(00:00):
Hello, hello, hello, and welcometo the mindset and manifesting
podcast. If you are new, thankyou so much for joining me. If
you are returning, I know thatit has been a while I wasn't
sure if I was going to continuerecording for this podcast. I
had gotten to the point where Iwas really kind of
(00:25):
starting to share more about thesouls journey, the awakening
journey, talking about energyand the chakra system and
dimensions and things like that.
So I wanted to take a step backand really kind of figure out
what the direction of thispodcast would be, since it's
titled The mindset andmanifesting podcast, and when I
originally started the podcast, that was my intention was to
(00:48):
just talk about manifestationand mindset, right?
And then that transformtransformational
process that happens when youwhen you do the mindset work to
(01:09):
change your reality, to shiftyour self concept, and then the
manifestation techniques thatreally allow
that really allow us to do thatwhen we understand how to
consciously manifest, becausemanifestation is natural. So
(01:32):
we're always manifestingeverything in our awareness,
everything in our existence, isa manifestation, including us,
this physical body, right, including us. So
I'm going to start bysharing some definitions, and
I'm going to refer to the Bible, which is, what, 2700 years old.
(01:56):
That isthe Bible mentions the word
manifest. And it's thenabout 37 verses that I have
found so far in the Bible thatspecifically mentioned the word
manifest. So if there areearlier text
(02:21):
before the Bible that mentionit. I'm not aware of it, but the
Bible was originally written inHebrew so and please understand
that when i So, when I speakabout,
when I reference the Bible, itis not from a secular point of
(02:43):
view, from the point of view ofwhat we're what we're taught in
the churches and stuff. Sothere's nothing wrong with those
teachings. I was in the churchfor a while, and, you know, I
believed everything. I was told.
There's nothing wrong with that, and because it is just a point
on the journey. Okay, speakingof the journey, I started the
(03:06):
another podcast, the journey ofawakening, I'll leave the
description down below that iswhere I get into talking more
about awakening, ascension, thesoul's journey.
And this lifetime, parallellives, things like that. But for
the sake of this podcast, Ireally want to stick to
(03:31):
manifestation mindset and thattransform that transformative
process. SoI'm going to provide some
definitions that are relative tounderstanding manifestation, and
even I'm going to show thedefinition of the word
(03:56):
attraction, because so manypeople correlate
manifestation with the law ofattraction,
but we're not really attractinganything. We're aligning with
the energy of what we're we aresetting our intentions on
(04:16):
manifesting on those desires, right, that come into our our
and to our awareness our minds.
So I'm going to give you guyssome definitions. If you have a
pen and a piece of paper and youwant to write them down, feel
free. If not, then, I mean, you can reference
them on your own if you'reinterested. But I just wanted to
give you guys some definitions.
(04:38):
Give you guys something to thinkabout as when it comes to
manifestation. Okay,in Hebrew, the word manifest
means to demonstrate,to exhibit, to discover,
(04:59):
to reveal.
Ill and to disclose.
So remember, if you're when webegin talk, when I start talking
aboutneville goddard teachings and
the core principles when itcomes to manifestation,
(05:21):
then it's often mentioned, right? Imagination creates
reality. We are bringing theunseen into the scene. What is
in our subconscious mind as weare matching into our conscious
reality. So that desire, when itmanifests. It's been revealed.
(05:41):
It's been disclosed, right? Sojust give that some thought.
Now,what is your what is, what is
your definition ofmanifestation?
So before I go any further, giving you these other
definitions. When you think ofthe word manifest
(06:06):
or manifestation, whatdefinition, without looking it
up anywhere, would you have?
Would you have given that wordor those words?
Just give that some thought too.
Alright, so the wordmanifestation and the
dictionary,it means an events, an action or
object that clearly shows orembodies something, especially a
(06:31):
theory or an abstract idea.
And the word manifest in thedictionary, the adjective means
clear or obvious to the eye ormind,
and the verb to display or showa quality which equality or
(06:55):
feeling by one's acts orappearance, and to demonstrate.
