of
like this circle, you know, as you meet more parts of yourself,

(07:40):
which are often in the shadow because we're not aware of them.
And we bring light to them as inwe bring them unconditional
love, we bring them awareness, we bring in presence to them
even like the deepest, darkest pain, the most horrible aspects
of this world and the society. When we bring that like divine
presence to it, they can also heal and they can also

(08:04):
transform. And so I would say light
working, light work is pretty much bringing light to to
wherever you walk and not the light in the sense of like, you
know, just like the fluffy cotton candy, like, yeah,
everything's great. But like a real divine presence
that like real just awareness. So like when I am doing my daily

(08:27):
practice with the somatic practice and I just allow myself
to go into the full body sensation, the full body
emotional sensation of, of like what's blocking me or what's
like in the shadow. It's like it's really
uncomfortable. And then I bring in that divine
presence, that awareness and it really it's like opening the

(08:49):
wound and letting the light pourin.
So in this way, you organically become a lighter person, you
organically become more joyful because you're just more
integrated and your shadows aren't ruling you unconsciously.
Because like we all have shadowsand just those who are unwilling
to look at them, their shadows are going to come out in ways

(09:11):
that are maybe more harmful evenbecause they don't have the
awareness to to hold them with that.
Gotcha. Yeah, I feel like people have a
misconception about when people say that they're a light worker
and it's like you describe the cotton candy clouds and like
the, you know, sunshine daisies, happiness all the time and
almost like toxic positivity vibes.

(09:32):
And I think it's great that you kind of shed some light in a
bite sized portion there in terms of what light working is
really about. It's, it sounds like people who
have done some shadow work and gotten to know where their
energy sits and they want to bring healing and kind of bring
people into a safe space to be able to, to help them on their
healing journeys. So I think it's interesting that

(09:55):
you also brought up ancestral ties when you went back to
Lithuania, because just in spirit communication back and
forth and me getting drops here and there getting, I've been
getting this vibe for months nowthat ancestral work is very,
very important. And it's not a space that I
delve into or have delved into very often.
But I had, I had done a shadow work meditation with one of my

(10:20):
friends and it really opened up like the ancestral connection.
And a lot of people around me are like looking into like their
heritage and where they come from and really hard for me.
So I would literally have to go through records over there.
And I just, that just sounds like a rabbit hole I don't want
to go down right now. I've been connecting with them

(10:41):
with some ancestral energy as well.
And I've just been told, you know, towards the end of the
year, particularly in the fall when things are shifting, you
know, our different timelines and worlds are merging right
now, that it's going to be very important for people to be
grounded and kind of get back totheir roots somewhat.
So I think that it's just funny that it's not like something

(11:04):
that I talked to you about beforehand and those themes are
coming up. That's why I love doing this
podcast because so many things come up just when it's just like
you said, organic conversation and it just kind of goes back
and forth. So I'm really curious now as to
kind of what some of your personal practices are, because
some of us do deity work. Some of us don't work with
deities at all. They just kind of work with

(11:25):
energy and, you know, the Earth, the universe.
So who do you work with or what do you work with?
This, this may trigger some people, but I work with God
directly, you know, because I think it's actually really
important for us to reclaim the the concept of of God.
And I don't mean in a religious sense.
I'm not religious. I mean in the sense of like

(11:46):
reclaiming the divine father andmother frequencies that are
disconnected from the punishing God, the false father
implications that the Catholic Church, the Christian kind of
divisions that that can happen. It personally, I never really
resonated with working with deities so much deities have
wanted to work with me. But I have always been a little

(12:09):
bit wary because in the 4D realms you can also find easily
be tricked. I found you can be tricked by an
entity that may be masquerading as a certain deity.
And so I always tried with caution in those spaces.
I know the things that the energies that I trust most are
are like divine mother and father in their purest form.

