Manifesting Podcast.
My name is Lena, I am aspiritual teacher and a
conscious manifestation coachand today we are continuing the
series on awakening thespiritual body.
We have two episodes left.

Episodes left, so I haveactually I've been away for a
while and I've come to some newrealizations, right, I was gone
for for several months, kind ofin this ebb, if you will, and
that was a period of deepintegration and transmuting
intense energies and, ratherthan just push through and

always try to make things happen, to force anything to happen
and of course that's easy to doright, to get caught up in the
external reality and it's avirtual loop of creating,
observing and reacting withoutreally slowing down.
So it was an important time forme and part of what I came to

understand in that period ofintegration, transmitting
energies, etc.
Receiving was receiving a lotof downloads, a lot of
information coming in, and onething that became very clear to
(01:27):
me and that I had beenstruggling with right as a, as a
spiritual teacher and amanifestation coach, is and
being on this awakening journey,right.
So, because not everybody amajority of the manifestation
(01:50):
coaches out there, from whatI've observed, are not in, the
do not appear to be, and the Idon't know how to say this.
Let's just let's put this wayNot everybody is at the same

point on their awakening journeyas as other people, right?
So for me, I was honestlystruggling with Okay, I, I
understand manifestation, butfrom an awakened perspective.
So for me, it's not just aboutmanifesting a house, a car, a

specific person, money, thingslike that, right, shedding the
old layers of the self andreally truly awakening to, um,
to who I am right, and reallyaligning with my soul.
So what I've come to realize isthat, for me, as a spiritual
(02:59):
teacher and a consciousmanifestation coach, I'm here to
assist individuals andnavigating their reality and
understanding the shedding ofold layers of the self, and to
remember and to align to theirtrue nature as divine beings and
as creators and co-creators ofreality.
Because I have been down thatpath, um, so I just wanted to

put that, put that out there.
That was, that was important forme to kind of to really define,
and part of the reason, part ofthe reason that I did take such
a long step back, is because Iwas, I've had gotten kind of
(03:47):
caught up and I felt like I wasbetween two worlds the awakening
community, if you will, andthen the manifesting community,
right?
So for me I was like Well, howdo I integrate?
How do I integrate the two,right?
How do I integrate that andreally be of assistance for
(04:12):
those that are drawn to whateverI have to share?
And how can I be of service toto humanity?
Really, right, because, asindividuals, right, as we awaken
and again, this, this wholeseries, has been about awakening
(04:36):
the spiritual body.
So, as we awaken, then we, Imean we can assist humanity in
different ways, right, ratherthan just, it's more than just
going out and like feeding thehungry, right, or doing
(05:00):
charitable work.
There's so much more to itbecause, um, and disciplining
the mind right, and getting ridof all those old layers and
really coming into this place ofnon-judgment and love, right.
So, um, and neville goddard, um, talked about this a lot is
(05:25):
thinking the lovely thing, thelovely things of others, right?
So, instead of you know, youdriving down the road, right,
and you come to a stoplight andthere's somebody, um, uh, a
homeless person, um, standing atthe corner with a sign, right,
(05:45):
and they're hungry, they needmoney or whatever, instead of
just giving that individualspare change, or if you have
food in your car, or giving themfood or whatever, instead of
just doing that.
If you could take a second.

So this is what I do is I willjust take a brief second and I
would just think to myself thatindividual has a place to live,
(06:28):
has a place to live they, theyalways have food, right, and
they're well taken care of,something along those lines.
Okay, years ago, years ago,before my awakening experience,
what, and especially when I wasin an actual church setting,
going to church, I thought that,okay, just giving to the poor,
(06:53):
helping the homeless, justgiving right tangibly, was
really more than enough.
And now I realize that there'sso much more that we can do.
We can because we are creators,right, we are creating our
(07:14):
reality and we are all one,right, we're all connected, if
we can imagine the by imagine, Imean even just exercising.
A simple thought Again, thatindividual is they have a roof
(07:37):
over their head, right, theyalways have enough to eat, etc.
That is creative.
Everything we do is creative.
So, anyway, I kind of got off ona little tangent there, if you
will, um, but that's kind of,that's kind of where I've, I've,

