I am Nikki, this is a solo castand we are talking all things
energetic hygiene for empathsand intuitives.
What is an empath and anintuitive?
So I believe we all are.
Empath is going to be someonewho really feels the energy of
someone around them, or someonethat has been around them before

and can even be at a distance.
So if someone's having a hardtime or a hard day or going
through something, empaths feelit very, very deeply, even
though it's not happening tothem.
When there are tragic eventsaround the world, empaths feel
it very, very deeply.
When things happen to others,empaths feel it very, very
deeply.
Intuitives, very similarly, tapinto energy.

So intuitives are tapping intoenergy to be able to gather
information, gather channeledinsights, communicate those.
So intuitives have theirenergetic field open as well.
So, with this energetic fieldopen, whether you be an empath
or an intuitive, you are open tobe a spiritual sponge and as a
spiritual sponge, energies canreally glom onto you to be fed

to the light and also just bepart of your energetic field.
And that's what we're talkingabout today is to really have
spiritual hygiene practices,just like brushing your teeth,
because these can create suchissues in your body, whether it
be chronic fatigue or sadness oranxiety or stress or anger, or

stomach upset or headache orfeeling uneasy, whatever it is
feeling.
These energies and not clearingthem, can really start to layer
onto you and really createissues within your own body.
And these issues are stemmingfrom things that aren't actually
you and, with quantumentanglement, string theory,

this can be from someone you metat the post office a year ago
that you're still entangled withand they're having an issue,
but you've never done anyenergetic hygiene to clean
yourself, so you're stillpicking up and feeling when they
have issues.
So today we're going to talkabout what are some energetic
hygiene practices that youpersonally can do so that you
(03:31):
are clearing your energy atleast once a day.
I mean once a week also, if youwant.
But really the things that havethe ability to clean your
energy are so simple it's easyto do them once a day, truly,
truly, truly.
So if you feel drained afterbeing around people or you need
quiet time to reset, you feellike you want to be a hermit,
(03:55):
but you're usually a socialbutterfly.
You're feeling these physicalsymptoms like headache, fatigue,
dizzy, lightheaded.
Of course, see a doctor.
We're not saying don't see adoctor, we are not medical
professionals but we are sayingthat picking up energy from
others can manifest in physicalways in your body as well.
So our aura field is like asponge.
Our aura stems out three feet,five feet, seven feet out from

us, depending on how big ouraura field is.
That's something that ourenergy has decided how big it's
going to be.
Sometimes it's smaller,sometimes it's wider.
That's just how energy flowsand ways that you can help
yourself with the spiritualhygiene can happen in the
morning, for protection.
Can happen during the day, inthe middle of the day, can

happen at the end of the night,before you go to bed, and we're
going to kind of talk about allof them today so that you can
sprinkle them in.
Do one, do all whatever you'dlike to do to help with your
energetic hygiene so that youfeel your best self, because it
can get so energeticallydraining, and for us to show up
as lightworkers to help move andheal the energy and the

collective energy.
Raise the energy so that we canall heal the planet.
We need to take care ofourselves so that we can
continue to heal.
So let's talk about some waysthat we can have our energetic
hygiene.
One of the simplest things isthat if you feel uneasy in your
body, you feel anxious, upsetstomach, upset headache, it came
(05:25):
out of nowhere.
You feel really weird.
Say to your guides guides, ifthis is not mine, release it.
Simple, so simple.
But I'm telling you, majorityof the time that does the trick,
because we are holding thingsfor others.
We are like holding theirluggage.
So we're just holding people'sluggage at the train station.

Just, you know, just give meyour luggage, hold on, I'll hold
it.
And we're just holding so muchluggage, while this other person
is, just you know, likeskipping up and down the hallway
, not holding any luggage, andwe're holding it all for them.
I don't know why that came upas the visual, but that's what
came up.
So, saying either out I like tosay it out loud so that I have

another energy behind it, theenergy of voice, which is very
powerful.
Spirit, if this is not mine,release it.
Huge, huge, huge, huge way toclean your energy and release
something that does not serveyou.
And how simple is that?
Another way that you can, youknow, cleanse your aura at the
end of the night, before you goto bed, take a shower, not a
(06:27):
bath, a shower.
The shower, the water isenergetic and it's cleansing.
It's going to cleanse your body.
It's going to cleanse your aura.
It's going to the steam.
The shower, the whole ceremonyof the showering was designed to
cleanse your aura.
Now we use it for actualphysical hygiene, but the whole
ceremony from ages ago, frommultiple civilizations, was to

cleanse your aura with thiswater that's raining down over
your head, down your entire body.
So, whether you are, you know,you went to the grocery store,
you went to work, you went tothe coffee shop, you worked out,
you took a walk, you went to arestaurant, whatever it is.
You took the train, you took anairplane.
Oh my gosh, especially if youtake public transportation,
please shower before bed.
You are holding onto so muchenergy from where you were and

doing this ceremony of a showerbefore bed truly, truly cleanses
you and cleanses your aura andcleanses the energetic space
around you.
Bonus points if you have anintention while you're in there
and you say, as I shower, I'mcleansing everything that no
longer serves me and I'mreleasing anything that's not in

my highest energetic field formy highest evolution.
But you really don't need tosay that.
That's just something.
If you want to have anintention behind it and have a
ceremony with the showering, theshowering itself does truly,
truly enough for you to be ableto have that energetic hygiene
at the end of your evening.