And what's interesting,if the Bible was written 2700
years ago,and the word manifest is in the
Bible written in Hebrew, and wehave the Hebrew definition,
(07:21):
and now we've got the definitionof manifestation the dictionary
and thedefinition of manifest in the
dictionary. There's somesimilarities, but isn't it
interesting, how theI just think that the
definitions arethe definitions are interesting.
As words from the Bible, writtenin Hebrew, get translated into
(07:48):
English and the and like thesubtle differences in some of
the in the definitions, I justfind, I find that fascinating.
So let's see.
The next definition I want togive you guys is the word
(08:11):
attraction.
And I had this up on mycomputer, and I minimized it so
the word attraction in Hebrew.
So think law of attraction, right? Because we're
because so many people, again, when they think of
(08:32):
manifestation, they think law ofattraction. So attraction in
Hebrew is attractiveness,withdrawal, pull,
appeal and Hall, the dictionary definition, and
(08:54):
again, I think, was the Oxforddictionary
that, that I found thesedefinitions,
the relationship existingbetween things or persons that
are naturally or involuntarilydrawn together.
(09:21):
I'll say that again, therelationship existing between
things or persons that arenaturally or involuntarily drawn
together. Okay? Now, sinceeverything is energy, let me
give you guys the definitions ofenergy. And again, I'm just
(09:43):
sharing this for you guys togive some thought to it. Um, and
then kind of,as we get further along,
especially when we get intonovels like core teachings and
stuff and some.
Theas we get into talk about manna,
manifesting further, just kind of maybe keep these
(10:07):
definitions in mind, is all Iwill say.
So energy and Hebrew means powerand strength
and the Strong's Concordance, which is a translation of the
(10:28):
word in the Bible,of course, is power and
strength. The dictionarydefinition is the strength and
vitality required for sustainedphysical or mental activity.
All right, so that's all I wantto say about that. Now let's go
(10:54):
into Neville's core principlesand the reason so, the reason I
bring up Neville's work isbecause they really are so fun,
like they're it's so fundamentalwhat novel talks about in
(11:17):
regard, in regards to what Iconsider some of the primary
core principles that he talksabout in his or he taught in his
lectures. And so many people nowhave taken those teachings, and,
(11:38):
you know, some people teach thempretty matter of factly, some
people kind of twisted theteachings a little bit and
and so many things have beenadded on, like different
techniques and stuff. Oh mygoodness, there's so many
different techniques now, when it comes to manifestation,
(12:00):
it's just, it's just wow, butthere, I mean, there's nothing
wrong with that, because there,I mean, it's permission slip. Is
somebody believes something isgoing to work for them. If they
have that belief, then chancesare it's going to work for them.
So if you find a technique thatworks for you and you believe
(12:22):
that it, that it's going to workfor you, then hey, whatever,
whatever is going to help you, right? Whatever is going to help
you manifest your desires,whatever you
find the easiest to believe in,right? Then you do you,
(12:45):
you do you, because they're yourdesires, right? So
everybody's a little bitdifferent, right? So for some
people, visualization reallyworks. Some people, scripting
really worksthere. You know people who there
are people who swear bylike the 369 method
(13:12):
into just different things. Soanyway, let's talk about neville
goddard score principles. So forthose of you who don't know who
Neville Goddard is,you can he was a teacher
(13:32):
that he gave like 300 and about398
well lectures that I know of,those are the ones that I have
copies up.
He probably gave more than that.
Sohe grew up on board Barbados. He
lived in New York. He had at thehad entered the army. Are the
army, I actually, I think hecame over to the United States.
(13:57):
He was a dancer in the end ofthe army. Got out of the army by
using visualization.