(12:31):
And these are the energies that have always come to me and, and
been with me and held me in the moments when I'm deeply, deeply
in, in process. And so I definitely have like
witchcraft lineages in my being. And maybe earlier on in my
journey, I, I dabbled in that space, but now I've kind of

(12:54):
come, come to this place where I, I, I'm actually working best
on trying to not control so muchhow things go and just really
surrender into this divine intelligence and this divine
presence. And it's really beautiful
because when I have this connection with God and it's

(13:15):
been facilitated through me as well through this beautiful like
ceremonies of, of purifying the,the connotations of the word,
the connections of the energy, like the, the perception we have
of this energy. And when I've come back into you
union with it, I realized that I, I already have everything

(13:36):
that I've always wanted. The only thing that's been
blocking me is my own beliefs, my own mindset, my own
blockages, my own readiness as well.
That walking in this path of life and, and devoting myself in
this path of life opens me up tobecoming the version of myself
that I've always wanted to be. So a lot of my personal practice
involves like asthmatic and parts work.

(13:57):
I actually have a meditation forthis that maybe I can share with
your listeners if they want likea little, a fun little, it's
like a dance meditation. So I definitely do some.
I do some like still, you know, silent meditations.
But also I really find that I love the somatic, the movement
and that has really helped me release energy.

(14:19):
So it's a process of this is actually one of the most
powerful manifestation tools that I've experienced so far is
you embody in dirt while dancing.
You allow the energy to come in of the version of you who has
what, what you, what you want. So becoming the version of you

(14:40):
that is living your successful life, your dream life, the the
future version coming into your body and feeling how that
version feels of you feels like in your body.
Like really integrating them and, and dancing with them and
moving with them. And then feeling the blockages
that come up when you start to anchor in this energy.
Because obviously there is some sort of blockage because you
know, if you didn't, then you would already be living it.

(15:01):
And then the blockage that comesup, really allowing yourself to
fully surrender into feeling that.
So the, you know, sometimes the body like goes down, you go down
to the floor, you start crying. You can feel like, like you know
something. It's just, you know, you fully
allow your body to go through the emotional experience of what

(15:21):
it is that is holding you back. And through that deep emotional,
just full, full body embodiment and the energy starts to
transmute and you bring in the divine presence around it.
And that really, really helps ittransmute.
And then, and then in my mind's eye, I'll go, I'll ask like God
to take me to the core root of of this pattern, take me to the

(15:45):
moments of its creation. And sometimes it'll take me
right back to like that straightmoment of separation from
source, which is like the core wound for all of us when we
separated from complete unity. Sometimes it'll take a certain
timeline, a certain moment, childhood, other lifetimes, and
then I do my parts work process to kind of resolve and rewrite

(16:07):
that timeline experience and pull that part of me out of that
timeline and bring them back into the present moment, into my
heart space where they'll be cared for.
And I work a lot with the energies of like Christ
consciousness, the unity consciousness, the just the the
heart, heart based path, the heart LED path.
You know, maybe I could definitely could work with

(16:28):
deities, but I maybe I've just been in a little bit of
resistance to it or there's moreto discover there.
But it's, it's definitely very, very fascinating to me how
everyone has like a different approach.
But for my journey the past couple years has really been
into the body because I felt like that was really necessary
for me to fully crystallize and fully embody.

(16:50):
So I invested in a congen machine and drinking congen
water, which crystallizes the cells and really purges the
cells in the emotional body because this water is like it's
living alkaline electrolyzed water.
So it really helps you release from a cellular level that the
memories and the, the toxins andthe fears And like, you know,
also in an ancestral level, because we carry the grief of

(17:11):
our ancestors, we carry the grief of, you know, the people
whose memory lives in. And our body is still like, it
takes 7 generations actually forit to fully move out.
So, you know, it can, it can feel like a, a heavy burden
sometimes being that person who is like the one who's finally
equipped in the lineage to, you know, move through that energy.
But it's also the, the support is just so beautiful.

(17:33):
And, and I, I feel my ancestors very much when I sing like
traditional songs and when I'm singing in general, because my
voice is kind of like my, my portal.
And it's an instant, like when Ising, I instantly feel at peace
and I instantly feel connected. And especially when I sing the
end, like the traditional Lithuanian folk songs.
And I go and I feel how my ancestors lived and I see the

(17:57):
visions of them. It makes me so emotional
sometimes. And now they like we're so
connected with the land and withthe earth and the cycles.
And so yeah, they, I, I really, it's, it's really beautiful to,
to connect in with them and withthe, the soul lineages that we
have, the places that we travel to which, which activate that.
And also we don't always need totravel because there can be, we

(18:18):
can travel astrally to a place and connect with, with those
grids and with that land. And because everything is
available in the, in the quantumfield, It's like quantum work is
like, just like going a couple steps above and working from
above rather than from here, youknow, from from the linear, you
know, it's more of like a, it's a layered experience, if you

(18:39):
know what I mean. I have to answer your question.
I went off I'm. Like no, no, no, it did.
So I just had this like visual of like us hovering over like
this big map and it's like a gridded map and like we're
literally moving things and watching things happen.
Kind of like we're like The SimsOverlord playing The Sims.