If you can't shower or you don'twant to shower, or another
practice that you can bring inis visualizing green light like
a green light laser coming downfrom your top of your head all
the way down in this green colorand energy encompassing your
entire body.
That is healing and cleansing.
So that's cleansing everythingout, this green energy.

You can also do that forphysical locations.
So if you are going into acoffee shop or going into a
workout class, you can visualizegreen on the doorway as you
walk in and then, just likeyou're shooting a laser, you're
just cleansing the area withgreen.
Everyone there willenergetically thank you too, but
you're cleansing the area withgreen.
So green is incredibly healingand with that healing, you're

cleansing everything as wellwith this beautiful, beautiful
green energy.
Something else to do we'vetalked about this before is, as
you go to sleep, before bed,have a call upon to have
protection for your soul whileyour body sleeps.
So when we sleep, we are acompletely open vessel.

Our physical body, which is ourprotector, our shield, is out
like a light, so with that, oursoul is open to energies that
can come in and penetrate ouraura.
Having a simple call uponbefore bed or making it as long
as you want for protectionreally helps with so much in
(09:30):
terms of your spiritual,energetic hygiene and your
protection for the evening andfor the following day.
So the call upon for this canbe as simple as I call upon my
guides to protect my soul whilemy body sleeps.
I surround myself with whitediamond light energy to protect
myself while I sleep.

Thank you, you can add inanyone, any saints, anyone that
you talk to, anyone.
You can put anyone in there,anyone.
My list is I think it takes metwo minutes to go through my
list of who I'm asking forprotection is I think it takes
me two minutes to go through mylist of who I'm asking for
protection so you can ask forprotection as you are falling

asleep and this truly createsthat impenetrable shield around
you so that you cannot bedisturbed into your energetic
aura while you are sleeping.
We've talked about this before,but this is also why children
can be susceptible to nightmaresbecause their energy is so
light and airy and so open.
When they go to bed they aresadly open to negative energy
(10:34):
that can come into their fieldbecause it's not protected.
So teaching your children aquick call upon before bed
really helps as well to protectthat energy.
But that's something that youcan do as a preventative measure
to help with your energetichygiene.
Some other things givingyourself Reiki if you are Reiki
(10:55):
one, so if you have level oneReiki, give yourself Reiki at
the end of the day, goingthrough your chakras with your
symbols to be able to heal andcleanse.
Or you can listen to and watcha Reiki healing cleansing on
YouTube.
There are beautiful, beautifulpractitioners and you'll feel
the energy within the first 30seconds of if it's right for you
(11:16):
or not.
You can feel, oh, this feelsvery calm, this feels very
relaxing, this feels great.
You'll feel it rather quicklywhen you first start to listen
to it.
So there are beautiful Reikipractitioners on YouTube that
you can look at for seven chakraclearing, you know, balance or
selenite brushing and auracleansing.
You can find those on YouTube.

You can listen to them at nightwith headsets or with a speaker
, whatever you'd like, but thisis also another way to have an
energetic reset.
You can also listen to soundfrequencies.
We are energy.
There is sound energy,frequency energy.
So listening to frequenciessolfeggio, you know, you can

listen to that, a few of thoseto really help you to align and
heal.
Some that I particularly likeare 432 hertz, which is an
incredibly healing frequencythat releases excess.
You can find some on YouTube aswell that releases some excess
and really helps to heal.
And then you can also listen to528 Hertz.

528 Hertz is really the naturalrhythm, really helps us to feel
aligned, balances our nervoussystem really understands and
level sets our energetic fieldand our nervous system as well.
So that's something that isthere for you.
That is simple and easy.
You can listen to it withheadset or with your speakers.
You don't really have to domuch.

You're just listening to it andbeing able to be healed while
you listen to it.
Salt baths can help too.
Having a salt bath, even once amonth, can really help to
release any energy.
It Doesn't have to be a dailything, but that's something that
can absolutely release anyenergy as well, doing any

shamanic shaking, so you can puton some music and just shake
your body, shake out your arms,shake out your hands, shake out
your legs, shake out your head.
Doing shaking really helps torelease anything that's stored
in your body and you can put anintention behind it as well, to
release anything as you're doingthe shaking.

