Matt Lemond, area business owner, gave us some skinny on a new business operation he's opening up - let's just say golfing in the area is about to get even more fun.
He also teased us about some partnerships with some of the city's unused property and future waterfront projects -- but we couldn't quite squeeze it out of him. Ā