(19:00):
Hey, I'm just going to pick you up and drop you over here
because when you were talking about grids, I was like, OK,
what is this grid concept? And how does that have to do
with the quantum, the quantum healing and all these things
that you're talking about? But that makes a lot more sense
now. It's just, wow, that's like a
rabbit hole I can definitely go down.
But yeah, like, I personally didn't think that I was going to

(19:21):
be doing duty work either. And it's OK if you trigger
people, it's cool. I'll put trigger warnings up.
And also, I have kind of made itmy mission to with this podcast.
It doesn't matter what anybody'sspiritual beliefs are at the end
of the day, that it's rooted in something.
It's something that they believein passionately.

(19:41):
It's something that they're discovering for themselves and
it works in their practice, whether you are a Christian
witch or a practicing Christian with spiritual beliefs that are
kind of unconventional. Because that's kind of where I
started because I was raised 7thDay Adventist.
And you know, I just had a lot of questions.
And that's usually how most spiritual journeys begin, when

(20:02):
you have a ton of questions and they're not getting answered and
you're like, fine, I'll go freaking find out the answer for
myself. So no matter what anybody's
spiritual beliefs are, I want togive them a platform to be able
to speak and to give us kind of a quick view on what journey
that they're on. Because you never know, somebody
might be listening that is not religious or doesn't have any

(20:23):
kind of spiritual beliefs or youknow, just haven't been exposed
to the things that you're talking about yet.
And they were meant to hear that.
So I'm very much an advocate forno matter what your spiritual
beliefs are, I am willing to hold space and talk about it
because those are healthy debates and conversations that
need to be happening, especiallyin this day and age where

(20:44):
tolerance is not even a thing anymore.
People are so intolerant and hateful and just, you know, so
ignorant sometimes. Even though we are in the year
of 2025, you know, we're so far ahead, but we're so behind at
the same time, especially here in the US.
It's like we went backwards in time, so many decades outside of
the spiritual woo woo shifts andtimeline changes and stuff that

(21:07):
are happening. We're in the Age of Aquarius
where we were supposed to transform.
We're supposed to learn the things and really open up our
minds and our hearts and or blockages to really get closer
to being the best version of ourselves, right?
So no, I appreciate all the viewpoints that you bring to the
table, whether I believe in themor not or whether that's my

(21:27):
belief system or not, you know? But yeah, deity work me.
It's like I have a matron and patron deity.
They didn't come in at the same time.
I didn't think that I was going to be doing this, but it's more
like they work in tandem with me.
They sometimes give me things towork on, like with myself, or I
ask them questions and I'm like, hey, can you help me with this

(21:48):
or what do you know about this? It's not deity worship as they
did back in Hellenistic times orjust ancient civilization times
where most of these deities kindof originated from and came
around. I think that deity work is also
a partnership. It's how much do you trust the
deities that you're working withand how much they trust you.
It's you building that connection and it being a two

(22:10):
way relationship. It's a two way street, right?
And sometimes those connections don't last.
Sometimes it's just in phases, kind of like how spirit guides
come in and out. Sometimes once you've learned
the lesson or once you've overcome the trauma that you're
working on or the shadow work you needed to work on, or once
you're done with whatever project you're working on,
sometimes they decide to move on, sometimes they come back.

(22:33):
It just really depends on you. And I think at the core of
things, people have to be willing to do the work.
It's not just you wake up one day and you know, you're psychic
and you just, you know, tune into things.
It's we're all born with psychicabilities, but it's truly when
you have experienced, I think, some hardship and the process of

(22:54):
growing, not just growing up, like getting older, because some
people have been doing this since they were children, right?
It's really once you accept the fact that, hey, you know, I'm a
work in progress, You know, I want to do these to help do
things to help people. I want to help myself.
I want to live the best life possible and surround myself