There's no rhyme or reason intowhat the shaking needs to look
like.
Just put on a song threeminutes to four minutes and
during that time shake yourhands like.
Shake your hands like yourhands asleep, shake it and then
shake your head and then shakeyour legs and shake your back.
Just shake it all out.
And after you shake, spin tothe left.

I know, I know, what are all ofthese things?
Crazy, but spinning to the leftseals it in.
So if you're facing straight,after you shake, spin to the
left, come back 360, right tothe middle in the front.
You can always spin to the left, come back 360, right to the
middle in the front.
You can always spin to the left, 360 at any time to seal in
your call upon seal in yourReiki seal, in anything.
It helps to seal in what you'veworked on.

Another thing you can do Qigong.
Qigong is, you know, thatbeautiful slow energy movement
where you're taking your time tomove your body in very
intentional ways.
Another one that you can findon YouTube or find different
practitioners that teach healingor teach release with Qigong.

There's some beautiful Qigongpractices out there that are 10,
15, 20 minutes long that reallyhelp to open up and release
what's stored or stuck inside ofyou.
So that's something as wellthat's there for you.
That is a little bit more, Iwould say, physical than saying
(14:47):
spirit.
If this is not mine, release it, but you get to choose what you
want to do.
Breathwork, breath work issomething that can really help
you with release as well.
Breath of fire can help toreally get the breath going,
release it, clear it and justget it out.
So that's also, when youconnect to the breath, that's
(15:10):
something that will be able torelease what's stored inside of
you so that you are not thisenergetic sponge.
Some other things you can bringin for elements you know you can
burn sage or palo santo.
Always open a window so you canlet out the negative energy,
because if you burn this and youdo smudging as you know it's
(15:31):
called and you keep windows ordoors closed, you're just
keeping all that sticky energyin the house.
So using sage or Palo Santo, toallow the you know energy to
leave through a window issomething that's really, really
a beautiful you know ceremony todo.
Even you know if you're doingsomething big like moving into a
(15:54):
new home or starting a new job,that's something that you can
do.
Or it's something that you cando just in general in your home
or in your energy.
Of course, always look out ifyou have anything sensitive to
smoke in your homes.
You don't want to start a fire,you don't want to turn on the
sprinklers or anything like that, but doing that and having that
(16:15):
type of clearing and cleansingis something that is great in
terms of the hygiene Usingselenite Selenite is a
self-cleansing crystal, soselenite is something that's
really going to help withcleansing, clearing and healing
(16:36):
what's inside of you, and withthat, you can keep selenite next
to your bed, you keep it withyou, you can keep it anywhere
that you would like it to absorbenergy and it's going to have
the self-cleaning ability, whichis beautiful.
(16:57):
It doesn't mean you should neverundergo a cleaning process.
You know you can always do yourown cleansing with it, but a
nice selenite stone in your homeis going to truly help to heal
and with that we also want tomention well, I also want to
mention that if you havecrystals in your home, you know,
quarterly, every season, have areset and cleanse them because

they are energetic, so they'repulling and picking up energy as
well.
So cleanse those crystals, findout do they like water, do they
like you know outdoors, likewhat are the ways that you're
cleansing the crystals?
Otherwise they're just holdingonto this energy that has been
in your home and we're all human.
So energy over three months canbe a multitude up and down, up
and down roller coaster, anger,sadness, anger, sadness,
(17:43):
whatever it may be right.
So you want to do that hygieneas well, with cleansing your
crystals at least every threemonths so that you can have that
clear energy as well.
Visualization and cord cuttingis also a way that you can do
spiritual, energetic hygienecleansing.
It can be as simple as youclosing your eyes and

visualizing, maybe just creatinga ball of energy and having the
intention of anything that nolonger serves me or is not in my
highest good goes into thisball of energy.
Imagine a cord attached to youand to the ball.
Use giant scissors to cut thecord and then pull out all the
roots from your chest and throwthem on the ground and then
(18:29):
visualize that energytransmuting into light energy to
go serve and help someone else.
You can do that with anythingwith cord cuttings and you can
also have it be with particularevents or people or anything
Cord cutting super easy,beautiful visualization and
something that you can do.

