I finally did it! After over 10 years of being told “You GOTTA start a podcast”…

…over 10 years of overthinking
…Planning
…Watching YouTube videos on how to start a podcast
…Buying courses on how to build a podcast
…Ordering the infamous Blue Yeti mic
…Having my custom  “The Mindi Show” neon sign designed
…Desiring a specific pink chair for my podcast space and finally ordering it
….getting caught in “paralysis by analysis” and the perfectionism habit…

I finally recorded my very first podcast episode…

…on my iPhone…
…with no Yeti mic…
…just the built in voice memo app…
…sitting on the floor of my closet. 

I did not edit it.
Didn’t even listen to it after I recorded it. 
No fancy intro or outro music. 

Just.
Me.

My heart. 
My raw self.