Feeling is the secret, right? Soa couple of the things that he
teaches, right? He that's how hewas able to get out of the the
(14:21):
army. So he passed away in 1972but he taught for many, many,
many, many years, primarily inin New York City. So he had a
mentor who taught him Hebrew, who and he taught him
(14:45):
through the Kabbalah. Andagain, his teacher was named
Abdullah. That was kind of amystical encounter, really, if
you were to read the story. So.
Yeah, Neville started havingexperiences. First, he was
(15:06):
mentored by Abdullah, he wastaught by Abdullah, and then he
began having his his thesemystical experiences, and he
embarked on his own journey ofawakening. But a lot of what he
teaches really comes down tothese core principles and these
techniques that you can use tomanifest. He taught a lot about,
(15:36):
I mean, manifestation was athese principles were a big part
of his teachings, but theyweren't the primary they weren't
really the primary goal of histeachings, especially later on
in his lectures, he was reallyteaching us
(15:57):
about the underlying symbolismin Scripture and about awakening
to the nature of who we trulyare as divine beings, etc. So
the one of his t1, of hisprimary teachings as core, I
call him there, this coreprinciples was that imagination
(16:21):
creates reality.
So he taught that imagination isGod. It's consciousness, and
that what you imagine is whatyou will experience. It is what
you will manifest onto thescreen of space, meaning your
third dimensional reality.
(16:42):
Because those mental images thatyou imagine
eventually will manifestphysically.
And there are, I mean, I couldbring up some of the,
some of the things that he saysregarding Scripture as it
(17:05):
relates to this, but again, that be a little bit
kind of maybe too,too esoteric for
for some people. So I'll kind ofleave it there, because this is
what I'm going to try to, justcover the basics. So imagination
creates reality. Imagination isGod, which is consciousness. Our
(17:30):
imagination is God, right?
Would you imagine it? Would youimagine you experience
those mental images? They'llmanifest physically.
He also taughtto live. He taught us to live in
the end.
So meaning, whatever you desire, feel that you have it real right
(17:55):
now. You're not looking off intothe future for something. Act as
if you have it right now, meaning, if you,
if you wanted to manifest, like$1,000
right into your bank accountright now.
(18:15):
And that is like, that's yourdesire. You want to manifest
$1,000 well, when youare you going to, right now,
look at your bank account andsay, you know, I don't have, I
don't have $1,000 of my bankaccount that's not living in the
end, that's not feeling it realnow, even though it may seem
(18:38):
like you're telling yourself alie, feel it real, because
you're creating, you'remanifesting moment to moment. So
what you're thinking, whatyou're imagining right now, is
whatproceeds into the future, even
though, technically the futureis an illusion, because
everything is happeningsimultaneously.
(19:04):
But feel it real now that isliving in the end,
if you are happy, if you aredesiring to be happily married,
when yougo when you go to sleep at
night, then imagine you're lyingnext to your husband, not that
you're going to bed alone andwaking up alone. Just imagine
that you're going to bed happilynext to the person that you
(19:30):
love, right? That you're happilymarried. So living it, living in
the end, is feeling it real nowit is a present tense
embodiment, and that's anemotional alignment with that
thing.
So alignment,alignment, aligning with the
energy, because everything isenergy, and what you're
(19:53):
manifesting is essentiallyenergy. And then.
It manifests into physical form, right? If you're manifesting a
new car before you, evenbefore you even think about it,
(20:15):
or before you even likevisualize it, think I want this
new car, it's like, it's energy, and you manifest. And then it's
it's tangible within yourawareness, right? So
it's that emotional alignmentwith your desire that's part of
living. In the end, everyone is you pushed out. He
(20:35):
talks about that a lot. So allconsciousness is a one, and
others reflect yourconsciousness.
And as you change yourself, then your outer world changes.
People treat you differently.
(20:59):
You encounter differentsituations with people. So if
you have a if you have a selfconcept that
you know everywhere you go,people are rude, then guess
what's going to happeneverywhere you go, people are
going to be rude. If you have abelief that you're respected
everywhere you go, then you'regoing to experience that respect
(21:25):
everywhere you go.