(23:14):
with love and things that are beneficial to not just me, but
to the community and things likethat.
I can't speak for everyone, but that's how I look at it.
Anyway. I think that's when spiritual
journeys really take off. And you know, I really think
that with the right therapy witha medical professional and
trauma healing with spiritual practitioners or the communities

(23:35):
that you're in or just people that you trust is very integral
and super important to not just your mental health and spiritual
awakening, reawakening, whatever, but just like to live
your life as a human being. Because I think at the end of
it, it's not that complex. You know, you do the best you
can. You make an effort to live as

(23:58):
the best version of yourself. And sometimes that includes
making very hard decisions, cutting people off, making new
connections, even though you don't like socializing, you
know, and that's why I'm super glad that we made this
connection because I have been putting myself out there to say,
hey, I want to talk to people. You know, we have some like fire
sign some placement. So it's fine.

(24:19):
Like, I'm very sociable to beginwith, but I'm one of those I
kind of like to be in the cornerby myself in the dark sometimes
because my battery is so drained.
As you know, you can't give froman empty cup, and I tend to give
from an empty cup all the time. So how do you as a spiritual
practitioner kind of recover andmake some time to yourself?
Yeah, I love this question because it's it's shifted so

(24:43):
much for me, like over the yearsreally.
And actually I saw something from Teal Swan that was really
interesting to me at a certain point.
And she's talking about how, like reason why we get exhausted
sometimes socially is because we're not being our authentic
selves. And I was like, oh, that is an

(25:07):
interesting concept because I know for me, for me personally,
a lot of the times, like in the past and, and at times I present
to the world like the best version of myself, like the
version of myself that I perceive to be the most worthy,
the most shiny, the most like socially acceptable.

(25:28):
And as I've grown and as I've matured, I've really turned
into, OK, how can I embody my authentic self in each moment?
How can I really make that my intention, my intention of
embodiment? And sometimes my authentic self
is like super bubbly and super happy and super like, you know,
excited and alive. And sometimes it's just not and
it's, it's OK. And so it's been really

(25:51):
interesting, like unraveling thewhole people pleasing concept
and like the image and the, the pain behind that, because at a
certain point we kind of learnedthat, you know, we have to
appeal to others in order to to survive in order to be safe.
So I've actually found that the more that I just allow myself to
be myself and, and to take spacewhen I need.

(26:13):
And especially recently, becauseI've been traveling and I've
been staying in friends houses and I've been staying with new
people and meeting a lot of people.
It's just like being really honest and, and communicating
and being like, OK, like I need some space right now.
I need some time to be on my own.
And I don't feel guilty doing so.
And I have, you know, my practices and I take care of

(26:34):
myself. And then from that place I, I
know that I can share with others and I don't put, I don't
feel the pressure on myself as much to perform in like any
specific way and just kind of see how I can relate with others
from, from that place of honestyand from that place of integrity
and authenticity. And if I feel like sitting in
the corner and not engaging, I won't, I will sit in the corner.

(26:55):
And if I feel like being the, the like, you know, center of
the room, I can do that as well. And then it's interesting when
you embody that and you start tonotice as well and others where
they kind of sometimes stray from, from their authentic
expression. And then it's almost, sometimes
it can make you feel like a little bit unsafe when you're,

(27:15):
when you're solely striving in that net embodiment of
authenticity. And you can feel when when other
people, sometimes even people close to you start to slip from
that. And it's, it's really
interesting dynamic because thenyou can, you know, it obviously
depends. But I've just noticed recently
how that can be like a very subtle frequency shift that,
that you feel and how to kind ofnavigate that and be like, OK,

(27:38):
like this person is is doing this now, but I'm still going to
choose to maintain myself and maintain my center.
And I think with that in tandem comes, you know, having really
strong boundaries and being ableto be present and hold space for
people, but not feel like havingto take it on or be responsible
for them or your healing journey.

