Tonight we are reflecting on Legendary Wings which was a 1986 arcade game developed and published by Capcom which was later released for the NES in North America in July of 1988.
Capcom was responsible for porting popular arcade games to the NES like Commando, Gun. Smoke and Ghosts and Goblins. They also created games based off of Disney licensed franchises like Chip n Dale’s Rescue Rangers, Ducktales and Darkwing Duck. Capcom was also responsible for the creation of the phenomenon known as “Rockman” aka Megaman in North America.