So let's see.
There's so and anotherway that novel,
another phrase he uses to kindof, I'm trying,
(21:49):
all right, I lost my train ofthought there for a second. So,
as it relates to that last thingthat I said, Change self to
change others, Neville has alecture titled, no one to change
but self, so you don't changeanybody outside of you without
first changing your beliefs andassumptions within
(22:16):
and it's getting Late. It's like1030 at night, so
perhaps a little tired, so Iapologize for losing my train of
thought. All right, so anothercore principle is the law of
assumption. So assume yourdesire is true. Assume that you
(22:38):
can have it, know that itexists, just assume the best,
right? Um,I think we're a lot of people,
and even myself included, right?
When, when yougrow up with certain beliefs,
(23:00):
certain assumptions aboutthings, and then you start doing
this mindset work and beingintentional about manifestation,
because you've come acrossinformation
to inform you that You are thecreator of real reality. You're
(23:21):
responsible for your creations, what you're experiencing, right?
So it, I mean to it, it can takesome time to change those
assumptions. That's the internalwork that we do. And I talk more
about the internal work, I'lltalk quite a bit about that on
(23:43):
the other podcast. I'll talkabout it some here too, because,
again, this is really about amindset work and that
transformational process andmanifesting
the things that we desire tomanifest, right? So assume your
(24:04):
desire is true no matter whatthe external world is showing
you, because the external worldis just a reflection, right? And
again, some of you, many of you,may already know some of this
stuff, but I wanted to go backand really start with the
basics, because I know people still get
stuck when it comes tomanifestation. So we're going to
(24:26):
start with the basics, and thenkind of move through and
hopefully, what I'd like is forthis podcast, in it of itself,
to really go through atransformation.
In regards to assisting those ofyou that are are listening so
(24:50):
kind of going throughand helping you transform,
helping you shift your mindset.
So in doing so, the podcast andenough itself will transform
from just me sharing the basicsto me kind of getting into more
of the detailed stuff when itcomes to consciously
(25:13):
manifesting. Alright, so the lawof assumption persist no matter
what you see in your externalreality, persist in your new
assumption. It's not alwaysgoing to be easy. That's part of
the process, because you are learning to
shift your perception, okay, andto have faith in the unseen
(25:39):
reality. And the unseen is yourdesire that is not yet
materialized. It has not yetmanifested, right? So we'll go
back to that Hebrew definitionof manifest, to reveal, to
disclose. So have faith in theunseen reality so that it can
(25:59):
reveal itself. It can bedisclosed to you. It can
manifest.
All right? Neville also taughtrevision. Got a few more minutes
here, so we're going to go over.
(26:20):
Revision is the last one we'llgo over today. So revision,
rewrite past events. Ifsomething negative comes up, you
realize, Okay, I am wanting tochange this assumption. I want
this new belief about thisthing. I want to believe that I
always have money in the bank.
(26:42):
Plus, if something comes up thattells you, no, you can't have
this, right? Well, why not?
So? Then perhaps a memory comesup. So for me, it would be my
childhood and growing up inpoverty and never feeling like
(27:02):
there would be enough, orwhenever we had something,
it wouldn't last. SoI mean, to this day, I've been
on my this journey and knowingabout manifestation,
understanding manifestation on adeep core level.
(27:25):
Butthings still come up. And right
now it's it's really aboutshifting that mindset around
around money. For me, it'sreally more about receiving and
knowing that there's alwaysenough, there'll always be
(27:46):
enough. Because I didn't havethat. I didn't believe that as
as a child. I mean, I've and Italked about this on the other
podcast. I've done a ton ofwork, appeal, back, many, many
layers, done so much healing.
There's really very, very, verylittle left. But this is an
instance to rewrite the past, and you could do the same thing.
(28:06):
Okay, so it's going back andtelling a new story about for
me, it would be,it would be my childhood. So,
and I've done that with and I'vedone that with certain things.