(28:00):
Like even with my clients, like I hold space for them the
sessions and I hold space with them outside of the sessions,
but I'd really try not to not ever.
Do I feel like I am responsible for the first person's healing
process? Like no, like their life is
their process and I'm here to, to hold space with them.
And often even by holding our own boundaries very strongly and

(28:21):
clearly, we also help people empower themselves as well to,
to be clear about their boundaries.
Because you know when you're, when you're a big C, it can be
activating, can be triggering, it can trigger reactions in
people. And so you need to be very like
clear around your, where your energy stops and where someone

(28:41):
else's energy begins. And actually I teach a practice
for this that is really effective.
It's called the frame technique where you are meditating and
you're sitting in front of a candle flame.
And as you inhale, you focus on the space between the, your body
and the candle flame. And so you naturally begin to
feel your own body. And then as you exhale, you kind

(29:05):
of dissolve your energy to mergewith the whole universe.
So it's like you inhale, you feel the space, you feel inside
of yourself, and then you exhaleand you release and you feel
everything. And this practice actually
really helps people ground back into their bodies and reclaim
the space in their body because you know when you feel, I know

(29:26):
that for me, sometimes I feel things in other people's bodies.
And so when that comes up, I canbe like, OK, this is not mine.
I can either transmute it and like, you know, transmute it
into energy that fuels me, or I'll just, you know, you know,
set it aside and bring it back to the that presence, that

(29:46):
divine presence. And so it's, it's a constant
process of refinement really in that sense.
Thank you so much for the insight because I love that you
talk about work in terms of getting in touch with the
physical part of your body, right?
Doing things to help enhance thework that you're doing, healing
your physical body in order to heal your emotional self, your

(30:09):
mental trauma, just all the trauma.
At least it made us funny, right?
We have a sense of humor now. So I know that you do a lot of
trauma therapy with your clients, right?
So what like what do you see most common with clients that
are struggling with trauma kind of holding them that?
Is it always from like a spiritual sense or is it kind of

(30:30):
just like people using it in tandem to regular therapy to
just kind of heal themselves andkind of be more aware?
Yeah, it's really interesting question.
I mean, I always encourage people, you know, if they're to,
to engage with the therapies that are working for them, Like
a lot of people, they'll, you know, maybe use it in tandem

(30:51):
with another type of therapy. I personally really recommend
like somatic therapies because that's what worked best for me.
Like the talk therapy isn't really the most effective for
me. So, but everyone's different, of
course. And I really encourage people
to, to listen to their own intuition, their body and what
what they need. And the types of clients that

(31:12):
I've worked with have been very specific types of people, people
who are maybe come even with theintention of just healing their
trauma, healing from a relationship, healing the body,
something in their body. And then as we go, they actually
have these massive spiritual awakenings and these, these
insights and downloads. Because that's pretty much what

(31:35):
happens when you release the density.
And when you, when you integratethe density and the things that
are blocking us from blocking that energy from coming in.
And then people will be like, Ohmy gosh, my psychic senses are
activating or like are coming online and I'm towards this
purpose now. And they come out with this like

(31:55):
renewed sense of embodiment of their, of their higher self.
And a lot of them end up changing like jobs and their
lifestyle and like their social circles and family dynamics.
And, and these things are natural by product of, of the
work because the work just, it'sjust clearing what is blocking

(32:20):
you from remembering who you truly are.
And then as that comes in your, your life will align to embody
that, that new path essentially. So like, you know, things like
light work, gratitude affirmations are really
important. I personally, I don't know if
this is like my own personal mental block or something, but
affirmations have not been like the most effective thing for me.

(32:42):
Like sometimes, but I prefer working with like the
embodiment, the energy and then just quieting the mind as much
as I can. All of that kind of works in
tandem. But I feel the most effective
thing is, is to resolve the the deep negative patterns that
we're experiencing is people experience like dissociation and

(33:05):
body illnesses, all these different symptoms as a result
of trauma. Like a lot of lot of illnesses
are really caused by trauma. And so when we work from that
core root place, then it resolves.
It's like, again, like working from above.
You work on multiple levels the same time and it's just a lot
quicker. It's like you can condense like,

(33:27):
you know, maybe three years of therapy into like 3 or 6 months
of sessions, you know? Yeah, I like having this image
that I am the conductor of my own life and I'm just standing
above a grid and just moving stuff because I'm also very
musically inclined. I grew up playing instruments
and singing, so I really identify with that.
I think that's such cool work that you do.