I've, I've been and why Ihaven't come forth to share
anything.
It's because I really wanted tofigure out how do I merge these
two experiences, if you will,because they felt certain
(08:25):
teaching and sharing.
Uh, a lot of the times it feltum, it felt it felt separate.
I'm stumbling on my words a lotaren't I?
Um part of it's.
I need another cup of coffee.
I think I didn't.
Um, I've been having a lot of,lot of vivid dreams the past
(08:46):
couple of weeks.
I haven't been sleeping verywell, but I'm actually.
I kind of love that becauseI'll go for periods of time
where I don't have a lot ofdreams, or at least I don't
remember them, but I'll wake up,or at least I don't remember
them, but I'll wake up feelingso tired.

So I know that I astral travelright, we all do and I know that
there is work that I'm doing inthe astral world.
I'm here for a purpose.
I have a purpose in the astralrealm and many of my dreams have
been in a setting where I'mteaching or being taught.
So, so a lot of times I wake upin the morning.
(09:31):
I'll be tired.
It's because I'm notnecessarily actually fully
resting when I'm asleep, butanyway.
So let's get.
Let's get back on topic.
So.
So, yeah, it's a.

So it's important for me tolisten to my soul, right?
I prefer to stay aligned ratherthan forcing myself to put
stuff out there Just for thesake of of doing it or thinking
that I have to do this, I haveto do that, right?
You don't have to do anythingthat you do not feel inclined to
do in a given moment, right?

So, that being said, I kind ofI want to jump right back into
where we left off in the lastepisode here, 10 minutes into
this episode, so we were nearingthe end of the series on
(10:35):
awakening the spiritual body.
So today's episode is episodenine of 10 in this 10 part
series.
So let's dive into talking aboutembracing the higher
vibrational frequencies forbalance and alignment, and,
again, this is just acontinuation of the previous
(10:59):
eight episodes.
So our vibrational frequency islike, or it is it's not even
just like, it's a cosmicsignature, and we all have a
core vibrational frequency thatis unique to our soul.
(11:23):
We each have a unique soul song.
Okay, it's a unique resonancethat emanates from our being and
it doesn't change, right?
Raising one's frequency isreally about embracing higher
states of consciousness.
(11:44):
When I say higher, I reallymean deeper.
That doesn't sound right.
How do I say this?
Higher states of consciousnessoccurs by really going deeper
within, right, and drawing outany of the stuff that is no
(12:05):
longer in alignment fear,judgment, anxiety, sadness, like
a perpetual sadness.
I'm not.
I mean we, we all get sad onoccasion, right, but, um, like
(12:26):
depression, right, that kind ofsadness, so, um, so it's about
going deeper within and drawingout all of the things that are
not part of, are not alignedwith that core frequency, right,
the things that we've taken onin our life, um, through
childhood, adolescence,childhood adolescence, um, and
(12:46):
you know work, environmentsbeing around, um, you know other
other people that maybe weweren't necessarily in alignment
with, and taking on otherpeople's energies and things
like that.
So, raising one's frequency,it's really about aligning with
(13:10):
your states of consciousness,really Moving into states of
consciousness that align withyour core frequency.
So coming into balance, goingdeeper within and allowing what
is in alignment to come in rightinto your energetic field and
(13:31):
then letting go of what is notin alignment Okay, just
absolutely letting it go.
So everything is energy andyour frequency is a key element
in the shaping of your reality.
You can choose to accept in abody lower frequencies or states
of consciousness consciousnessright such as fear or worry,
(13:55):
judgment, self-doubt, etc.
Or you can choose to go within,to, to understand and transmute
and release those, uh, denserenergies.
Okay, as you do this, youtranscend the lower states of
consciousness and you move intothe higher states of
consciousness, therebyessentially raising your
(14:17):
vibration.
So, because your soul's corefrequency is already high, if
you will, right, and you may notfeel it, you may not think that
it is because you could besteeped in these other
frequencies, right, um, in yourlife.
If you have things going on, um, you know, that are, um, not
(14:43):
ideal, right?
Um, you not be, may not be ableto feel the jerk that your core
vibration is high, your soul'score frequency, um, but it is
all right, you remember you are,you are a multi-dimensional
being.
You are a divine, beautiful,unlimited being.