But this, this realization aboutthe receiving and there never
(28:27):
being enough, is something thatliterally, like, just because
I've done so much of the otherwork, layer upon layer,
that now, that I now like I haveno doubt, I may not have
manifested $50,000 I'vemanifested 10,000 I've
manifested 16,000about to manifest another 13,000
(28:51):
so like so I can manifest money, but it's it's really being able
to, how do I feel when I receiveit, and how do I feel about it
and like, like, as soon as I receive it,
it, it goes away pretty quickly, right towards bills or, you
(29:11):
know, spending it or whatever, because that's and that has to
do With my nervous system andbeing able to receive because of
what I experienced growing up.
So that's kind of all just cometo the surface recently, because
it was one of those deep, deeplayers that had to be uncovered.
(29:33):
So nowI knew I need to do the revision
practices just like I've donerevision with other things. So,
I mean, I'm stillthere. I mean, there's very
little honestly left for me towork through, but I'm being
transparent thatwith you guys, that you know
(29:54):
even those of us who reallyunderstood.
And manifestation, right? We'restill, we are on,
everybody's on a journey. That'sand again, that's why I started
the other podcast. So there'smore to it than just, hey, I'm
(30:16):
going to, I want to manifest acar. I want to manifest money.
You've got, there areassumptions involved. There are
beliefs. And there are layersand layers of assumptions, of
beliefs that we carry andand even trauma that we have to
get through, that care that andwe hold on to certain emotions
(30:39):
and certainbeliefs about ourselves,
sometimes due to trauma, right?
So we, so we have to get throughall of that, and it can take
months or sometimes years to getthrough some of that.
(30:59):
And that's just, I mean, that'spart of the journey, but you
can, when you learn to manifest, understand that you're that it's
natural. We're alwaysmanifesting. But when you learn
to get really intentional aboutit, then you can start shifting
your mindset. You can startrewriting your story, creating
(31:21):
new assumptions, formulating newbeliefs, right, rewriting past
events. So for instance, in mycase, it's and I need to do that
this week.
I don't need to do it because Iunderstand where to go from here
(31:41):
now that this layer has beenuncovered,
but rewriting it is just goingto be icing on the cake for me.
So it's about going back in myit's about going back to my
childhood andand rewriting those events,
right? So instead of,you know, having to
(32:08):
having to eat day old food, right that the stores would put
out, or my dad having me and mybrother and my sister crawled
into dumpsters to find packagedfood so that we would be able to
eat.
I can go back and rewrite thatthere was always food on the
(32:29):
table, right? We always had enough. So
you can do that in your ownlife. So if there was, if there
was something in your life thathas created resistance, right, a
negative belief or assumptionthat you want to change.
Simply go back and rewrite that, and you can do it throughout the
(32:51):
day. Sowhen you wake up in the morning,
and I do this when I'mscripting, I will send an
intention for the day.
Express, I literally will tellmy I'll write a story, like a
page, sometimes two pagesin the morning, of how my day
went before it's even happened.
(33:16):
And then if, if something goes, something happens that kind of a
one off experience that wasn'tpleasant or whatever.
Then in the evenings, I go backand I rewrite that, or I'll
visualize it at the end of theday, right,
(33:38):
that it went differently. So youcan do that. And it's easy to
do, it's easy to write a newstory, and that when you do
that, it helps you to feelemotion. And that's a point of
it, to get you in, to move youinto that, that that new state
of consciousness, okay?
(34:00):
And by using revision, it beginsto change your memory patterns.
And I'll give you an example. Solast year, I think, was the year
before.
It was a year before,and I was I was scripting, and I
wrote,I wrote a story about what I
(34:23):
experiencedduring that Christmas. So now
what now when I think about thatChristmas
a couple of years ago, so I waswriting
(34:46):
so that two years ago, one i iwas scripting and I wrote a
story aboutit was actually the Christmas
before. So how do I explain.
This?