(33:49):
I was kind of talk about something with trauma, trauma
and trauma. I love that you mentioned that
therapy does not look the same for everyone because I think
this is a misconception that theonly type of therapy there is
for mental Healthcare is just talking to someone.
And for me, it does work in terms of talking to someone and

(34:10):
doing my own shadow work and, you know, doing other things
that work for me, as I'm findingout as I go along this journey,
I'm not a meditating person. I don't like sitting here in
silence and meditating. There's so much to do.
There's so much of my day that Ihave to get done.
And as chaotic as I am and I take on so many different side

(34:30):
quests, I don't like being put in that box of it's A1 size fits
all kind of thing because we're all unique individuals.
And yeah, just do what works foryou just because you don't go to
a mental health care professional because some people
can't afford it. It's expensive sometimes.
And you know, maybe your therapyis gossiping with your best

(34:52):
friend for a couple of hours and, you know, making a blanket
for it and watching a movie, whatever works for you and feels
good to you. Obviously, like some things you
probably do need to talk to a professional about, but if it's
something that you don't mind sharing with others or just kind
of sitting there with yourself and dealing with it.
I think talking to a spiritual practitioner or friends who are

(35:15):
also spiritual can be such a grounding thing to do to kind of
launch you in the right direction of the type of healing
that you need for yourself. I like this concept of somatic
therapy and just looking and thinking outside the box for
what works for you as an individual.
So thank you because that's not something that I really thought
about because in the side of thespirituality algorithm that I'm

(35:39):
in, I should say the type of people that I talked to and the
groups that I talked to, it's just it kind of seems like it's
A1 size fits all. This is how you should see
things. Not everyone, but the general
consensus is like most people work with Hellenistic deities or
Nordic deities or you know, don't work with deities at all.
But it's like very like, you know, this is what you do when

(36:01):
this happens. This is what you do when this
happens. And it's not like that at all.
And I really feel like, you know, doing whatever you need to
do using whatever tools you need.
That could be your psychic senses, like your clear
abilities. It could be tarot, which we kind
of mentioned earlier, different forms of divination, just
meditating or, you know, affirmation setting, which I

(36:22):
don't do well with affirmations either.
So you're not alone. I'm not the type to be like, let
me listen to this affirmation song for like 60 minutes and you
know, my life has changed. No, I'm more of like, I set the
intent with what I want to affirm for myself.
And then it's like once I say itor once I write it down because
you know that that's a big thingtoo, is channeled writing or

(36:45):
scrying and really like writing down that intention because some
people don't like to speak. And I'm, I'm pretty positive
that a lot of people who write books and set that intent, it's
a form of. Witchcraft.
Or a form of spiritual practice because you're putting out
information for people to consume, Right.
So I'm having a lot of differentthought patterns happening right

(37:06):
now. So I, yeah, I appreciate you
opening up creative blocks rightnow.
Like kind of like this. Yeah, you just existing.
So I appreciate it. So in terms of tarot, because,
you know, that's most of my content as a content creator is
tarot and divination Oracle cards.
I know you said that you used tokind of delve into that a little

(37:27):
bit. Yeah.
Do you want to talk about that for a second?
Because I think it's interestinghow like, your journey started
out kind of like witchy and thenyou kind of shifted I.
Love that yes. And I really love what you, what
you said about you know, how everyone's journey is going to
look different and it's going tobe perfect for your stage of
development. Like I know that, for example,

(37:47):
when I was 18 and before I had my like awakening and
everything, my therapy was hanging out with my friends and
smoking weed and going to the beach and like dancing and, and
for me, that felt so expensive. Like it was for me that that
felt like I was on my leading edge.
Like I felt like I was the leading edge of experience and

(38:08):
insight and, you know, writing poetry and being creative.
And it's like life always is a net positive.
I think we we really need to remember this.
Like our life is always moving in a net positive, even when it
looks like, oh gosh, this is happening and we're spiraling.
But the universe really moves inin that direction, even

(38:29):
regardless of how quickly you move.
So frequency is just quickness really, it's just speed.
If you're higher frequency meansyou're vibrating faster and
lower frequency moves is by means it's vibrating slower.
And higher frequencies don't always mean better frequencies,
like in sound healing, for example, when you start going to
a really high frequency that's above the frequency of the

(38:50):
body's, the body's frequency like somebody is really this
still singing bowls actually canbe harmful sometimes for the
body because they're vibrating at such a high frequency that
they can actually cause cancer cells to generate quicker.
So if someone has a cancer in the body, for example, going to
a crystal bowl session can actually be dangerous sometimes.
And then things that are vibrating at a lower frequency

(39:12):
can actually be really deeply, deeply relaxing and healing and
regulating for the body. So it's like, it's really
beautiful to kind of throw out the whole idea of any, any type
of hierarchy or any call this isbetter than this thing or, or
whatever. Yeah.
So I was gifted A tarot deck when I was like 19.
It was, I was already meditating.

