part of your everyday life, butlook and take inventory of these
avenues, of where you havestress and where you have the

This was programmed into you.
Programmed into you since youwere small not having extra time
throughout the day running fromclass to class in school.

Not being able to speak yourmind in school, being able to be

All of these are together.
They might seem like they areopposites, but it's all the same

You have been programmed to beconstantly busy.
When you're constantly busy,your nervous system is not in
alignment.
When your nervous system is notin alignment, your chakras are
blocked.
When your chakras are blocked,you're not open for intuitive

guidance.
When you're not open forintuitive guidance, you're not
following your path to yourpurpose and fulfilling your
duties here on earth for serviceand for fulfillment and for
being happy with who you are andtruly enjoying life.
Instead, you run from place toplace, thing to thing, and
wonder why you're tired,exhausted, need an excess of

coffee and need things to keepyou going so that you can
continue to keep up with whatyou're doing.
But take inventory, know thatrest is not the enemy, rest is
not a negative, rest is notsomething that should be looked
down upon.
In fact, what you are doing andmost of what you were doing if
tomorrow someone told you you nolonger had to do it, you would

most likely fill the void andfind something else to fill that
, so that you continue to putthat strain on your nervous
system, because it's somethingthat is very familiar within
your cellular structure.
And the beauty is you get toreprogram that.
You get to make differentchoices Each time you are met
with something, whether it be atime to relax or whether it be a

reaction.
You get to decide how you willreact or what you will choose in
that moment, and that starts torewire your nervous system,
your nervous system and we'renot saying this will be
overnight, because it does taketime to rewire something that
you've been working on and havebeen compounding together for
decades upon decades, but thisis something that can absolutely

be done and it's something thatis vital, absolutely vital to
the evolution of your planet.
With what's going on right now,as you evolve into this new age
of enlightenment, from 3d to 5dage of aquarius, whatever you
want to call it, it's beenwritten for ages and this is
where you are.

You incarnated now because youare the strong, only the strong,
incarnated.
At this time, there are manyaround the universe and
universes that are watchingearth as a show, you might say,
as you talk about on your planet, because there is so much
unfolding the light versus thedark, the dark versus the light,
the battle of the spiritual war, the good against evil what

will prevail?
Light prevails and you are partof the light, part of the light

However, if you continue topush and push and push and don't
find the areas where the lightcan get in, then you are not
going to move forward into thisascension process as you desired
when you came here, when youincarnated onto earth.
So take inventory of where youmight be filling the void where

you might be numbing out, whereyou might be putting pressure on
your nervous system when itdoes not need to be, and this
requires some training.
So take time, give yourself 10minutes a day, 20 minutes a day,
30 minutes a day.
We know sometimes that mightseem impossible to do, but if
you just woke up 30 minutesearlier than what you usually

wake up, you can give yourselfthat 30 minutes to yourself to
have no external stimuli, toreset your nervous system and to
choose peace and to start yourday with peace, so that you may
move forward in this grandevolution of your species, of
your planet, towards as you callthe 3D to 5D the age of
Aquarius, towards as you callthe 3D to 5D the age of Aquarius

Do not move forward or youcannot move forward with
constriction, these constrictedparts and pieces of where you
are and how you are, fillingevery nook and cranny of space
with things to do or problems orstress or worry.

watching and watching yourinvolvement, but we have been
where you are, there on earth,and we are here, not on earth.

So release worry, release thestress, know that it'll work out

right thing in your heart.
Know that it always works out.
Have your discernment, haveyour inner power, have your
inner peace.
Know when you can say no, knowwhen you want to say yes.
That it's in your heart.
This is the time for you tomake the decision of what you
want to do and what you do notwant to do.
And it's the decision of whatyou personally want to do and

what you and your soul wants todo, because you have an inner
fire, you have an inner powerand you have a purpose inside of
you.
That purpose inside of you canrange.
It does not mean an occupation.
It can mean that you bringlight.
It can mean that you bringhealing.
It can mean that you bringintelligence.
It can mean that you bringempowerment, it can mean that

you bring community.
It really has these vastoverarching themes and it can be
applied in any which way thatyou can on your planet.
It can impact one person, itcan impact 50 people.
It can impact 50 people.
It can impact 100 people.
If you impact one person, youare actually impacting millions
of people from that one person,because that one person's

impacting two to three, they'reimpacting two to three, and so
on and so forth.
So, with that, following yourpassion, your purpose, when you
feel so much energy of your dayand you create stress and angst
and worry, you do not leave roomfor the light to come in to be
able to show you the messagesfor what you will be receiving,

for your purpose, for you to beable to grow and evolve.
It is a beautiful, beautifulthing to take time just for you,
first thing in the morning.
Beautiful to do that, oranytime throughout the day.
The noise is most quiet firstthing in the morning and right
before bed.
So that might be a good time tostart giving yourself that
quiet.
And if you give yourself thatquiet, you'll start to see areas

of your life where you start tochoose differently, choose
reactions differently, notgetting stressed so easily,
choosing differently.
And every time you do that, youare healing something inside of
you and healing generations upongenerations before you and
after you that would have had tocarry that same burden of that
gene inside of you that wascarrying the trauma that was

passed down from generations togenerations.
So here we have so many traumabreakers, so many here that
incarnated at this time when itwould be not easy, when it would
be difficult, when it might behard, when the going gets tough,
when things would come fast andfurious, when everything's
moving 20,000 times faster thanit ever has.

This is the time that you camehere to heal these generational
wounds and to step into yourpurpose, and it's not twofold,
it's all together at the sametime.
It all starts with quietingyour mind, taking time for you,
knowing your boundaries and yourdiscernment, and doing what's
right within love, integrity andwhat feels right in your heart.