You're an aspect of God, okay,so, because your soul score
frequency is already high, you,really, what happens is you
really just emerge from theshadows shadows, right, as you
do the work of going within, etc.
(15:32):
And um, and then you end uppeeling back the layers, the
layers and layers ofconditioning, old belief systems
, anything that is not inalignment for you, part of why I
was absent for several months,and every once in a while
that'll happen or it hashappened.
(15:53):
I don't know if that willcontinue, because I've literally
released so much, I'vetransmuted so much over the
years on my own journey thatthere is really there's really
not much left that I have todeal with and transmute um from
(16:18):
uh the my old self, if you willright, the anxiety is gone, the
depression's gone, um fear isgone.
I would say probably 99.9% ofany kind of self-doubt, anything
like that, is gone.
There may be some little shards, shreds of these frequencies
(16:51):
deep within um, but I've, but Ihave peeled back so many layers
upon layers upon layers that um,aside from needing to, just
needing to rest, right, um andum maybe channel more
(17:11):
information, right, I mean I, Icould see that happening, going
through a period of time whereI'm um channeling even more
information, I'm rememberingmore information of uh past, of
my past lives, uh, things likethat, tapping into the akashic
records, etc.
But as far as like, dealingwith all the old stuff, um, I'm
(17:36):
99.999 sure that um, that I havereally dealt with that stuff,
so, so I can't imagine anotherperiod happening like I just
went through with transmutingthat much energy and the thing
(17:57):
is, it was really only aroundone core issue from childhood,
that was a pattern that playedout in my life.
So I had worked through so muchof it already, and then there
was this one little thing left,um, that I really had to to
(18:20):
transmute.
So, um, so, yeah, hopefully Iwon't, uh, I won't have to to
back away from my content foragain for for several months, so
, but you know, if I'm called todo that, then then I'll do that
.