(39:32):
I was kind of already delving into this world and I was really
into the big tarot and Reiki, and I was into witchcraft.
And the tarot kind of just showed me it was like, wait, I'm
actually interacting with these things energetically.
And the symbol is this wish and that's coming through is, is
resonating at something that's real.
And at a certain point as well, when I first began my healing

(39:54):
business, so to speak, and I wasready to leave like my full time
job, I began posting on TikTok, like channeled readings and
tarot readings. And my guides were, were
speaking with me because there was because I was being like,
what is my purpose? What am I here to do?
And they were telling me like, you're a spirit guide.
And I was being like, OK, what? What do I?

(40:16):
How do I, how do I practically do that for the world?
And they were like, OK, we'll start with like tarot and Reiki
start with these tools. So I started updating these.
I channeled messages on TikTok and growing a following.
And my guides are always really clear for me, clear with me
about focusing on the present and the past to, to help people
and not to predict the future because the future is constantly

(40:38):
changing like based on every second and every, every
timeline, every timeline shift, every moment.
It's like whenever I reach your reading, you could completely be
something or integrate somethingin the next day you timeline.
So for me, it was a school of like grand and understanding

(40:58):
and, and context. And that's how I really unlocked
my channeling abilities as well was doing like TikTok lives.
And I realized I was able to connect with someone's energy
just through their first name and channel information for them
from their spirit guides, from their angels, from their higher
self and give them like guidancethat was relevant.
And for, for a couple years likethat was my, that was choice.

(41:22):
And I always kind of in a part of my consciousness, I knew it
was a temporary thing because, you know, some people say like
tarot can be almost like a, likea crutch sometimes, but a crutch
is not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes it's a really
beautiful training ground for usinto trusting our own intuition
and to trusting our our gifts and our psychic senses.

(41:43):
And it can be a really nice anchor as well to come back to
like, sometimes I still come back to it when I'm looking for
more concrete material and physical guidance.
And, you know, I know these, these symbols so well.
And I know these like charactersso well and these cards and, and
every time I look at a card, it's like based on each reading,
I see a different detail that isrelevant to, to the experience

(42:06):
and to to the reading for myselfor for the other person.
So I think it is, it is definitely a beautiful tool.
But I think also when you certain points you kind of move
through through your own process.
I mean, for me personally, I move to a certain point where I
was like, OK, I need to let go of the side of the pool and like

(42:29):
swim out into the middle now on my own.
Like I can kind of let go of thelife raft and, and move into
what is more aligned with my, with my soul's calling, which
really is like holding space forpeople and holding these
transformational spaces and teaching people how to use their
own intuition and activate theirown psychic senses rather than

(42:50):
kind of giving them the answer. And I, and I still do reading
sometimes not as much as I do sessions and I'm more selective
on how and when and who I do these readings for.
But I really, I feel personally for me, it's more empowering to
a fish rather than just give himthe fish.
So that's just been my experience of the tarot and it's

(43:12):
a beautiful tool and it's a beautiful gateway, I feel for
people to, to begin relating with with more of these energies
and the tarot and you know, astrology and some other things
are, are in like the 4D realms, like the more unseen realms.
And then when you start moving higher and subtler, you, your,
your draw to those things kind of steadily decreases.

(43:34):
Again. It's like none of these things
are better or worse than any other.
I feel it's just just beautiful for wherever you're at and
whatever you're drawn to. It's like that's what you're
meant to be doing now. And you'll know like when it's
time to let go and to discover anew a new tool or a new gift.
No. Very well put.
Yeah, Just because I'm doing terror right now doesn't mean

(43:54):
I'm going to be doing it forever.
I mean, I might. Be, but yeah.
And if you do, that's great. Yeah, it's kind of taking what
resonates with you and being open to developing new skills or
abilities, or, you know, I describe it as kind of having a
tool belt. It's like a spiritual tool belt.
You put stuff in your tool belt that you need for the job or the
things that you're doing right. Then sometimes you might put it