No, it wasn't about theChristmas sport, because I was
(35:06):
writing it in the now. So let metry to explain this. So two
years ago, I've scripted and Iwrote down a story
thinking about the future, afuture Christmas, as if it was
happening now, so meaningthis Christmas, this and this
(35:27):
happen, and andso and so was here, and these
were the gifts that we were ableto give. So
I had scripted that I was ableto give my children a gift of
like, $10,000 a piece, so thatwould apply, or at least have
(35:47):
$30,000 to give away, right? Noproblem. So.
So I scripted that as as if thatwas happening right
in that moment, but now, when I think about that
and this. So this goes back towhat I just said about changing
(36:10):
memory patterns. So when I thinkabout that now,
when I wrote it, it's now, whenI think about it, it's like a
memory that happened in thepast, not something that's going
to happen in the future, but itwill manifest.
(36:30):
It will manifest because I feltit real, right? I create, I
changed.
I created this new memorypattern.
Sobecause I essentially, in that
moment, revised what washappening
on Christmas day, that day, butthings we see, they don't recede
(36:56):
into the past. They project intothe future.
I hope you're following me, soanyway, you can change your
memory patterns. There arethings I think about now,
my honeymoon, when I get married, that now,
(37:16):
when I think about it, it's notlike looking into the future as
if it's going to happen, likeit's like it already happened.
So I've, and I've, I've, I'vechanged
memory patterns of other thingstoo, all right, so it's as if
(37:38):
things have already happened. Iit, but they'll project
themselves. They won't manifestlike, I have no doubt about
that. So try revision, becauseit works, and it really helps to
create new like neural pathwaysin your brain. So again, when
you think about certain things,it it's like, oh, that's
(38:00):
already, that's alreadyhappened. You've literally
shifted, you've you've createdthose new neural pathways. So
alright, I ama little bit over. I wanted this
to be about 30 minutes long.
It's gone a little bit over. Sothat's, that's all I have for
you. Today. I am going to leavea link for I have a free eBook,
(38:25):
a free little guy titled NevilleGoddard's core principle. So
these core principles that I'vediscussed today are in the
eBook, and there's animplementation guide so, and
(38:47):
there's space to write notes andstuff. So you guys can try some
of these practices if you'dlike. And I think I've got,
I think I've got room in here.
It's about 19 pages, completelyfree. And you guys can, you guys
can do these practices, I think, for, yeah, day, three days. So
(39:09):
if you want to kind of focus onon these core principles for
three days, and just like youwould journal,
you've got room in here to doit, if not. If you want to grab
a notebook and just take some ofthe prompt prompts and write in
a notebook, you can do that aswell. There may not be enough
(39:33):
room in the eBook for you towrite things down, depending on
how much you want to write, sobut again, I'll leave a link the
description below, completelyfree copy of this neville
goddard score principles guide.
So that is all for now. Thankyou so much for joining me, and
I will see you guys in the nextvideo. If you want to reach out
(39:55):
to me, if you have.
Questions. I won't answer themindividually via email, but I
will. I'd be happy to takequestions and then answer them
here on the podcast, when Istart to go live on my YouTube
(40:17):
channel or Instagram, eventually I'll be answering
questions there as well, butfeel free to reach out to me, to
email me if you DM me onInstagram. Not great about
DMing back on Instagram orFacebook. I get a lot of spam,
(40:40):
but if you, if you, I mean, youcan't DM me or reach out to me
on Facebook, but on my Facebookpage,
but emailing me would probablybe better if you have specific
questions, and I'd be happy totake those questions and then
(41:01):
answer them here on a podcastepisode. Okay, I think I need to
go because I'm getting to thepoint where I can't really speak
anymore andand formulate a full sentence
appropriately. I need to go to Ineed to get some sleep so I will
see you guys in the nextepisode. All right, you guys,
have a great evening, day, morning, wherever you are, and
(41:23):
I'll talk to you guys next time.
All right. Bye, now bye.