subscribed to my channel, youcontinue to tune into the

Even you know if I'm absent forweeks at a time or months at a

So I thought I was going to saysomething else and I wasn't.
All right, excuse me.
So, uh, I had some notes here,all right.
So raising, oh, so, raising yourvibration is a conscious choice
(19:34):
on the path of spiritualevolution.
So the choice to raise your, uh, your frequency accelerates
your journey into and throughhigher states of consciousness,
and the journey isn't easy.
Right, there will be ebbs andflow, um, but it's.
It's really a beautiful journey, even in the challenging moment
(19:56):
, if you can see it from aperspective of gratitude and and
love, especially of self-love.
Right, loving yourself andforgiving yourself, um, being
grateful for all that you dohave in your life, right, right,
because there's I mean, there'sbeauty and abundance all around
us, if you choose to see it,and especially if you choose to
(20:23):
see it in the difficult times.
Okay, because in that momentyou are transmuting energy.
Okay, so here are some practicesfor tuning into higher
frequencies.
You know things like soundhealing, meditation and energy
(20:46):
work such as Reiki.
So, all right.
So the various, these variouspractices can serve as gateways
to embodying higher frequencies,which are just states of
consciousness.
Okay, example would be movingout of fear and into excitement.
(21:08):
Okay, each practice that youexercise, um can be a unique
experience.
Okay, so some of the.
You know, some of the thingsyou can do are sound healing,
right, the, the power of sound.
Um, you can use sound toelevate your vibration.
(21:29):
Right, you could use singingbowls, tuning forks, chants.
Sound can really help torecalibrate your energy and
promote healing.
Meditation is a great practicethat can help you to align with
(21:52):
higher realms of consciousness,if you will, and it can serve as
a bridge to higher frequencies.
Okay, from where you are now,right, if being in an awake like
physically awake state, right,in an awake like physically
(22:14):
awake state, right.
And as you calm your mind andyou move into these, these
deeper states of consciousness,right, where you kind of enter
the void, your thoughts slowdown, etc.
That that space acts as abridge to this higher
frequencies.
And in meditation you can gainprofound insights and inner
(22:38):
peace.
Sometimes, right, if you have adifficult time meditating, just
keep practicing, it gets easierover time.
All right, energy work that'sanother technique.
You know things like Reiki,qigong I think that's how you
(23:04):
pronounce it and othermodalities, right, that
facilitate the flow of lifeforce, energy.
Okay.
Now, when I decided to takeReiki, I wanted to do that
because I wanted to understandthe energy and stuff that I was
feeling in my own body after myKundalini awakening.
Right, because I was feelingall of that energy, and not only
(23:28):
that, but getting visions andtuning into other energies, like
feeling other energies, andthings like that.
I wanted to be able to workwith the energy and understand
(23:50):
it.
So that's why I became a Reiki2 practitioner.
At some point I may takeadditional classes and I'd like
to possibly become a Reikimaster one day, but I don't see
that happening for several years, so we'll see how that goes.
(24:13):
But right now I do do distanceReiki sessions and when I do
Reiki I always ask theindividual if if they want to
know what comes through, becausea lot of times I'll get if they
want to know what comes through, because a lot of times I'll
(24:36):
get um I'll get uh insight intosomething, I'll see a vision, or
I'll get um information thatcomes through.
So so when I do Reiki, thenthen I I like to communicate if,
uh, those things, things, ifwhoever I'm doing a session on,
if they're open to that.
(24:56):
Some people don't want to know,and that's okay too.
And then Qui Gong that issomething I have been wanting to
try lately.
I have it in my planner.
In my planner, um, along withexercising and stretching, is to
try quick on, and I haven'tdone it yet, but I keep writing
(25:20):
it down because that is a goalof mine.
I have begun to part of whatcame out of this last um period,
of this hiatus, if you will isI started.
I started back up with myroutine of journaling or
(25:43):
scripting in the morning,revising, so I'll go back to my
journal in the evening and I'llrevise anything throughout the
day, um, writing mymanifestation list, and um, and
stretching, and, uh, I've beenwalking a lot.
So the next thing for me isgetting back into weight
(26:04):
training, which I have alwaysloved.
And then, um, quick on, so Igot away from my, uh, my routine
for a long time because I wasin such a place of, like, just
peace and knowing that you know,I'm the creator of my reality,
(26:28):
right, I'm, I, um, I can't blameanybody else for anything
happening in my life.
I take full control, fullownership of what I've created.
If, if, something is not goingmy way, then what is that
teaching me?
How did I create that, etc.
So, and I'm still in a reallygood place, right?
(26:53):
So as so, I don't need like Idon't need to to script or write
my manifestation list to try tomanifest anything.
I went back to doing it becauseI realized that I love the it
(27:17):
was.
I love the routine of it, right, I love getting up in the
morning having a cup of coffee.
That's another thing.
I switched to decaf, I took allcaffeine, so a lot of things
have happened.
I've eliminated caffeine, um,yeah, but just getting up in the
(27:39):
morning and sitting and andscripting, because what I do is
that is really my time forvisualization.
So I use it more like adaydream, right To visualize,
(28:05):
and and then what I'll do afterthat is, I'll go into into
meditation for not alwaysjournaling.
I had did that pretty much everyday for for quite a while, for
I would say a couple years, andthen and then I would just do it
sporadically because I got to areally good place.
I didn't feel like I needed it.
But now I'm like you know what,I love the routine of it.

