Welcome to another episode of The Miracle Zone.

In today's episode, I am diving into a topic I love to explore, burnout. We are going to break down the two types of burnout I’ve encountered in 20 years of advising leaders, including a decade of coaching and mentoring visionaries, healers and conscious entrepreneurs. Burnout is often oversimplified and is a nuanced topic, especially when it comes to leadership and building generative businesses.

Episode Summary

Here is what I cover in this episode:
👉 The first type of burnout, which is the most common, where you feel drained, disconnected from your creativity, and physically and mentally exhausted
👉 The second type of burnout, which is more about misalignment, when what you are doing or how you are being does not align with your soul’s calling
👉 Why healing from burnout is not always about doing less and how the invitation can sometimes be to do more

I share real-life examples from my own experiences and clients, including how they moved from burnout to feeling it up and in their Miracle Zone.

Key Takeaways

💡 Physical, mental, emotional and energetic burnout is not always due to overworking
💡 How spiritual burnout shows up and how it helps you align with your Miracle Zone
💡 The surprising ways doing more, not less, can unlock your energy and creativity

If this episode resonated with you, I would love to hear your thoughts. Share your biggest takeaway with me on Instagram and let me know how you’re stepping into your Miracle Zone.