Ho'oponoono is a beautifulpractice and has a lot of
research behind it as well.
It is a practice of a mantra inmeditation that helps to
release any resentments that areinside of you and it really
cleanses your energy andcleanses anything you are
holding on to.
So doing a Ho'oponoono practicewhether that will be on your
(19:16):
own or listening to a guided onefrom YouTube, is really going
to help.
There are even cases out therewhere ho'oponoono has been used
to heal disease, to help thosethat have been incarcerated.
There is a lot that goes onwith this practice because
(19:37):
anything we hold from anegatively energetic standpoint,
including resentments, can turninto disease, including the big
C, so resentments candefinitely equal that.
So you want to release anythingin terms of resentments and
ho'oponoono can also help withanything you're holding on to
(19:59):
that's not yours and just torelease the ego so that your
body's not trying to hold on toit because it's safe.
Ho'oponoono can help to getthrough those layers of oh, I
need to keep this because it'skeeping me safe.
A lot of times our subconsciouscan play tricks on us, that we
think something that we, oursubconscious, might believe is
(20:19):
safe because it's familiar butit's not actually serving us.
And Ho'oponopono can reallyhelp you with that Grounding.
Actually grounding outside feeton the earth, whether that be
in the grass or on the sand, isgoing to help you to reset and
have that Mother Gaia electricalcharge come through you so that
(20:42):
you can really cleanse andclear yourself Truly.
You want to do it for three toseven minutes I would say, you
know, leaning towards the sevenminutes as you can and do it
without technology, so you'renot doing it with EMFs around
you because that's also going tonegate the energy that's coming
through.
So having that beautifulcleansing energy of walking

barefoot or being barefoot insome way, truly, truly helps to
release and ground you andrelease what no longer serves
you.
Another thing is forest bathing,taking a nice walk, walking
through the trees.
Trees are incredibly,incredibly healing.
So, whether that be walking inyour neighborhood around the

trees or walking in a truenature preserve.
That's going to help andcleanse you.
And I'm not saying all these atevery single day.
You should do all 25 of these.
We're just, I'm just giving yousome ideas that you can use and
sprinkle into your spiritualpractice to have your spiritual
hygiene so that you feel at yourbest and that you feel, you

know, not drained.
You can do and feel good.
Chanting the mantra OM, o-m,having that chanting for the
mantra, two letters that havebeen said together for so long,
(22:13):
they have so much power behindthem.
When you say OM, you know whenyou do the actual OM, you can do
it, feel the energy behind it.
This is going to be incrediblycleansing and healing to you as
well, with the vibrations thatit creates and with the energy
that is behind it, with it beingone of the most said words ever
(22:36):
on planet earth, with all ofthat energy that comes behind it
and the intention of that wordthat is said from those who are
using it.
And you have that energy aswell while you are saying it and
chanting.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautifulenergy.
Other things you know movingyour energy, doing yoga, things
(22:58):
like that in terms of movingyour energy and having an
intention when you move yourenergy to release.
Often anxiety is trapped,energy in our body that's trying
to find an outlet and a way toget out.
And moving our body throughanything in terms of walking or
a practice like yoga or aparticular type of workout, will
(23:21):
release that energy.
And you can have that intentionwhen you do a workout or you do
yoga or you do a walk torelease what no longer serves
you and keep what you need.
Your body and your soul knowwhat to do and you get to set
that intention and move theenergy in that way.
And finally, this has been along list of beautiful,
(23:44):
beautiful practices for you tohelp with your spiritual hygiene
and energetic development, tobe able to cleanse and clear and
heal and protect yourself Bells.
So whether you have a soundhealing bowl at your house or
you can listen to sound healingor go to a sound healing, or you
(24:05):
have a bowl or a bell makingthat sound, oh, that helps so
much, so much.
The sound and the healingfrequency of bells and of sound
bowls really creates thatsynergy inside of your body.
So whether you have one at homeor you can go to one in person,
(24:26):
this is another one where youcan find them on YouTube to be
able to listen to.
You know beautiful soundhealings with the singing bowls
that are very similar, you know,to the frequencies that we just
talked about, that were healingwith the hurts and the sulfageo
.
But being in person for a soundhealing or being in person to

hear a bell chime, you know, forthose of you that might live by
a church and hear a bell, eventhough you're not right near
where the bell is, if you hearit you're receiving those
healing qualities from it.
So that bell is reallygenerating beautiful, rich
energy to create that cohesivenature, that synergy inside of

your body for body, mind andspirit.
With all of that being said,there are so many things that
you can do for the cleansing andclearing and healing and the
energetic hygiene so that youfeel truly balanced and that you
can still help others and serveand follow your purpose and
(25:34):
follow your passions.
But know that rest is alwayssuper important.
Give yourself rest, don't feellike you always have to go, so
don't feel like all of thesethings are meant to be these
fixes, so that you can just goout and do, do, do more, more,
more.
We are meant to rest.
So honor your body, honor yourebbs and flows, honor when you
need rest.
These are simply ways for youto be able to protect, to
(25:59):
cleanse and to clear your auricfield, your energetic sponge,
your spiritual sponge, so thatyou can feel your best self and
be able to feel your ownenergies in your body.
So, when you feel as an empath,when you feel as an intuitive,
know that you are not toosensitive.
You are gifted, you arespiritually deeply connected and

it's time to honor that withthis sacred protection that you
can give yourself.