I love the routine of it andI've created a course on
spiritual discipline.
So why not incorporate thatback into my life?
Right, if I'm going to teach itbecause I've done it, because
it's helped me on my spiritualjourney, then why not
(28:51):
incorporate it back in?
And I've had fun?
And I've had fun with it, um,even with the manifestation list
.
So there's really nothing thatI absolutely like, feel like I
need to manifest, right, um, the, the bigger things, if you will
.
Um, I've visualized those,written them down um many times
(29:12):
done all the affirmations.
Things have unfolded, thingsare still unfolding, so I'm not
really stressed about likeanything at all.
I'm not worried about anythingnot coming um to fruition, etc.
But I'm having fun with themanifestation list and I write
(29:34):
down random stuff um, likeseeing a double rainbow or uh,
what else, seeing a?
Uh, oh, I wrote down I know I'mkind of rambling now.
Oh, I wrote down.
(29:56):
I know I'm kind of rambling now.
I wrote down that I saw a.
Um, so I wrote down that I sawa blue tesla, I think it was.
But as I was writing down thatI saw a blue tesla in my mind, I
was thinking I should writedown that I see a green Tesla.
So guess what I saw a coupledays later.
(30:18):
I didn't see the blue Tesla,first I saw the green Tesla,
because that's what I thought inmy mind.
Right, I'm writing down blueTesla, but I should write down I
see a green Tesla.
So I saw the green Tesla firstand then, a couple days later, I
saw the blue Tesla.
I did see a double rainbowabout two weeks after.
(30:43):
I wrote that down.
What else?
There were a couple of otherthings that I wrote down that
that I that I that I've seen sonormally and I don't know why
this is.
But, um, a lot of times thingswill take like, maybe, like at
(31:09):
the most, like maybe two days,and then there are other things.
That is that, and maybe this isa belief that I've had, because
it's happened a couple timesthat usually within about a
two-week time frame, most of thestuff that I've written down on
my list will have happened.
(31:29):
So, anyway, all right, so I'veincorporated those things back
into my daily routine.
So it's been kind of funwriting down a manifestation
list and I love this scriptingBecause, again, I just visualize
, right, and I imagine, but I'mnot stressed about anything, I'm
(31:52):
not forcing anything to happen.
So how do higher frequenciescontribute to our overall
well-being?
And then I'm going to closethis episode out.
I know I've been rambling, butI've been gone for a while, so

All right, so as we embracehigher frequencies, we can
experience a holistictransformation, if you will,
that really extends to everyaspect of our being.
These elevated frequenciescontribute to our overall
(32:32):
well-being, our state of mind,etc.
Well-being, our state of mind,etc.
Right through elevatedconsciousness, which Are again
are these are the higherfrequencies right, as they
expand our consciousness,leading to a deeper
understanding of ourinterconnectedness with all of
(32:58):
existence.
And Then there's emotionalharmony.
(33:24):
So raising our vibrationalfrequency brings emotional
balance, and that's sort of whatI was just talking about, right
, Getting to a place where Ididn't feel like I needed to
manifestations every day becauseI was really in this state of
um, emotional balance.
Now there was still that, look,that little bit of dense energy
, right, that I still had towork through.
That's part of the the process.
But I was really in a statewhere I didn't feel like I
needed to repeat affirmationsall day, right, to manifest
(33:46):
anything.
I just moved into a state ofknowing um, and that took work,
but it by raising my um, bydoing the work, releasing all
those layers right, Iessentially moved further into
(34:13):
alignment with my core frequency, I guess is the best way to put
it.
And then, of course, physicalvitality, right.
So raising your vibrationalfrequency increases the vitality
of your physical body, right,you may want to not eat junk
(34:40):
food, or if you don't eat junkfood right now, you may want to
switch your diet up.
You may want to startexercising, as you raise your
vibration, releasing all thisold stuff that's no longer in
alignment, things in your lifewill change and you may find
(35:02):
yourself wanting to take bettercare of yourself, right, if you
don't already.
Like, for me, I mean, I startedstretching again, right, and,
and walking, because if I feltlike that, I want to do this for
me.
Right, I want to get back intodoing this Because I want to be
(35:25):
able to continue to handle thesefrequencies, right, that I'm
integrating and I don't want toknow it's.
I already feel tired and I, um,and I know I can manifest, I
(35:45):
can state otherwise, um, tired alot of times, waking up, right,
um, because of the astraltravel, you know, things like
that, the work I'm doing in theastral realm.
But I don't need to feel likethat all throughout the day,
right?
So, when I take care of my bodyand and that's kind of come
(36:14):
about by, just again, all thework that I've got and and
releasing those old aspects ofthe self, right, so, anyway,
that is it for for this episodeon embracing higher vibrational
frequencies for balance andalignment.