(44:15):
back on a shelf, so you need that tool later, or maybe you
sell it to somebody else or you give it to somebody else so they
can use it. And over time, your tool belt
will be filled with different things that you didn't even
think that was possible at the beginning.
You know, I think spirituality is ever evolving, ever growing,

(44:35):
and there's so many different schools of thought and thought
patterns and things that people haven't been sharing that do get
shared eventually that kind of shift our thinking and where
we're sitting at with where we are spiritually.
So I think it's important to always be in a learner mindset.
And I feel like you just naturally went into that
progression where you're like, OK, this is what I'm doing right

(44:58):
now, but hey, maybe this resonates with me more.
Maybe this is the direction I'm supposed to be going.
And having that space with yourself and being comfortable
enough with yourself to kind of embrace the unknown and say,
hey, let me explore this and getting you to where you are
now. I mean, I might wake up tomorrow
and be like, this isn't what I'msupposed to be doing, you know?
But until then, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and

(45:21):
you're going to keep doing what you're doing.
And I think it's great that we're such different spiritual
practitioners, but we both have that mission of wanting to help
people and wanting to kind of domore to kind of give back
because essentially that makes us feel better and feel good.
You know that I've impacted somebody else's life
potentially, which is why I'm actually working on being a life
coach and having a life coach certification done while I'm in

(45:43):
school right now too. Amazing.
So I'm just super excited to seemore of the work that you're
doing. I've been kind of checking out
your socials and you've talked about some of the work you do
today, but is there anything else that you wanted to kind of
touch on that we didn't get to go over?
Let's see, maybe, maybe there's a message that it wants to come

(46:04):
through for your listeners. And I think that's just a
reminder that, yeah, like you said, everyone's path is
different and, and your path is perfect exactly how it is,
whether it be, you know, howeverit looks, however uniquely it
looks, it is perfect for you andexactly where you need to be in
evolution and everyone's soul. Evolution is different.

(46:27):
Everyone has a different callingin a different energetic code to
embody and activate in this world.
And like no code is more important than any other.
So you know, even if you're someone who is very grounded and
very like a practical and rootedin the in the material plane in
the world and you're conscious, you know, you're still doing

(46:47):
something, you're still being ofservice in a really, really
beautiful way. So anyway, that we offer our
gifts to the world's is a blessing and we offer our
presence. And if anyone is interested in
diving deeper into this type of coaching, into this type of
hearing practice, I do offer free 1 to 1 calls.
So maybe I can include as well the link to book a free call

(47:11):
with me for anyone who would like to, you know, have a
conversation or, or you know, get some advice or or feel into
how that this process might workfor them.
And also maybe I can share this free meditation to help you kind
of connect into your somatic practice and your your parts
work practice, if that's something that that resonates.
Yeah, for sure. So where can the listeners find

(47:33):
you on social media? Yeah, you can.
I'm not, I'm not out there a lot.
So you can find me on Instagram at Saule Ilona Vaida where I
post a regularly. You can also find me on YouTube,
Saule Ilona Vaida. And you can find me.
I have a podcast called the Starseed Network where I've been
going in depth on these topics for like Four Seasons or like a,

(47:58):
you know, sometimes I just basically like through this
whole process of evolution. And so there's a lot of, there's
a lot of free resources there. And if you'd like to connect in
deeper learning about the courses and the the like
workshops and how to work 1:00 to 1:00 with me, you can also
feel free to book book a free call and we can connect.
That's awesome. I will definitely put your

(48:21):
information in the show notes. Thank you so much for taking the
time to like talk to me today. I'm nowhere in different time
zones too, so just learned a lotjust sitting here listening and
vibing. And yeah, if you ever want to
come back and talk more about other things, I am more than
open to it. My brain just went no.
I did learn a lot though, but good morning, good afternoon,

(48:44):
and good evening to whenever youare listening to this.
I appreciate you guys for sticking around for another
episode with another spiritual practitioner who does things
differently and really opening your mind up to the different
possibilities that are out there.
Take what resonates and leave what doesn't, just like in a
tarot reading. But thank you so much, Sally for

(49:04):
being here, and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
Thank you so much. It's been so great to share and
sending so much love and good energy to your audience and
everyone listening in the past, present, future, wherever you
are in this time, space, reality.
And thank you so much for for opening up this space and and
sharing. Absolutely.
What is time? All right, thank you so much.

(49:25):
And I will be back with another episode next time guys, bye.
