SEASON 2 IS OFFICIALLY HERE!
After a 4-month pause, The Mindfully Resilience Podcast is back to bring you more impact, more hope, and an amplified dose of resilience. The time away has reminded Josef that it's ok to take a break and he wants to remind you of that as well.
We believe that, in order to succeed, we cannot stop. We've grown accustomed to an on-the-go way of life, mistaking "busy busy" for productive busy. Sound familiar? By not slowing down, we can do more harm than good.
In this episode, Josef explores how taking a break can benefit your physical and mental health. How it can nurture relationships with family, friends, and yourself. How it fosters personal and professional growth and how it is the catalyst for creativity. It doesn't hurt to have a little me-time.
